It's just a game. Jesus Christ, try and take it a little less seriously. I'm not saying that I don't take my RPing or characters seriously, but I don't flip if someone sits in my deer or gets 'too close' or moos too much or spellspams me when I'm asleep.

*nodnodnod* I had someone once stand up and get very, very angry with me for sitting with one of my friends. It's happened a few times before, actually, and it frustrates me that people would be that rude. That's why both Quad and I don't like any aspect of fighting in-forest.

Quad; Yeaaah D: I don't mind sparring and roleplaying and whatnot, but it's the crap like "OMG THEY WONT HELP ME GET A SET WHAT MORONS" or "OMG PERSONAL SPACE" rubbish that just...makes me want to curl up in a corner. I can't believe people take this game so seriously in that sense...

I can agree with this. I try to just ignore it, though; why empower them by letting them get me down? The Forest is for fun. :3 I wish people wouldn't lose sight of that so often, though.

True that.
I really am getting frustrated myself when people take their characters too seriously. What bothers me more is when they take in character interractions personally. :<
Seriously, people like that are making me hesitant to play my deer the way I designed them to be played. It's frustrating that I have to constantly restrain and restrict them until they're all "tame" and act the same.

I especially think that people need to stop shiteing bricks over fandeer, even though I so adore the lovely hatemail I get pretty much daily because I've 'ruined TEF by making people think fandeer are okay to have'. S'cuse me, WUT ♥ Get over yourselves and have fun, meet new people. My fandeer have allowed me to do that, to take part in this social screensaver. The idea is to relax, have fun and meet others. TEF ain't srs bsnss, dolls, though I do appreciate my daily mail from 'the game' and 'you just lost it'. Though I completely understand if you go get a life instead of mailing me long strings of swear words that make me lol rather than see your point ♥

Not saying I'm right, but flame mail I think is the wrong way to go about anything, especially about something so trivial that it's not even worth worrying about. So we have a few fandeer, so what. Join in, you might have fun sometime ;D And yanno, more members and more deer=more fun. As long as we all join in and have a blast, I think that's what the point of TEF is, rather than shunning and hating on people, judging others, based on something so minor. Quit the elitism, it gets old :3

ILU ALL ♥ I also apologize for bringing the fandeer thing up again, but I seriously get sick of how much prejudice exists over A GAME. Srsly :B WAI SO SRS COMM SITE 8D I just hope that every time I bring this up, perhaps someone who feels that we're in the wrong for having fandeer opens their eyes and realizes it's really not a huge deal no matter which way you look at it. Nobody is less a person for having a fandeer. Try making one sometime-I find it harder to play them than to play my original characters, because you have a pre-set character to stick to, rather than one you can change slightly because they're yours.

Bah Zebbie that makes me sad. Even if I personally don't agree/see any interest in most of the fan characters on TEF, I can't image someone flaming someone over it. So silly.

Thanks a tonne, Tera, seriously ♥ Whilst I of course understand that fandeer aren't for everyone, I really don't see how it could bother people to the point of sending me mail with threats of physical violence against me just for 'starting a trend of fandeer directories', even though I don't really see how I did that :B Anyway, thankyou tonnes, I'm so glad you agree that it's silly, especially as someone who sees it from the view of not finding them very interesting-I was beginning to wonder if maybe I was biased, as I myself don't mind if a character is fan or original. So it's good to hear that it's silly from any point of view ♥

I stopped reading peoples

I stopped reading peoples biographies a long time ago, not to be rude, but because I love the idea of randomly meeting people in the forest. Smiling That way I can't tell who is rping and who isn't, everyone is just equal and that's the way I really enjoy playing. I wish people didn't take the game so seriously and everyone would just play and get along. That would be nice.
