My character, she doesn't have a name yet but at least she has a form. She's a forest spirit, a druid I guess would be the right word to describe her and as you can see she is in face a deer centaur.
Gar is stumbling about the forest rather blindly, and I'm having a wonderful time drawing him as such. He's very much a change from Whyss's slender little form.
As far as personality design, he's so completely different from Whyss I'm having a hard time figuring out why the heck they're friends.
Still playing around with free art programs to find one I like. This is the ArtRage 2.5 demo. I still miss the Adobe Photoshop 7.0 I had installed on my old computer.
I can only get better. I keep on telling myself that xDD

Keep in mind that this is the first time I've been able to color a picture in several years.
It wasn't horrible coloring it, but it's already not my favorite thing to do |D
