Promised myself I'd do a ref of Moogie someday, despite having lost most of my artistic ability.
This is just a sketch, though. I think I'll do a better version at some point, once I learn how to do proper lineart in Illustrator.
This is just for the sake of other people to know
roughly what the old fella looks like. This pic makes him look very worn and sad, but that's not intentional. He's a happy fellow, really, even enjoying the occasional dance-fest with the curious fawns who approach him, wondering if he's a real deer, or just a weird shape growing from the trees themselves. xD
The scar on his hindquarter is identical to mine in real life. Its unusual shape occured because the stitches ripped open when it was almost done healing. >_< Needless to say, I wasn't very happy with that.
There's moss growing on his back and vines tangled in his antlers. I forgot to add the little flowers that grow amongst them.
Beneath the mask is a somewhat-wrinkly human face. :3 Contrary to real-life Moogie, who is infact only 24 and more importantly, female. xP
Anyway, I suppose this will have to do, until I can commission someone to draw him much better!
I think the generic designs are nice!
