Okay I'm kind of at a loss here, and I'm probably gonna come off as kinda desperate, but here we go.

I need someone to do some css for me, if it's at all possible.
I have a picture of what I'd like it to look like, but I'm a complete dunderhead when it comes to actual coding! :V

Would anybody be willing to code it for me? I could draw you a picture, or even make a short animation if you'd like! I'm open to anything in return for your knowledge in code. Just wanna make sure it's fair for you! :]
