I've had several in my life.

Popoki, of whom I don't have any photos because I was but a wee tot. My mother does, I'm sure, but they would need to be scanned. I never knew her well.
Michelob, named after a case of beer he liked to hide in as a kitten. He was my mother's baby before I was born, and though he was a cranky old man for the time I knew him, he was also very tolerant of me. I'm also in this one. Died of old age when I was small while sleeping cuddled up with my mother.
Sabrina, who was adopted with her name. Was rather timid but fond of my father. Became addicted to nicotine at some point licking my father's fingers after he came back inside from smoking. That was weird. She died a few months after her best friend, my dog star, passed away of old age. Seemed like she just gave up on wanting to live. In her last days I slept with her on the floor a lot because she never wanted to get up or go anywhere. Vets couldn't really give us anything to help her but didn't believe she was in pain. She passed quietly in her sleep in a sun spot on her favorite couch.
Hanna Mae, who was adopted with her name. Dearly loves my mother, is still alive. Also very close to our the golden retriever, Leika, but dislikes the corgi Oy.

@Kallo is Nega fully leash trained? In my town it's becoming so popular to leash train cats that the buses don't mind when people come on with a cat on their shoulder and I keep seeing people walking their cats. If I was going to get a cat for my current house (though probably won't since I'd have to talk to people about changing the lease and possibly paying more monthly) I'd wanna leash train it.

@Woma good name I'm a sucker for giving animals names that are literary references.

Afraid I don't have a cat any more, Sophie died last yeah of old age but here's a little picture of her.

AlisonRobin: We got Nega used to the leash and harness at a very young age, she barely could wear it and looked a bit silly, but we wanted to train her young.
She doesn't mind the leash, and acts like it doesn't exist. But she's terribly afraid of some people and especially cars even if they are not moving and I doubt she'll ever get used to them enough to be taken around freely.
The only time she's on my shoulder is her using me as a support for jumping onto my chair's back.

And like Tuoho said Ossi is still a very big work in progress because last summer he was a kitten and so damn noisy.
