Aaaah I'm trying to break my artblock still, it's been going on far too long and I don't think it's going away any time soon still.. D;
I was so lost about anatomy with this one too.
Seriously.
Deer anatomy.
I've been drawing deer for 4 years.

And I can't.
Regardless, this was still somewhat fun to do.
I think the name Hermes kept circling in my head while doing this but then again that reminds me of Harry Potter so prolly not... : D
I don't consider him as any real character but I've been playing him time to times under this symbol: link

Really love how the markings stand out here. Very simple, yet eye-catching. And the tail~
I'm not exactly an expert myself, but the anatomy looks alright to me.

Well, in my opinion, your anatomy is always so amazing. You have your own style, and I like how light and graceful you make your deer; Mine always looks so heavy.
And those colors, that fur... Man, don't you ever ever dare get depressed over your art.

Misako - Long legs makes everything sexy! Thank you, glad to hear you likeys. I'm a huge lover and over-user of strong contrasts in colors and this picture isn't really an exception. Contrast gives everything a certain kind of edge 8>

Apoidea - That might be a huge risk indeed, perhaps in the forest too he had better stay near the pond anyway or the whole forest shall be on fire soon D:
