Yeah its been a while...
A long while...
And that shows in my originality in this character (little to NONE) and how well I drew it.
I've gone a while without drawing on my tablet and need to get back into it again.
But this picture is not, I repeat, NOT final. All of this deer's design is likely to change.

I would really like some feed back on what exactly I should do to make up this character's design, backstory/history, and behavior. After all, it takes an entire community to develop the outcome of a person.
Please don't be afraid to put your say into my character's Description or Biography. All comments are welcome and very much appreciated.

I was looking at Edmund ref sheet the other day, and a thought crossed my mind: Do I have anything in common with my character? Did I design him from my own personality? So! I doodled this up to compare.

We don't like bees. lol


But then another thought came. I can't be the only person on here to have asked themselves this question, right?

Therefore I ask you:
How much alike are you and your character(s)?

I have a serious case of Star Wars on the Brain. I recently purchased all six Star Wars film novels (episodes 1 through 6) and I'm reading them all one after the other. Good times. Good times.

Well, Star Wars being my current obsession, I wanted to draw me some Star Wars fan art...but I also wanted to practice drawing deer. So...this happened. Completely logical, I assure you. >_>;

I originally wanted to draw Maul's markings accurate to his character, but it was so hard for me to find good references for his body markings, and then having to translate them from a humanoid body to a cervine one was just driving me up a wall, so about halfway through I just thought, "Screw it", and made up my own body markings for him. Please don't kill me, fanboys...

[strike]Star Wars and Darth Maul belong to Lucasfilms and George Lucas, blah blah blah.[/strike] Never mind. It all belongs to Disney, now...
