Unfortunately those set pieces are only available during Halloween and cannot be cast by regular players. They can only be acquired from the Big Zombie Deer, Velocity.

Nope. The Day of the Dead set and crying mask are like that (it actually requires a first generation pictogram and a very old, outdated version of the game - not to be wearing the pieces), but not the zombie set.
