Not recieving any emails- need help!

I really want to start playing the game with my pictogram, but I'm not getting any emails from Tale of Tales!

I have registered for both The Endless Forest and for the Tale of Tales Forum, but neither of the confirmation e-mails have made it to my inbox. I even sent a message to THEIR e-mail to ask how long it would take to get the confirmation link, but I haven't gotten a response yet... and how would I know if I have or not, if I'm not getting e-mails from them in the first place?

I'd love to post on the forum to ask about the lack of confirmation e-mail, but I can't post there until I receive THAT confirmation e-mail!

I've double and triple checked the way I spelled the e-mail address, and everything matches up. I don't understand why it's not working!

Oh well hello there, totally didn't realize you had this game XD

Hrrrmmm...sometimes confirmation e-mails can take awhile to come through, but it shouldn't be THAT long :/

Did you check your spam folders?

I'm sorry I really have no idea what to tell you, I'm looking up the problem right now, to see if I can find anything. DX

But don't worry, we'll get you sorted out soon enough I'm sure C:

Can you get it to resend the activiation email? That may work, as sometimes the activiation email isn't sent for some weird reason.

I just received the

I just received the confirmation for the forums, so maybe the one for the game isn't too far behind?

I guess I'm just used to the immediate e-mails most sites have. XD

I'm guessing you know me from deviantart? :3

EDIT: Yup! The e-mails came about the same time about four hours after I registered. XD That's quite the wait!

When I try to log into the

When I try to log into the game though, it comes up with either "wrong password" or "Register" I DON'T UNDERSTAND!! 3 or 4 hrs later, I STILL haven't gotten the email and I put in the right email address. Somebody help PLEASE! Also, when I look at the pictogram symbol, it has my pictogram, but there are other pictograms in the backround. Is this a bug?

Ok I know this is annoying

Ok I know this is annoying but relax, none of the members here are actual Tale of Tales employees we're only people who play the game. We don't have access to the ToT systems themselves.

Please send an email explaining the problem to:
Be sure to include your account name, the email you registered with, and the password you have been trying to use.
