Oops I haven't updated in months. Defo partially because TEF was dead, also because I've been meaning to move updates to Toyhouse instead. I don't trust this website.
But since i still haven't written a code!! I can't let this bio continue to collect dust. It's also just still a pretty good looking bio.
Altijd has both been busy and not very busy at all. Was invited to Thais' cottage and spent the night there, goddamnit, took you both long enough.
Also invited Sadiki to join him in an event in Emnes, which went super wrong, which is deeply entertaining to the angel. Otherwise, has actually kept pretty calm for his doing. Eager for bloodshed. Got it in the shape of Gair, and a few days later Jae who was hassling Argus to get at Sadiki. Sausage party. Takes any opportunity for fighting anyway.
Has also been hanging out with Argus pretty frequently. Gets bullied by him a lot. Likes it, I guess. Spoke of his memory issues briefly.
Kind of not sure what to do with himself these past few weeks? Maybe just hungry. Wants an adventure, or something thrilling, and is unsure of how to get it. Annoyed, quietly, at Eph, for not making true of his promise.

Last week, finally spoke with Ross. RP ongoing, but shared some of their displeasure with eachother, and their well kept secrets. At least feels more capable of keeping Ross' limits and pain-points in mind, and how to handle things when they go south. In turn, shared his own weakness in case it ever has to come up. Has spoken to Thais about these things, but has most likely not been specific enough if the situation ever arises.
On friday, met Tig! Found him and Ephiré, has no idea about his connection to Thais otherwise but thought he was a fun little dude. Thais and Ross joined later, had a good sit-together. Obviously feeling a lot better about the whole situation with Ross now. Joined him to sit at the pond when they got a hunch some Baddies were about, since Ross is basically a hamburger on a string for these people, figured it'd be safer for Thais/Tig if they weren't in a group.
Gave Ross a faux battle mask, and watched Niklaus/Z/Yejide eventually approach. AT FIRST had this idea of like, if I keep still they won't see me, since they're busy. But alas Nik obviously went for Ross so, fighty time.
Felt at least pretty prepared this time. There were lots of others too, felt things all went relatively smooth? Got bashed and bitten a few times, coming to the realization he hasn't been fully healed for months now. Maybe Syo was right, maybe he has "habits". Watched Ross do whatever he was doing to Nik, as Z got up to bite his legs. Yaiks. Jumped in quite quickly to help smack them to the ground again, and eventually got to gore himself on bits of meat. It'd at least help his healing.
Unless the meat tastes a little off and you only realize it's toxic way later oops.
Rejoined Ross, also worse for wear. Something about seeing blurry nd stuff. ASKED, before just bringing them to his bathroom, which is already progress Al thinks. But went there anyway.
Realized quite fast he too was losing control over his entire body, usually isn't affected by poisons so that's a fun surprise. Doesn't get all the same effects, since his blood is quite literally not blood, but started becoming less and less coherent, losing a lot of motor control. Managed to send Syo a vague text- worse than usual, without consulting Ross, which isn't progress at all, but didn't know what else to do at this point. Ross was bleeding out, he was of no ability to help, and kind of didn't feel like being stuck with Feral!Ross in his bathroom.
At least he tastes like soap to the myling.
Let Syo in when she arrived, told her he "ate a dude" and somehow didn't scare her off. Let Syo take care of his own injuries first since Ross didn't seem as pleased to have help, and wasn't going to force him.

Anyway.
Shared an interesting moment with Eph. Basically, in the best mood he could possibly ever be, if you want anything from Al try to get it now. Now's your chance. He's so happy.
A few days ago, found Thais curled up with a dude he didn't know. Entertained by this. Sat nearby and watched the guy SCRAMBLE to sit away. Sort of just :3? at him. Invited him (Ramo) to come sit closer again. Then a dance party I don't know it's Al, this happens.
Later sat with Thais and Ephiré, and joined again by Ramo. Bit too quick for Al's tastes, he'd wanted to talk to Thais first. But the guy was asleep hard, as a test pointed out, so Al could overhear his partner a little bit of what was playing here. Found out he was a good friend and scholar (NERD!! NEERD) and that they'd kissed! Very entertained by this, prodded a little, but Thais turned it a little melancholic when she explained he reminded her of Draven, and wondered if it made her a bad person.
AW! THAIS! dangit
Was told not to follow her when she went to get a drink, so naturally followed her, and had a more in-depth talk at the bank of the river as she threw pebbles at unsuspecting dragonflies. Spoke a bit about kissing (HA) which was interesting, they have different interpretations of it. Just, spoke, really. Got her to laugh which is always his goal, and again reassured her he doesn't mind what she gets up to with other people. At all. As long as Thais is happy, so is he.
Did muse to himself that he's going to be bullying Ramo. Because of course he is. You kiss Thais? You have to kiss me now. It's only fair. Al's the alpha male here he'll show him.

Has been slowly recovering, taking care of himself mostly in Emnes and otherwise in the forest only to side-eye Ross, who became the victim of the angel's poor mood. In a way genuinly a little sour to the Myling for all that has transpired, but is defo giving Ross more responsibility for it than is really fair. As Al Does. Maybe just frustrated in general.
Finally, when he found himself recovered enough, sought out Gair with a pre-planned trap. Found them with a gremlin and quickly figured out this gremlin was important, so smashed Weasel into a tree. Fuck you, AND yours. Was right in that this would agitate Gair enough to lauch an attack on him, and "fled" through a portal, followed closely by the beast.
Led Gair back to Emnes, where he can actually fight back in a bigger, meaner shape. Summoned multiple arms, horns, fire, that sort of jazz, and watched as Gair transformed into a troll. Interesting! They quickly went back to a feral shape to engage the angel.
Kept shifting the fight in his favour by getting even Larger, a good exchange of hits before Gair fled from the angel. Not dissapointed, actually quite satisfied by how that went. A jerk move? Maybe. Does he care? Not in the least. That's what they get for biting off his tail while he's defenseless.
Transformed back to a troll to look over his wounds before going back to his apartment, very happy. Called upon Syo to celebrate.

After Gair's attack, ended up passed out in his bathroom for a good five days or so. The only way he could start recovery after such a large amount of bloodloss, by shutting his body down. Without any energy in his direct environment to leach off of, though, this process would take ages.
Was eventually found by Thais, poor Thais. Her being near meaning a whole lot of energy also being near, and throughout her trying to help him, regained consciousness. Though rather forcibly; his body would've liked to stay down a while longer. Didn't want Thais to worry more, so woke up anyway. Spoke, briefly but not much, before she put him down for a nap.
Eventually two more days of slipping in and out of 'being', regained some more strength with eating, and eventually decided to at least show his face in the forest, JUST IN CASE anyone else was worried.
Found himself at Thais' trees and, somehow also found himself immediatly in the most sour of sour moods. Ross' anxious looks' towards him not helping things.
Was going to ignore the boy until he spoke up with an apology, which he turned back on him; "Do you not trust me?"
Syo gets up and leaves RRROFL
Had a very brief discussion; Ross does trust him, but this isn't about Al. Which was true really, but he's an angry, angry man, and he doesn't know how to hit Ross back. Let him at least know he wasn't endangering Thais for Ross' sake again, the one thing he was maybe the most angry about.
That, and this unreasonable anger of always defending others, but being alone when he got attacked. Somewhere AWARE that was just a shitty coïncidence, but still salty about it.
After a brief, tense convo, decided to just ask Ross if he wanted to see something Nasty. He didn't. Called Syo over, who did, and revealed his half chomped off tail. That didn't get any positive reactions for some reason?? hm. Explained to them what his attacker looked like, just so they'd be warned.
After Ross left, Syo quietly leaned against him. Leaned back, got groomed. Doing this sort of angry purring. Still in a sour mood really, and unsure of how to deal with it currently. Too hurt to take any action, so, broodingly healing it is!

Happy new year Al rofl
Decided to visit the forest to get some sun on his back, avoiding the dreadful weather in Roang for a bit. Not recovered yet, so kept himself at bay. Watched some fight going on, curiously. That's the forest for ya. Kept wisely out of it though, really needs to heal up this time.
Sat in a sunny patch as he noticed a dark shape watch him from behind a tree. Wasn't going to wait on what they were doing, and got up to leave. Noticed rather quickly he was now being charged at, and recognized them as the guy that'd been attacking him last time (Gair). Ffsake. Considered just portalling away, but didn't get the opportunity between Gair's charging. So fought back best he could, tried to leave a few times, but Gair was really, really set on whatever they had planned. Was duely informed this was, in fact, ripping off his fucking tail.
Screeched, somewhat overwhelmed someone would even have the AUDACITY TO DO THAT!! Found himself bleeding severely, and his brief thoughts of going after Gair were twarted. He was too weak, the forest too limiting. Took his loss and portaled back to Athu, which further drained him, and even if his plan had been fairly solid (tie off the tail, wait until the bleeding stops, maybe text someone for assistance???) it fell apart quickly once he arrived. Too shakey, too incoherent, too ANGRY for made up reasons. Managed to sloppily tie the tail above the bathtub, though not properly, and not well enough to stop the bleeding entirely before he lost consciousness on his human half. The angel too feral to continue what he'd been doing.

Had a long day/evening/night at the hospital-that-doesnt-ask-questions. RP in progress.
Back in the forest, limped his way to Thais' home to rest as much as he could. Perhaps finds it easier here, or feels he needs to be available in case anyone wants to ask him what's up. Eventually joined by Sindile, and started that convo with a subtle threat.
Wasn't sure what the wolf was on about, something about flowers, and about him freaking out. Had he freaked out? Couldn't remember most of it. Some blurry stuff maybe, but can imagine that's what happend. Was offered to be healed and turned that down, as he does. Has a few issues with strangers taking care of him, more than a "few".
Eventually joined by Thais, later Ephiré and Anaideia. Which, hm, last time we met I was beaten to smithereens too wasn't I? Typical.
Sat in silence for hours, contemplating getting up for a drink when Eph got up to watch some scuffle. Couldn't tell from where he was what was going on (but it looked like Baby Wars to him with a few minis). Eventually whatever evil had been harassing folk was brought down. Realized it was some kind of rabbit monster... That was now kinda just laying there. What a waste.
Hm. Y'know what speeds up the healing progress? Eating the freshly dead!
Waited until a couple of kids were done poking the body, sneaking closer all the while. Trying to look not-suspicious. Side-eyed Cresent and made awkward eye contact with Chitz. Haha. Anyway.
Was a bit tooo hungry to wait much longer, so waited until he figured the kids weren't looking and turned to stand between them and the corpse before trying to tear off as many big pieces as he could.
Was, mere seconds after, turned into a bunny.
OF COURSE, THE KIDS FOUND OUT IMMEDIATELY, not sure if they were out to kill him but panic-ran under Eph none-the-less. Thais joined, so did Cresent and Chitz. Had some bunny-rage towards Cresent (which you really can't tell. I use the dance emote to make the bunny move so it's all really weird). Anyway, ouTRAGED. WHY AM I A BUNNY???
Got lifted up by Eph (embarassing), and put back down at Thais trees. Spent the rest of the time bunny-fied, angry, and cuddling Thais.

Woke up with a yawn and a stretch and slowly made his way over to Syo, who saw him coming from a distance and intimidated the heck out of him accidentally. Yarp. Was asked if he was ever going to tell her about Ross. Simply went "no". Of course not, cmon.
Kept her company for a while, side-eying Ross and company (the feral assnuzzling dog) in front of them. Didn't think much of it besides maybe get a room, but jumped up when he noticed Niklaus charge at Ross. Fucking fucker.
Tore at the bull the best he could, but Nik was very focussed on Ross. Used himself as a living shield at some point, worried about what the endgoal was here. And the more scared he got for Ross' continued living, the more frantic Al's attacks. Tore open the eyeball to reveal the teeth, trying to do as much damage as possible.
Kept close to Ross as to be the last line of defense, got bulldozered quite frequently. Aware Thais had shown up too. Feckity.
Eventually they stop in the birch, Niklaus seemingly gone. Briefly spoke with Ross about why the heck Nik would be so insistent. Didn't really agree with the tearing-off-his-head-reason but, fine.
Aware that Niklaus hadn't dropped dead or anything. And everyone who had been fighting was now here.
Before he could finish his thoughts, Niklaus barreled in again and another chase/fight ensued. Eventually shit went to hell in the birch, Niklaus killing Ross, Everyone killing Niklaus. Absolutely lost it. Tore after everyone in close vicinity, which really just turned into Sindile, before tearing into Niklaus. Just gored the guy, didn't even eat any, what a waste. Figured he should behead him. Perhaps he'd focus on him instead then, next time.
Syo was yelling a few things, Monroe left. Couldn't really pull himself back together to coherent, but eventually asked Syo to take care of Thais. Remove her from the scene. Had seen her shocked face but, in no way capable of taking care of her right now.
Ended up with Ross' cold dead body all by himself. Which just got colder and darker. Hadn't anticipated Ross dying, or anyone. Really wasn't ready for this.
Stayed like that for a bit, patting Ross through his hair until his eyes shot open.
Screeched and jumped away a little bit. Thought at first these were just muscles relaxing, and went to close Ross' eyes, when he got bit by the myling.
ALRIGHT WHAT
Screeched AGAIN, cus ouch? Tried embracing Ross but just got growls back. Really no clue what was going on. Eventually panicked and ran to fetch Monroe.
Not the best way to get introduced to anyone, but finally learned a few things. Ross comes back. This has happend before. Not usually this fast, but still. Slowly getting angry. Watched some kids come to poke Nik's body because, of course. Should charge for this shit. Make a fortune.
Really unsure about all the watchers but doesn't want to leave his friend alone. Umay joins, which is pretty much a relief, but she doesn't seem to be able to pull Ross out of it either. More response than he's gotten though.
Eventually Ross runs off, follows him on the last of his adrenaline, to the graveyard. NICE. OKAY. SIGH.
Watched as Ross slowly recovered, but then started bleeding out again. Panicked, fetched Syo, and got Ross to a hospital in Emnes that doesn't ask questions. Refused any and all treatment of his own; he's still not a troll.

Got called out by Syo for not seeing her walk up to him. Yes yes, all-seeing, keep jabbing. Always taken aback by Syo's touchy-ness but, getting used to it too. Briefly bantered a little with the troll, spoke about how his healing up has been going. And about kids being vicious.
Relaxed in Syo's company a while (player is very addicted to jurassic world evolution rofl) and joined by Kissare and Umay. Has seen Umay during the rut, but hadn't met Kissare before. That he knows of. Frankly with his memory, he might as well have.
Relaxed some more until Ross joined, then the crazy went down. Played dressup nd stuff. Lots of jumping and running and flailing around. Sat down again later to recover. Teased Syo about sexy deer (??? Al.) then had to leave for the night.

Has been in a perfect mood the past few days. Things finally working out how he likes them to. Took a little break to recover at home, and returned only when his hand was up for bearing weight again. Not healed a 100%, but good enough.
The day before, had kept calm (no running!) And alternated between keeping Elliot and Ross company. Elliot standing stoicly atop the hill (but he got a smile, so) behind him some kinda birth happening. Not squicked out or anything but finds it a little privacy breaking to watch something like that. So eventually moved to keep Ross company, who was being cuddled by some little gremlin. Got hissed at. First reaction: spin like a maniac and run off.
Re-try later, morphed the eyeball to his troll head, and sat down nearby munching m&m's. Still, kid moved to sit on Ross' other side, but there was no immediate hostility.
Realized some muck was going down, would've engaged wasn't he still healing up. Realized it was Niklaus and some others he didn't recognize, woops. Took note though.
The next morning, spent most of his time reading next to Thais. She some romance noval, Altijd a book on physics he doesn't understand really. Has been constantly eating to recover, currently mostly chocolate. Cus why not. It's easy to bring.
Eventually confronted by .. A gremlin.
"Give me the nemnems."
"Who uh, taught you to..talk.."
"I did. Give me the nemnems, eyeball."
".. Y'know what, sure." He hands over the bag. "Don't eat plastic, ok."
Somewhat baffled he obviously just had his lunch money stolen by a cat of some sort. Realized really soon the other gremlin hissing behind the bold one, was the kid Ross had in his company yesterday....
New goal: teach them all the cursewords.
Succesful for a bit, Ross arrived too which was brilliant. Oh go ask him what it means. Smug smile.
"You're a stupid fuck shit asshole eyeball."
"I sure fucking am you lil dipshit!"
Anyway, karma came for him as it always does, because for SOME reason his head (read: eyeball) looks like a giant toy. Tried to scare them off by showing off his teeth but, that sorta didn't work. Had two feral cats launch at him, Ross being able to catch one. Pulled the second off his eye (ouch), handing them back to Ross so he could go sit on them as they flailed around. Just a bunch of ferals.
Threatened Ross he'd claim him for damages (read: the rabies shot he now needs HAHA)
Eventually "sort of" made a deal with the kids they'd stop harassing him for more sweets. Basically got threatened into delivering candy in exchange for peace. There you are, an eon's old beast, threatened by little children. Such is life.
Spoke to Ross later when the kids were gone, very obviously he'd gotten attatched to the MONSTERS. Spoke of the situation, kids got left here by mom who promised she'd be back, etc etc. Feels like he's heard that one before. A typical bring-n-ditch to Altijd. Caught onto Ross having brought them to Emnes quite quickly, but didn't comment, but it was agreed it'd be wiser to discuss that with Eph than with Al anyway.
Informed him of Niklaus' return. Discussed continuously taking off his head and burying it to really screw with the mask economy of the forest. But then also spoke of bringing Irene to Emnes. Doesn't see an issue with that himself but, again, doesn't really feel like he's the one who decides to begin with, that's Eph. Only in Emnes by the raven stag's grace, nothing else. Certainly not because obviously he was able to go there before Eph ever came in the picture and he already has a weird connection.
Anyway, eventually went back home with a newfound fear of children, and a new list of things to add to his monthly budgeting when it comes to buying groceries. So much Kinder.

Woke up, stretched lazily and went for a walk. Quite quickly took note of Ross in a group, with.. That really big dude that tried to mess him up a while ago (Niklaus). Was initially unsure of how to interpretend this.
1: Ross went to inform said group that Niklaus is bad news.
2: Ross makes a new friend??
3: Ross IS a masochist, and this is new proof.
Wasn't close enough to hear the conversation, but as Niklaus started circling the group, decided to try and get his attention. Worried jumping in would get Ross in trouble, but also worried he'd go home unbruised today Priorities.
Didn't work out exactly as hoped, and kept himself at bay until Nik bit Ross. Watched this big boss hyena (Rhea) dive into the bull first, and quickly followed himself.
And it was just him and Rhea versus the giant for a while. Aware he is relatively small, only has two spikes on his head, and hands-for-hooves. Pretty sure he did a decent amount of damage anyway, delivering nasty chomps when he could.
Assisted by Ross and Ephiré eventually as well, there were some other faces that got mostly blurry. Unaware of whatever damage he had been taken until the fight slowed down, and he was mostly trailing behind to see what the bull would do. Didn't want to participate in actually killing Nik, unless he still posed a threat to Ross. Only jumping back in when Ross did.
Not above scaring off Nik's odd heroine (spearman) when it seemed they were trying to stop Rhea from killing the guy. Doesn't feel like he deserves anyone's defense.
Watched as the hyena choked Nik out, slowly coming to his senses. Waiting until Eph and Ross had left (ross dragging a giant head rofl), and then approached by Rhea. Flattered she took notice! Also holy crap you're intimidating and hot as hell but I'm not sayin THAT.
Waited until mostly everyone was gone before briefly goring himself on organ meat. The best. Going to need it to recover.
Dragged whatever he could fit in his mouth off to eat in peace. Followed Ross' trail when he was done, watching him finish up his.. Burial. At this point getting keenly aware he'd been gored up himself quite badly too. Unsurprisingly. But the pain in his hand was new.
Asked Ross to lead them to the crying idol (because he doesnt want to accidentally bumping into Eph looking like he swam in someones blood), and realized as they went that yep. This hand is FUUUCKED. Pretty sure it's broken.
"Ugh, sorry. I uh, think I broke my hand?"
"Y' broke your hand on his face?"
A laugh. "Fuck yeah I hope so."
Hobbled after his friend, then couldn't get out of the crying idol. Was assisted by Ross (need a hand?). No I have one hand, and I will pull myself up by your horns with it, thanks.
Took a breathing break next to the idol and watched Rhea approach Ross. Went to slowly make his way over to Eph. Hi! Woops. Has reverted back to his troll-head instead of the eyeball, which comes with a slightly smaller stature.
Ross joined as well. Both of them got checked over by Eph, who concluded Ross needed stitches.
Immediatly felt himself get grouchy at the idea of being helped.. Was suggested he gets his hand looked at. Demonstratively cracked the finger in the right position again. Nobody cares Al, you edgy fucker.
Unfortunately couldn't avoid being invited into Ross' bathroom. Yes. Not like any of these guys can enter a hospital, they're all vague nonexistent entities.
Losing a lot of blood simply by hanging out, denying any and all assistance until Eph offers to add a splint to his hand. Alright, FINE. Ross advising he keeps that on for a month.
Ross. Please. Taking me for a human??
With Ross stitched up mostly, and Al getting antsy at bleeding out, split up. Ross back to the forest, Eph and Al in Emnes. Had a brief.. VAGUE HOPE, FOR NO REASON, that he could get Eph to join him simply by yelling the thought real loud in his head.
Somehow didn't work! Grumpily made a portal to his own home, alone.
Got undressed and laid in his bathroom to bleed until it stopped. Contained most of his blood that way, as cleanly as possible, so he could re-consume it. Yes that's right. That's how Al's healing works.
With his wounds posing no immediate threat, his frustration big, texted Syo. Because WHO BETTER to invite over when you need help to get out of the bathtub

Found!! Thais! Amazing. Thinks the mask looks cool on her. Maybe he should dress up cool for halloween, instead of his default halloween 24/7 look.
Raced with Thais to the BZD when he awoke, then went wait why we even doing this. Just.. Kind of likes the atmosphere? Sat somewhere nearby but not too close to watch the partygo-ers around the big dead man, joined by Eph and Ross.
Eph went to check out the pond when informed it was filled with blood (?) came back and shook himself off inbetween the sitting group.

Ran around like idiots before Eph lead them back out of the mist, and as he was being Chaotic Neli joined them in the sunspot they'd picked as well.
Was met with dissapointed "I thought you were going to dance for us" when he sat down, so got up begrudingly to do some spinnies. Was told Neli liked it. Couldn't see anyone because I had to turn down all my settings to get a good framerate HAHA
Taught Eph and Ross how to do the spins too. Can't call either naturals, sorry. Anyway sign up for Altijd's dance class, 7pm on monday.

Mostly had this idea of keeping quiet(for a change? rofl) and recoup a bit. Sat with Eph and Ross, very content that way. Looked up vaguely confused when someone approached them (Ingólfr) and recognized them as that big dude that was dying a while ago. Oh yeah! How about I don't actually trust you. Stared them down for way too long after a brief acknowledgement nod as Ross spoke with the beast. Just, sat behind Ross, going >8| over his shoulders. Ingo seemed to notice that (kinda hard not to) and made a comment he wouldn't feed anyone to the giant lizard. No no, sir, but I did defend you from said giant lizard. Didn't comment about how he would split Ingo in half if he got Ross into trouble, cus he seems the type, but thought it Real Hard. Given that Ross never speaks about who keeps hurting him, might as well be suspicious of anyone.
Instead went to look for his own trouble when he spied Syo around. A good opportunity to ask about this whole being-here-without-his-portal thing.
Asked Syo about her method of transportation, and was denied an answer at first. Got asked if he got into a fight. Do you need to ask?? Of Course?
Conversation derailed to his pain limit HAHA. HA. So much for recouping.
Returned back to Ross and Eph, to stare at Ingo I guess. Izumi and Neli joined Ingo, got up to fetch Thais as she arrived. Didn't stick around for a whole lot longer after that though, joining her for a drink break which derailed to a mutual teasing battle and more running around. Sparred with Thais on her request (thought... she meant something else. Mhm.) but had to go after that.
Left the forest more bruised as how he came in again HHHH

Napped next to Thais' trees and was eventually woken up by her. She was invited to sit by a pair of deer which I didn't look up, and asked if he'd join her. Why not! Doesn't matter if he sits here or there, so greeted them and joined silent company.
Spied.. A presence. Somewhere. Went to look when Thais had fallen asleep and was proven right; Syo was in the forest.
Did NOT help her in. Got a lil
about that. Gotta figure that out later.
Server had a moment, watched SS without a body, Umay without a head, Syo was surprisingly in one piece. But got told he looked like an old man.

Anyway, Aurieau showed up, got cast into a bat by her for being a spinny boy, watched (and judged) as Zemora killed her by methods of unrequited affection. Anyway. Spazzed around with Thais for the remainder of the hour, Velocity turned up as well, got into a tree-battle with Zem, Umay, Syo, Thais.
Spent most of his time just messing around with Thais. Jumping, sprinting, climbing on her back. Finally settled as Thais' battery had emptied, and he got to be the little spoon.
Then Syo/Zem/Umay showed up. Aight!! Still had some battery left so, a brief romp. Saw another deer nearby (Sabbath?) who RECOILED upon him greeting them.
WELL. That's RUDE. I'm just a giant floating eyeball, have some respect.
Watched Zemora beat them up a good while, no idea why or what's going on, but as long as Syo and Umay are just watching.. Pretty sure it's fiiine.
Also has entirely forgotten he got steamwalsed the other day. Kind of regrets that now.
Oh yes, brief sidenote cus I keep using names of people who have never introduced themselves to him now and in the past: it's only because I find it writes easier! He has No Idea

Had been chilling, maybe a little restless. Watched some dark stranger briefly, though didn't think anything of it until they charged at him.
Very ??? At that. PRETTY SURE he didnt do anything. But FINE, WHATEVER, defended himself and put in some of his own weight too. The other (Gair) was fucking hefty tho, got slammed into a few times. Tried to fend them off best he could but they were persistent. Saw his opportunity when a kid walked past.
Mocked Gair briefly as they would apparantly not risk hurting the kid. Good! Cus Al is not above using one as a living shield! Watched Gair stomp off and went to entertain this kid a wile. Which, sort of regrets as he was kinda hurt, but ok.
Got entirely disguised by the kid and took it as an opportunity... To spy on Gair.
Didn't work rofl
Came back as a flying tissue, by now really just mocking. "played" hide-and-seek and then flew off because Gair can't reach haha. Watched Gair sit angrily in a mushroom circle. Cast them into a raven, got cast into a bunny. TO WHICH, OF COURSE, Gair tried to stomp him.
Aight fun's over now. Shed his spells and attacked Gair, might've thrown in some bites at his tail. A bit more vicious this time. Took a while before he figured this wasn't really his problem?? And left.
Sat down at Thais' spot. At least this time he can say he didn't do anything to deserve it!

Not much special. Found Ross with Leto, looking worse for wear. Weird. Pretty sure we left him looking pretty good yesterday?? Questioned it briefly but got little answer out of the buck. And sour glances from Leto, as usual. Still didn't feel like he cared enough about Leto's feelings to move his ass elsewhere, and sat atop one of the playground rocks. One day he'll teach Ross how annoying it is to keep your friends in the dark.
"Napped" a while, aware a pair of kids came sniffing him. Smirk. Scared them by waking up and chasing after them with a pelt spell, and watched as they tried to sneak back. Jumped down the playground rock to sneak up to the kid as well, and had another small chase. Very amusing. LETO OF COURSE, thought Al was being a horrible person, as Leto does. Can only roll his many eyes at the stag.

Returned a couple of days ago from his escapade, has been chilling. Very content. Got to stretch out into something resembling his real form and built a giant rock castle with Ephiré. Finally doesn't feel so cooped up anymore.
Settled down in a sunny spot for a nap, but woke when he realized Ross was about. Also realized Ross had company, but currently chill enough to not feel any worries about intruding and stuff. So said hi to Ross, Izumi, and.. A giant dead wolf beast. Aight!! Just forest things. Of course Ross had to play nurse, and the red stag also seemed to have this idea of saving the monster. Deep sigh from Al. But sure, since he has even less medical knowledge, became Guard.
Which was GREAT because NEATH approached. Was feeling cocky enough to believe his entire appereance would be off putting to the scavenger. Not entirely true. Tried to convince Neath that he should just come back later, this dude was sure going to die. Huffpuff Ross. Tried to diffuse Ross' cursing at Neath but, silently amused. Nothing like hearing your kindest, sweetest friend yell 'fUCK OFF' at a giant alligator-dragon.
Got a bit antsy with the situation tho and when it looked like Ross gave up his medical attempts, suggested they end the wolf-bear's suffering. Partly selfishly, then he could just let Neath go through andmaybestealabithimselflaterhuhuhu. Ok ENTIRELY selfishly, damn. No dice, Izumi wasn't into it. Kept up guard duty as the boys discussed.
And as Al tried to keep Neath off, spotted another WHAT THE HELL approach. At first assumed the tiny brown shape to be a fawn of sorts, and tried to block them off from the corpse cus no child. Do not.
And as he did so, Realized this was NOT a fawn (Chaltak). Screamed like a teenager who's voice hasn't settled yet as it bit his hand. Fucking TOSSEd them. At that point Izumi had decided to take the wolf-bear to his home realm and the pair dissapeared.
FINALLY. Rushed out to attack Neath, just to get rid of his own frustration, but Neath wasn't going to fight him now there was no meat to be won. Angrily stomped off(slaps ground with hands), and settled at his sunny spot with Ross. Yelled at Ross. Really just pissed off in general, but had nobody to direct the frustration at now.
Joined by Eph later. Really wanted to flop over his back but refrained. EUUGhgUGhghGh

Woke up where he'd passed out the night before, and decided today was NOT a day for waking up. Stuck around the birch for a good few hours before setting himself upright. Still some bleeding from the chest, so still some three-legged wobble for the angel.
Found Sadiki (ayy) and set up with him. This is now the sick-bay. A brief chat where Sadiki revealed he had maids?? Also that his portals ended up in the desert of his homeworld. Found that awfully impractical. Al himself hadn't gone back to his apartment because try getting this gunk out of the carpet, hm. Best bleed all over the dirt instead.
Joined later by Syo, and thus Sadiki left. Was asked what'd happend. The FOREST happend. Also, you should know me by now. This is my favorite state of being. Though usually with less leaky eyeball.
Got treated to Syo's speciality: fucking stingy salve that'd scar the hell out of him. Lucky he doesn't.. Scar much, anyway. A shapeshifter still, but can't shapeshift wounds closed. They just kinda shift along. Just basked in the pain for a while, SIIIGH.
Joined by Anaideia as well, the pair of Syo and Aina going to check in on some fight that was going on. Got diiitched. Went to sit in the pond for a bit.
Joined by Sindile. SIDE-EYE. Sorta like you to come find me while I'm hurt, huh. A little uneasy around the guy lately, not entirely fairly in his reasoning. Decided to let Sin join him and perhaps they'd get on better?
Joined by Syo again who spelled him. Spelled back. THEN Sin also spelled him. Cmon now kids we're all adults here.
Anyway, went back to sit.. Somewhere in the forest. Watching Sindile from a distance, unamused. Syo left, alone with Aina. Went to watch that fight anyway, (Gustiro, Romulus) cus why not. Also Aina isn't stopping him any. Saw Sadiki, saw Maggot threaten Sadiki, got inbetween ( SO SCARY!! )
Anyway, walking around with his humanoid-head, both eyes firmly closed. Somehow not walking into any trees. Just looks really stupid.
Given his state, unlikely to participate in the rut the first few days, but may be around to keep an eye (haha) on Syo. Preparing to be herded by her instead. SIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGH.

Started out in his usual moods, as usual, and came across a dude beating up a tree (Sadiki). Offered him a moving target! Was warned that Sadiki didn't "spar", and replied that he was up for murder too.
BEAT ME UP.
Engaged the stag violently, no filters and no holding back. Went on way longer than either should've, but departed happily when both did stop. Beat to a bloody pulp, YAAAAY. Realized he was wheezing weirdly too and went to soak in the drinkplaats. Holding up one hand against a rather deep puncture wound in his chest. Joined by Sadiki later too. Giddy he's made a new friend by being.. Violent, I guess.
After Sadiki left to go dry up, thought that was a splendid idea and made slow, hobbly way to a sunspot of his own. Realized he was being stalked (..ChristianBrutalSniper, hi) and uhm, not sure what to do with that! Gave them Glances, but had to stop in the first sunbeam he found as opposed to the one he was aiming for. It was getting a bit far on three legs.
As his trip continued, followed now by.. Three deer or something. IRKED. Everyone awake in the forest is coming to stare at me stumble around! GIVE AN ALIEN SOME DIGNITY!! One of them (Oleander) seemed even more interested. Came to investigate him. Reluctantly let them, not anti-social but perhaps embarassed about the blood/soap trail he's leaving behind. Suddenly they got a little TOO curious, and was engaged into another fight. Sure, Al Loves to brawl, but he'd kinda given Sadiki his all and wasn't prepared for this. Tried to hold them off, poorly, and got stabbed in the eye.
HOLYFUCKING WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT???
Finally screeched out like a banshee, and had Sadiki come to his rescue. Aware Sadki is hurt too though, so after collecting himself for about 30 seconds, helped Sadiki beat up the poor doe HAHHhhh h asshole.
FINALLY Eph joined too, thanked Sadiki as he left. Was interviewed by the raven stag.

Was brought to the crying idol (cries with) because that's about how much Ephiré knows about health care. Also, during all this, we lost the christian sniper. They seemed confused. We're sorry.
Cleaned himself up the best he could, not fucking thrilled about the eye wound. Can see mostly fine because well, he has more eyes, really. That you can't see them don't mean they ain't there! But now his main-eye, and quite a few in his chest were taken out, wasn't having a really good time with the vision-thing.
Finally went to rest in Eph's home. But then there was a scuffle further off. Was very interested in checking it out, but Eph literally sat on him and he might've sounded like a rubber duck you squeeze into. Help Eph please my lungs.
Escaped the raven stag somehow, watched a bunch of deer get up to shit way further off than he felt he could stumble towards. But Sadiki was involved, and that made him sad. Rip new friend we knew you not so long!
Rejoined Eph and now also Ravenflight. So hey Ravey, this is about the BEST time to meet me!! Wanna see an eyeball deflate??
Anyway, join Al and Oleander next time, where they figure out what Al's eye would do after being stuffed into a microwave. You know, for science.

Not much going on lately, but yesterday decided to get over himself and talk to Ephiré about Syo. Very worried about the giant's reaction, not so much because Al fears punishment of any kind, but because he wants Eph to like him. That won't happen if he keeps fucking up!! Alas, tis but natural for him.
Circled around the subject a little bit ('theoretically, a friend, yadayada'), and Eph humored him enough he started to slip up anyway. Admitted he'd accidentally taken Syo to the forest. Not entirely aware of how Eph feels about Syo, but given their contrasting natures, couldn't imagine he'd be thrilled. Spoke about how to handle this, and how to deal with Syo recognizing others. Silently considering talking to Verve too, who likely needs to know before Syo finds her first.
Anyway, kind of concluded all was not lost, relieved Eph didn't take it so badly. Surprised when he shifted the subject to how Al was doing in Emnes, and explained he loved it! Also it was boring!! But perhaps that's also just his anxiety in general. Here's a big eldricht abomination pretending to live a domestic life. There was no avoiding his nature.
Sorta felt like Eph was .. Prying a little?? Translated it to interest. Shockingly flattered. Not used to anyone really caring about this side of him. Explained his 'problem' (elephant in chihauhau body, tight jeans), and that ideally he'd love to stretch out. But y'know, risky. Can't just go be a huge monster. Also explained TEF is the most restricting dimension he has access to. It makes him mooodyyy.
Then Eph suggested they visit a meld, after the rut. Monsters appear in those on occassion, so it wouldn't be weird. Kinda Baffled. But excited too. Mostly to transform into himself again, but also to see what Eph would get up to. Knows he's not human. Perhaps they could play, just a pair of monsters.

Entered the forest in a bit of a sour mood, as is kind of a regular occurance now. Saw a few familairs but approached None, and just sort-of angrily side-eyed the forest as he picked a random spot for a nap. Of sorts. Listen to the 'calming river' or whatever.
At least dozed off enough that he completely missed Niklaus standing almost on top of him. (All seeing!! ALL SEEING!!) And what followed was an interesting interpretation of events.
For AL, he just saw a random skull-faced deer jump at him, fighting off Niklaus (who he didn't recognise instantly either) and Al thought. Ah. The forest. Just, randomly fighting near sleeping people.
A few seconds later realized this was Ross with a mask! Who was obviously here to hide from his attacker! Help me Al! I'm in danger!
Jumped to defend his friend, of course!! Realized it was Niklaus at this point, chased him a bit longer than perhaps needed to just defend Ross <_>
Came to a few realizations after, resting with Ross "just going to continue my damn nap wtf". Turns out Ross was defending Al! Called him cute. Doesn't really think he needs defending. Also might've been fun to see if Niklaus would've taken a bite. See how that works out.
Somewhat.. Surprised this happend. Not usually the target of uh, anyone. Honestly flattered. But CERTAINLY BLAMING SYO. Oh, if only you hadn't felt the need to go attack this guy! Then Al wouldn't have felt like helping you! And then Niklaus wouldn't have tried to harm him! All Syo's fault. He'll be having words with her later.
Well, anyway, went to visit Eph and his very pretty companion (the river stone/black wasp). Sat around like a good boy for a while, then waged war with Ross? Won a competition he didnt know there was. Stuff like that. Breakdanced a bit. Unsure what gives him the most bruises, random fights or throwing himself agressively onto the forest floor.

Brought Syo over, as one does, blacked out briefly and made a giant-forest-necklace or something I dunno it happens. Mostly walked around with Syo and showed her some forest things, ""explained"" some forest magic things. Mostly transformative!
Fell asleep at some point and woke up next to Thais. Don't mind if I do. Met a curious kid who came to sniff at him, Jahangir, and was asked what he was. Whoa! Let's start with names! Briefly introduced, then explained he's the monster under Jang's bed. Had a brief talk about deciding for yourself what you are. Al wants to eat
Joined up by Irene! Woo! And then Les! Double woo! Played briefly, then noticed there was trouble afoot. At first got mostly antsy, and figured it'd be best to keep the little group safe. But it was hard to predict where the fights were going. The kids seemed to listen to Thais, so that was good, she certainly wasn't going to let them come closer. And right where they were didn't seem less safe than Anywhere Else.
Had to stop Les from just going over to watch. Kid, don't, you look way too tasty trust me. Managed to scare him a little so he'd keep close to Thais.
Realized after a short while that Syo had gotten herself involved. Brieefly cursed, figured the kids were safe with Thais, and ran off to help his friend out. Mostly because if anything happens to Syo, he's DOUBLE FUCKED. Eph's rage is one thing, IAN"S TOO? Might as well throw himself into the shredder.
Quickly figured out this was a three predators kind of deal? Or agressors, actually figured out nothing, but noticed Syo go mostly for one big one. Tried to help out where he could, figured Syo wouldn't stop until the fight was over, so might as well assist. Right? Not because he loves fighting, not at all. Noble reasons.
Assisted in taking down the big guy, yelled something at Syo (pissbaby?? really Al??) and went back to Thais, Les and Irene. THEN QUICKLY went to WASH, THEN went back oops.
Watched from the far distance the other predators tear away at the body. Suggested they move, ended up at the ruins. Tried to cheer up the kids? And himself? They really didn't need it tho. And as Thais unfortunately poofed.. Suggested they go look at a dead body because Al is an incredibly responsible adult. In all fairness, figured they'd do it anyway. Better with supervision, right?
Went to look, confronted by Syo again. Yes I'm the babysitter. No you don't have to get involved. We're not yeeting kids into mud today. Watched Les and Irene dare each other to touch the body, aight. Said they could, but they HAD to wash after so Thais wouldn't cut his detatched head off. Al's the fun parent.
Surprised they actually followed him into the river after, and then went to sit by a tree further off, both to rest and to calm down. Was asked some questions by Irene. Lied about two out of three answers, which is possibly a record. Of truth.
Waited until the kids seemed busier talking to eachother than paying attention to him, to go for a 'quick drink'. Now all the other predators were gone, split open the large eyeball to reveal the void behind rows of teeth. Gulped down a big honk of meat like a bird of prey or something, before washing off in the river. Rejoined the kids after losing the evidence.

At some point you're going to have to listen to the warnings you're given. Already knew he was playing a risky game by making a portal directly into one of the Black Star's private chambers, from the forest. But he was late, and it was such a hassle otherwise, and he looked through to make sure nobody was there before entering.
But he can't look around corners.
Transformed back into his troll-shape as he stepped through, but first the giant eyeball deer with hands-for-hooves stepped through. Was confronted by a very poofy and frantic Syo, who he HADN'T SPOTTED, damnit all-seeing idiot, and got tackled RIGHT BACK to the forest floor.
As baffled as Syo, pretty unable to defend himself at what was now a giant... Lioness, hybrid, thing, yaiks, anyway she's about twice his size halp. Eventually got her to calm down, and as soon as Syo realized her body had changed, he was able to get away from her claws too. Now what u gon do, wormy worm, how do legs huh?? Tried to explain, with too little words, what this was. A different dimension! Where you get changed into an, uh, four legged form, usually. You got deer and wolves and lions, and whatever I am, and it's very dangerous!! So we go back now!!
Still had obviously piqued Syo's interests and was harassed into submission the following, weeks? Years? EONS? Anyway, it was tough, feel bad for him. Eventually started relenting and is helping Syo go back to the forest on occassion. She seems to be doing her research at least.
Anxious about anyone else finding out (Read: Eph).
Syo had been entertaining herself a bit in the forest before Al joined, and got tackled on his way to Thais. Had a brief... Well whatever that was, and got smacked on the ass before she left him alone. SYO FKN DAMNIT.
Briefly went to clean off whatever bruises he had now before visiting Thais and, wohoo, Lesath!! Watched Thais push him towards him before they played a little. Scouted out the forest for a dry spot, and brought the pair to one of the weeping willows at the pond. Since, well, Oak is very crowded, and the slab at the playground was too. And that contained Syo. And he was NOT ready for her to learn about Thais being here.

Hasn't been super active lately. More often in Emnes, both content and absolutely discontent about life just kind of doing it's thing. Worried yet absolutely disinterested. Realizing he's antsy! He's spent a long time cooped up inside his own skin by now, and he reaallly feels he needs a stretch. Become a monster. Kinda like removing your belt after a huge dinner, but you've always had a huge dinner and you never take the belt off.
Realizing he's been in a foul mood because of it, but unsure how to fix it. Find a dimension to escape to? Most don't really let him stretch either. So, with lack of a better alternative, has been feeling.. Bratty.
Today, woke up alone and went to find Thais. Was about to cross red hill when he saw Cresent greeting Thais. Sort of did this dive behind the hill to make sure he hadn't been seen? Or hoped. Had a few options.
1: Be a big brat and waltz up to them, greet Cresent as sickly sweet as he could and purr all over Thais.
2: Uh don't?
Somehow rationality won a little, went to get a drink instead. When he came back, Cresent had moved off. Somewhat... Dissapointed. Went to stalk the other angel a little from behind a tree(super non suspicious), but when Cresent turned, RAN. Jumped at Thais basically.
Then Thais had to deal with this MOOD. Bratted away at her, stomping that he didn't want to sit down. Luckily for Thais, joined by Ross. Contemplated bullying Cresent with the myling, but..Kinda doesn't wanna be an ass, either? Maybe.
Anyway, spotted Argus looking worse for wear, and went to join him. Watched Ross do some medical things?? There was also some bratting from Thais about Argus being his husband (BUT SHES NOT JEALOUS. NOOOOOOO.)

Had prepared himself for a chill day, when Thais got up and couldn't move. Dang, a shame. If only Al was a good person.
Got up and rubbed himself aaall over her while she protested, and fled for his life when she was able to pull her hooves loose. At some point though she turned and ran herself.
Chased for a good while until he had the vague feeling she was perhaps truly mad with him. Stopped on a good distance, had a little long-distance staredown.. And then had an idea.
Cloned himself, and approached her again from another angle. Got Thais a little confused at first, until the Altijd across her ALSO started moving. Scared her good then! Because that's what you do when you think your SO is mad at you. AL LOGIC.
Chased her with his twin a good while, dancing and spinning. Finally chased her into a tree, danced at the bottom until she cast a spell on his sibling, who poofed. Aw.

Put on the pool noodles on his horns and engaged Thais in a spar.

Engaged her again, tried to call for mercy after round 2, but she had none. Mostly worried about her breathing tho HAHA.
Finally got interrupted during round 3 by Discount Eph, and then a fawn, and another deer, so it seemed better to blow off the fight. Damn folk ruining his romantic evening.
Sat down with the doe, of course asked if she was hurt, which she wasn't, and thanked her for the gesture. She suggested they go for more rounds later. Suggested he didn't expect her to last this many rounds to begin with, but she didn't get the innuendo. Alas. Maybe in a week she'll realize.
Rested with her for the rest of the evening.

Joined Ross and Thais at the crossed logs, happily piled up on them. Went over to the mushroom circle where FIGHT CLUBBB was going to be happening, and took on Ross for a practice round. Then Thais cus he had it coming. Was an hour too early but, ok. Has been practicing new techniques to be faster than all the giants of the forest, and has been utilizing it.
Had his eyes on a few opponents, and watched a few fights. Took Ross on again who tried to copy him and stumbled out of the ring. DANGIT ROSS. Disfuckinqualified.
Took his opportunity when Elijah stepped into the ring. Leave it to Al to try and take on someone three times his size. Got interrupted quite early into the fight by someone just walking into the ring and standing in the middle a while. Didn't wanna hurt an innocent bystanders, and obviously neither did Elijah, so both kinda awkwardly waited until they were removed.
Suggested they continue!! Had a good fight until Sindile crashed into him as well. Got a little then as the buck kept attacking him, backed out of the ring in an attempt to pause whatever was going on. Did he do something wrong?? Were they taking too long? Felt he'd barely gotten into it. Got severely annoyed when it looked like Sindile was mocking him, spat in the direction of the buck before taking his leave, followed by Ross and Thais (rofl sweethearts).
Went to the river to take a shower and cool off, watched Ross dart around him awkwardly. What's up, can't handle water? Got a forehead smooch (Al frowns) before the myling ran off, back to the ring. Fair.
Crawled out to stand with Thais, briefly complained but promised he'd go back once he felt better. Which they did, only Al never started to feel better. Watched Ross and Monroe beat each other for a long time. Didn't wanna say anything but, yknow, think of the children you're having way too much fun.
Was introduced to the wild dog assnuzzling Ross later, but still in a Really Bad Mood. Would've perhaps otherwise been more enthosiastic. Alas, it be like that. Watched the pair briefly as they left, yelled something obscene. Got something obscene back. Y'know Monroe, maybe you'll get along once Al has taken his head out of the grumpy bucket.
After a few more minutes of attempting to enjoy himself, asked Thais if they could go elsewhere. Which she was happy to do, phew. Complained some more once they sat together on dandelion hill, but quickly switched the subject to things Thais has been getting on to. Like finding a journal, which she'd like to read together with him. Flattered, duh.
Melted a little as she started grooming him. Things unravelled until Thais declared she was trying to be less "predictable", and threw Al on his back, hooves on his chest.

Briefly a blushing mess, though recovered fast. Teased her back a little before finally being interrupted by Ross, lol.

Pretty chill, really?? Hasn't been up to too many shenanigans. Things are kind of just happening. Finished decorating and filling in the new apartment, Ross all settled in his old one. Can't complain, but also a little unused to the normalcy. SO FAR, not too itchy to break it. But that's just inevitable.
Relaxed a good while with Thais, but perhaps they both felt that like a change of pace. Found himself dancing and scaring Thais of course. Practiced some moves with her. Somehow evolved into a game of hide and seek. (Pictoless, I can very much reccommend this)
After a few turns, was going to hide so Thais could seek. Hid in the river and held his breath while Thais jumped the bridge right next to him, but didn't spot him.
Had a few more moments like this until he screwed up in the birch. First time he's ever gotten anxious about seeing Thais doom up in the distance. Scarier than you think!!
Relaxed next to her for the rest of the evening.

Woops got bad at updating this.
Attended Jovan and Dorian's wedding 01-05-2019. Maybe some rp's will follow up to this. But had a good time, looked Cute. Really did his best to gather a nice spring-wedding outfit, as opposed to showing up in neon sneakers and a see-through holographic vest or whatever.
Has helped Verve regain her memory together with Eph, for which they had to find her remains as a deer. Was all fine and dandy with this, until his brain went "hey this is gonna be Thais eventually" and he had a silent breakdown. Luckily Eph didn't look Great either so, judge them Verve. Just do it.
Yesterday, heard of FIGHT CLUB. Will talk about it. Arrived as one of the first and did the opening fight with Cuzlean, who I guess doesn't remember Al from the rut :"3... Lucky..... Leto picked Cuz as the winner because OF COURSE. Had his revenge later when fighting Leto himself. Stupid gazelle-looking-dork. ALL LOVE GONE! Nuzzled his ass.
Fought Lexi as well, after having cheerlead(ed?) with her on one of the fights. Mis is regretting HARD that she hasn't written down everyone Al fought. Please yell on discord/here if your char did hahah.
Anyway, went to sit down with Thais a bit and got fussed over. That might be the better part of getting beat up but, shh. After everything was over, had a long chase with her through the forest. Scaring her with his amount of stamina. Kind of like trying to exhaust your sighthound by running with it but it's a lot more energetic than you so, goodluck.
Finally took a breather and sat down, though apparently still quite alert. VERY quickly caught on to a chase in the forest that didn't look fun and consensual, the snarling wolf might've given that away. Jumped inbetween when they ran in his direction, very briefly engaging the wolf before reverting to just trying to scare it off. Absolutely exhausted by now, had woof decided to try and take him on, might've lost! Eph was nearby though.
But woof didn't like the whole floating eyeball deal so, got to check on Yumi, who seemed ok and quickly returned to her kid in the birch. Joined by Verve briefly too before the two pairs split up. Crashed next to Thais in the birch, snoring deeply.

Has been lazing, spending calm times with Thais and Ross. Roughhoused with an antlered Gnu (new best friend hello), Thais had made friends with some scary dude (she had not), Ross was in a mood and then he was cheered up.

Lazed a bunch in Thais' company, later joined by a moody looking Ross. Had an argument with a friend, he said. That happens, sucks bud. Later joined by Eph as well, and Thais went off a few times to look at some children. Girl stuff.
Then some random shit. Stuffed bird-ross in his trumpets. Listened to Ross purr and Eph make some kinda droning sound please stop doing that, weird. Experimented with the tin set?? Also clown honks.
Somehow it devolved into Thais rubbing against him, and then running away. Gave chase, apparantly scared Thais (CLOWN HONKS AGRESSIVELY). She was smart and stayed in areas with no trees, so Al couldn't take revenge.
Took to pole dancing to TEMPT HER TO THE TREES. Didn't quite work. Paniced when Eph came to watch too. NO!!
Was squashed by Thais again.

Just. Well. ABUSED. Relieved Thais seeeeems a bit more cheerful but, will take revenge. Just wait.

Chilled out in Thais' little spot until she joined him, feeling quite.. Chilled out. Not sure if it's the potion or if his fighting urges have ceased for a bit, but hasn't had the need to find trouble. It'll return!
Has been eating a bag of crispy m&m's. Current addiction. Tried to offer Thais some but she refused. Just threw a few subjects in her direction until she asked how his wounds were, to which he answered he was actually doing good! Preparing for meeting Nix so he could beat him up Where u at boy, not seein those hands yet. Spring ralley or not ur gettin it. Had a brief talk about Al being a bit weird, enjoying pain and adrenaline and all that. Threw that one back at her; did she never do anything bad for herself?
Aand of course she did, but in a different way. Also not in an enjoyable way if you ask the angel. Spoke to her about her worries concerning Draven's dissapearance. That's a tricky one, not much to be done about it. Offered to set up a search? But it was more likely Draven had needed space after some dramatic events, and he'd always returned on his own... Had to think about his own situation three years ago. Maybe he just, couldn't right now. But Al had come back, and Draven loved his kids, so surely. But it wasn't good to worry about it when there's nothing to be done.
Also realized he'd really missed out on way more than he thought he had. People had died, nd whatnot. Three years was a long time to meet and lose people.
Offered a massage, the best he could do right now. Wished he could offer more but, got reassured he did a lot for her. Doesn't entirely agree. What use is being a eldricht monstrosity if you can't help your girlfriend solve her problems. NONE. There's NO USE.

Woke up SHATTERED, his favorite state of being, and went to soak in the cool water of the pond to hopefully stiffle some swelling. Or something. Pretend it helps. Wobbled over to Thais, with a little bit of distance inbetween them, and sat down in silence. Could sort of sense she wasn't in the best mood. Hit up a conversation about her worries, finally, also apologised for giving her grief. Thais didn't blame him, her kids could be tricky to convince and Al had managed. Albeit with cursewords. She had some worries about their venom, which made a lot of sense to him. Interested in finding a cure in case someone gets bitten on accident, but has no access to a lab. Perhaps should ask around?
As if on command, Sindile and Alpha appeared. Had seen Sin a few times before, like, just yesterday, but the pup was new. Was informed they were a healer, and were here to check out Al's injuries.
But.... He worked so hard to get those....
Not to seem TOO WEIRd to frkn Thais, let Alpha do her thing. Was offered a liquid that should help, mostly to prevent further injury (Haha how, by making me stop doing stupid stuff??) Actually quite unsure what it's supposed to do. Relax him? PFFT.
Looking at the liquid, he pondered over his next actions. Briefly. SURE. He could split the eyeball, turn into a humanoid head, and drink that way. Easier was to just open his mouth. With first an innocent line appearing on the eyeball, slowly split up his "head", revealing rows of teeth inside what had seemed a solid round structure. Basically Danger Pacman.top right Poured the liquid down this eye-hole. Did not enjoy flavour!!
Still, thanked Alpha, caught on to her being freaked out, awfully pleased with himself. That'll teach them to offer creepy looking strangers weird liquids.

Continued his conversation with Thais briefly, who seemed to just, be used to Al's bullshit by now. She'd seen him do worse, basically. Also greeted Eph WAY too enthosiastically and regretted that for a while.

Fucked up.
No rofl, had the best day EVER. Was finally introduced to Thais' kid, Lesath. WOO! Scared the kid. Damnit?? I'm good with kids, what is this?? Tried to dance, made it worse. Apparantly Les is a bit of a scaredycat. Had a "Really, I'm the scariest shit he's ever seen?" outburst,and broke the ice: SAID A BADWORD. Taught Les "fuck". Had to flee from Thais' wrath. Will sacrifice Thais' love for him if it means her kids will like him, so. Worth it.
Had a fun time teaming up against Mom, poor Thais now having to deal with ANOTHER KID, before they went off to a group at the Spring Ralley.
At first had mild concerns about activity levels, but quickly found 2 babies who were very awake. Played, relieved when Les got in on it too. Then got... Restless. Sure, good with kids. Likes kids! Loves to play and run and jump.
But also really likes fighting..
Invited Leto to a spar the second he arrived, and duked it out with the desert stag in the fighty arena. Pretty agressively first, before it somehow devolved into mask spamming, and actually laughed with the troll. Y'KNOW. SEE. MAYBE WE CAN BE FRIENDS????
Saw a large stag (Ingólfr) stare at him. Challenged him too. Absolutely miniature compared, but cmon these are friendly spars... Right.... No need to fear for his life.. Keeps throwing himself into these fully though so, nye.
THEN pulled aside by Sindile, who got bigger since the last time Al saw him. Sparred with him too. Then, heaving and half dead, sparred with Eph. LOST.
And lastly, challenged by a kid (Goro). Thought, aw! Sure! I'll teach you how to spar, look you lower your antlers like this- and then got thrown down into a chokehold, fawn breaking his leg. Escaped and hid behind Starling who seemed to have arrived with the menace. And had been yelling a lot prior... Please I don't know what this is but make it stop. No fawn should have this much power.
Finally flopped down over Ephiré's back, legs spread out, lungs punctured I don't know. VERY BLISSFUL. This is all Al wants. DId look at Thais and Lesath in-between fights, and isn't sure if this was a good idea overall for a first impression.. Uncle Al is Agressive?? But y'know, sometimes opportunities happen. He'll talk to Thais some other time.

A lazy day, mostly. Invited Thais to join him on a hill, and was informed this'd been one of his favorite spots before he dissapeared three years ago.
Was it? Shit.
Of course, Al doesn't remember a thing. Wondered if there'd been more he'd forgotten, and Thais mused she thought she had confessed to him, on this spot, that she'd liked him.
Asked if that still held true, and it did. Didn't continue the conversation.
Followed the burgundy to the pond for a drink, and then went back to her spot in the birch. Teased her by marking the trees, they were his now. Was told he could have them. YOU will MOURN the day he straight-up uproots them.
After some more calm sitting, decided to, well, continue the conversation. It HAD to happen. After upsetting her a few days back, which'd been on his mind, really needed to know where they stood.
Had Thais confess to him, and was briefly worried. It wasn't like he hadn't known, or that he didn't return it, but would this change anything? It was easier to ignore unspoken things. Which was.. Dangerous.
Admitted back, he loved her too. Absolutely. Spoke about what that meant for him, and that above all they had to communicate if they were uncomfortable with something. Both of them!! So bad at this! But maybe they'd figure it out. Spoke to her about Draven too, just to make sure if he does return, Thais doesn't give up on loving him either. To Al, it doesn't matter how many there would be, as long as she is happy. And he himself, however unlikely to take on another partner, is too fond of fooling around to give that up entirely.
But with talking and being honest, they.. Should be able to do this, right?

A few days ago; got invited by Elliot to join him for tea and/or wine!! FLATTERED! I think Al's subtle flirts went straight over Elliot's head tho, fyi.
Yesterday: It was time, for Al to take on his true form. If the sound of this scares you: be afraid.
So, yeah, trumpets. There's 8 vuvuzela's on Al's head and the forest is no longer a safe space. Al is not the character who's set accurately represents his design; no, it represents his inner working.
Found Thais and Nix in a discussion, caught onto Thais telling her brother a predator had scratched her face. Big-eyebrow-raise, didn't say anything. If Thais felt she had to lie, she had good reason to. Agreed with Nix when he commented she should point out this predator, so they could take care of it. Would looooove to take care of Hanodim.
She quickly switched the subject, made Nix uncomfortable, made Al have a whole "oh shit why am I here I shouldn't be here this isn't my conversation" in his head. Swiiitched the subject to his and Thais' new place. Haha, right???
Slowly joined by other folk. Sat with Shadeless, who's grown up a bit these past few days. Joined by Cresent, who sat down next to Thais. Had a brief.. The weirdest, briefest spout of jealousy, which he doesn't like and will repress IMMEDIATLY. Sorta understands where it comes from, insecurity of course, but let it slide. Cresent is good-looking, he'd be all over that himself HA.
Finally decided to speak to the stag, curious about his name and all that. Got whiplash from the introduction. First, was told Cresent was his brother, and in the same sentence that he was a god. Now his siblings kill him on sight, so that was his first bout of panic, and then A GOD?? Like those idiots who kept him captured for centuries?? Yeah boy, not a good start. Briefly feared one of his siblings slipping through after all, and perhaps the forest surpressing the immediate need for murder, but no, couldn't be. More worlds had angels, it wasn't tHAT odd. And none of his would.. Call themselves a god. That was an offense if anything.
Didn't like Cresent's bravado. Couldn't help but feel it was fake; a pretense. Felt somehow manipulated. Turned hostile in retaliation where the white stag was just trying to be nice, and realized Cresent got court with him fast.
Which; amusing, secretly. Doesn't get to enjoy being a little sadistic often. Pushed until Cresent got up and left. Mmmwoops? Didn't really regret it, but when the adrenaline came down, realized his hands were shaking.
Barked at Ephiré who'd caught on, and reassured by him in a way. Neither liked gods (oh, Al ;_;""" rofl) so, it was a relief to vent at him a little.
Got up for a drink briefly, followed by Thais. Would have otherwise splashed or suprised her or something, instead quietly followed her back to where Nix was asleep, now alone apologised to her for chasing off her friend. But she understood, knew his history, what the reveal of a god did to him. Did tell her not to avoid him on his behalf, that was bullshit. Didn't like those games. But also told her the truth lasted longer. That she'd regret lying if Nix found out on his own. Her lie would likely hurt more then. Left the rest up to her.

A quiet day. (Player is DRAWING! It's A MIRACLE! (really it's been months)) Phased in next to Thais so, kept her company. Slept a good while, found by Anpiel and Argus! Been a while mister KFC! Played a while, but quickly went back to being a lazy sod. Later joined by Cresent, who he WILL poke asap, and Ross, and Eph! Quite impressed with the group they keep amassing.
Played with Anpiel some more, some tiny play-spars. Perhaps the kid just needs some fighting classes. Punch people. That was always a solid plan no?
During a moment of rest, watched Thais walk off a bit. Almost about to follow but she was on her way back before he realized. Hid behind a tree to pretend he wasn't stalking. No? Didn't work? Had an automatic moment of trying to cheer her up and tempt her into play, but she was feeling too down. Got a pity nuzzle out of it though. Mnyeh.

Started calm. Found Nix with a kid nearby (Anpiel). Invited the kid to come sit closer, and lounged next to the stag a good while. Aware Thais was elsewhere with Leto, but ALSO AWARE Leto doesn't like him. Not out to ruin Everything for Thais.
Later found her on the hill, alone. Aw?? Caught onto her mood and the scratch on her face. That'd piss him off in an instant. Turned happily to Anpiel who thought he was intruding. Nah kid s'fine, come sit with. May have mentioned poor Thais seemed moody.
Spoke to her about what happened, learned her father did this. That he'd visited with ""gifts"" for her kids. Offered to end him, but seems Thais would rather do that herself. Still! Offer stands! Hungry for Hanoburger!

Played with Anpiel for a bit and was approached by two strangers. Which normally would be a+, but right now worried about Thais. Tried to lead them off, but the skull-faced stag was intent on getting Thais to play.
Got THIIIISSS close to being angry. Kept his cool, somehow. In the end, successful, and sat back with Thais and Anpiel. Later joined by Cresent too.
Spoke to Anpiel and was honest for a change. Which was also immediate regrets, as the questions kept coming. On one hand, thinks it's fun. On the other it's such a conviluted story, a lie is easier to understand.

Has frequented the forest again these recent days, mostly chilling, some underlying antsyness keeping him from melting into the ground. Wanders once in a while to stare at folk who don't stare back, curious generally. There's a lot of interesting people around. But he is not entirely sure how to interact without it being an offense. Likely anxiety.
Kept Nix company whenever, trying not to bother him when there's others around too. Even if he'd like to meet them!! Damnit Al!! Hung out with Thais later too, a very pale white stag joining them later (Cresent). He seemed interesting...
Found Thais sometime alone another day, napping away. Dressed her up. When she woke up looking like some peacock-fish menace, was asked if he'd like to introduce her to his friends like this. Balked, of course not!! I'd look so dull next to you!! So got dressed up as well and went to sit with Argus and Juno, they were paused though. Eventually went to wash off the mess with Thais and chilled some more, joined by Eph and Ross.
Yesterday, woke up.. Somewhere. Wandered, sat, wandered. Eventually woken from his slumber by.. Yells. Lots of tiny yells. Realized a Baby was sniffing him and had a tiny startle, before he just watched Baby Wars from a distance. Uh.
Figured the pale doe was mom(Mirah) to a bunch but, the rest was bundled off ways away.
Found by Shadeless, the dark fawn who's been with him before too. Nice, a calm kid. Brought them over to Thais when she approached, and accidentally started attracting Babies. VERY WORRIED mom might get mad, but she seemed chill about it. Played, breakdanced, joined by Eph and Ross and others. Sorry didn't check the map. A fun bunch! A party bunch.
Nuzzled Thais' behind :3 Got scolded. Ran behind Eph, etc. Just generally being an antagonist.

Split off from Thais, the Angel quickly realized Ross was going to be a liability, and shoved him back to the forest. Can make portals to worlds he knows, so, at least ensured Ross' safety before rushing out in an attempt to find Thais.
Transformed, expanded, met with a monster meant to slow him down. Split them in half. Had missed doing this so much, had missed being himself. Reveled in the feeling only briefly, finding a portal with Thais' blood and mask. Passed through.
Soldiers this time, armed with bows and arrow, swords, though many too fearful to engage him. Rushed through and, stumbled upon the oddest scene. Thais fighting some unfamilair dude. Of course threatened the guy on the spot, until he realized Thais didn't seem to like him anymore.
Fair, giant eyeball monster and all that, but confused none-the-less. Was kinda dismissed.
Not entirely daft, realized quite well what was going on yet unsure how to fix it. Reminded of when Neela was bound down by her ancestors in her mind, kept in a coma, until he freed her with her family. Knew it'd be really susp if he just portalled off now, so, did something that he really shouldn't, and split himself.
The monster sitting and watching the fight between Thais and her dad mostly mindless as his human vessel scurried off to meet Thais in her mind, and to try to wake her. Glad she wasn't too confused by his very unfamilair appereance. Like meeting someone in a dream when you know it's them, but they look super different.
Aware he was quickly losing strength, stuck with Thais as she managed to regain control, reliving memories that had been blocked off. Was later sent off by Thais and, without complaining did as he was told. Partly because he couldn't stay like this much longer without the damage being permanent. He, too, carries a curse.
Realized what she was doing once he was back to himself though. Sorta pissed. Threatened her dad a bunch more, mostly to eat him, since he couldn't be mad at Thais currently.
Took her to his apartment after shouting at her dad a bit more and after she'd passed out.
Even safe, worried she'd slip off anyway, and stuck by the burgundy's side until she woke. Which was two days later. Got her food, spoke to her about what happend. Told her his own story, since hey, turns out we're both cursed by the same chucklefucks. Coïncidence!
Hoped to give her some material to work out this trauma, but aware it'll take a while. Offered for her to stick around his place until she felt better. Looking for a new apartment himself just in case she decides to stick around more. His is really too small for two people.

Decided for a quick shop to provide Thais with a mask, since she seemed uncomfortable not wearing one.
In some weird twist of fate, bumped into Eph and Ross.

Had an immediate understanding with Eph (lol he gets it) but Ross wasn't too into the idea of pretending they never saw eachother.
Had a brief talk with the myling, informing him that Thais was fine, and an offer for either a hug or a fight in the parking lot. Hug was picked. Fine. Maybe another time on a rooftop??
Promised to keep in touch, suggested a chocolate candy bar with that sugar that feels like it explodes in your mouth to Ross. He'd love to see his face upon trying that.
Returned to Thais, easily caught onto her having cried in his absense. Spoke to her for a long while. Let her stay with him for the time being, as long as it'd take really.
After a few days, decided on a visit to Leto. Leto! His favorite victim. Tried very hard not to fuck it up. Almost did anyway. Keeps getting misinterpretented by Leto, totally not because Al can't help the smirks and eyebrow wiggles. Just, Leto is so negative
Luckily Leto's actually super reasonable and likes Thais. Well who doesn't. How'd she end up with this piece of work. Had a brief little discussion with Thais about her paying him back, which makes him very >8/?? No likey.
Thais ended up with two necklaces that together cancel out her curse's poison when worn. Still, proposed they put them to the test back in his apartment. Even if he's pretty confident in Leto's skills, can't take risks when it comes to this, and Thais' poison affects him little.
More talking, offered to drink her blood or something to test. She didnt like that idea. Instead; how about a kiss? She'd read about french kissing by now. BALKED ONLY A LITTLE. Hasn't actually kissed anyone in decades, lol, it's not really a thing trolls -do-. Whatever makes Thais happy though. Kissed, or was kissed by Thais, and couldnt help the hugeass smirk on his face after. Got a pillow in his face and a threat. Necklaces work though!
Teased her some more, seems Thais is catching up to Al's games a little. She suggested he should try again without the necklaces. See if there's a difference.

Went the science way and wrote down, as well as he could, his sympthomes. Then lost his ability to talk and had to lay down. Luckily without worrying the burgundy with him too much, she too quite aware this wasn't a big deal for the angel. As his high passed, spoke about how sometimes poisons and venom are used in medicine. That seemed to cheer her up. Some more banter before she suggested he must be tired, which prompted him to conclude that SHE must be tired. Don't use me as an excuse Imary.
Offered her a nap, and after that, he'd bring her back to the forest, or her own world, whichever she preferred.
Also suggested she help him with his apartment search. Kinda excited for that.

Ran out of ideas to help Thais, yet watched her get more and more anxious and unsettled each day. She obviously wasn't sleeping nor eating properly, and he had one final suggestion to give. A little risky, as he didn't exactly know how Ross' powers worked, and the item that'd have to be used had been in the forest for a longg time. Would it even refer back to the right world, if it was used to make a portal of?
But Ross could help, and a portal was made. Passed through with both Ross and Thais, leaving the forest behind of now.
Strangely enough Ross might've re-emerged in the forest not 20 minutes after. Sorry Ross.

Some rp's are overlapping a little but, spoke with Ross and Leto about well, Ross' magic powers being too obvious when he visits Emnes. He's a human there, he can't have ANY. And if any of the stronger beings (see: Harin, Syo) would find out, everyone would be in deep shit. Leto had some trinkets to try and repress Ross' magic, which went all kinds of funky. When trying to remove a ring from Ross' horns, got his hand pierced through on the pointy end. Fuck??
Gave Ross an ultimatum; find a solution, before then you can't enter Emnes. Will of course help.
Spent some time roaming worlds.
Returned newyears eve to the forest, met up with Tristan, Jonah, later Artemis as well. Had a short bar convo with Tristan, has been challenged to make up a nickname for him other than Spots. Which, how hard can it be. Will come back to you Tristan.
Spoke family stuff? Briefly spoke about well, being an alien. No mini Al's to be made here, ever. Apparantly Tristan was helping out with a lil forest family, that sounded cute. Offered Tristan to pull off his own arm so we could see if Al can reproduce asexually. Got turned down.
New years weather changes made him jump around with the three deer as a TINY BABY AL. Got lost at some point and was found by Ross. Smothered. Also floated off in the air by a bubble.
Spoke Things. Emnes firstly, their relations there. Spoke about him and Syo. And about Ross and Iain. Likes these subjects, feels it's easy and FUN to be very open about it with Ross. Ended up touching on something Ross was worried about concerning his partner, Ery's, family. Questioned him a little, was asked to babysit Irene before asking why not just use him as a fighter instead. Somewhat?? Suprised?? When Ross didn't think Al could fight.
Then again he's never shown it. He never tells people anything about himself but vague stories and/or lies. So. Fair.

Has been recovering alright! Not like injuries hinder the angel much. Has been spending time in the company of various individuals, a little lazy perhaps. Met a fawn (jmidleton) who he has been spending quite a bit of time with the past few days!! Will they decide to use TEFc? We'll never know.
Sort of aware of how.. Dead, the forest is. He and the fawn can run endlessly without ever seeing anyone move. Doesn't think it used to be like this.
Met with Thais and fell asleep next to her. Woken up with a new look by her and the kiddo. Played around a good time, napped a bunch, pretty pleased. More pleased when Eph joined too. :3
Has in the meantime completed his deal with Leto. Brought the maps and put them in Thais' stash for safekeeping. Did promise he'd bring them back. Informed her of this; these were maps from different dimensions. Don't question their origins too much. Legal?? Illegal?? Like Al cares. But they could help, maybe, find what Thais is looking for. And if not then that alone too is knowledge.
Also, with the neccessary embarassment, informed Thais of the name he'd picked for her. Imary. Kept the meaning to himself for now, but basically he translated some words to another language, then took out a bunch of letters and ended up with Imary. To him, it translates back to "my anchor". Which, yes, SAPPYYY.
Thais had to cool off from all the cute rofl.
Played with the now awake fawn some more until Thais had to leave, then sat back with Eph, fawn, later Ross, later emerged from Eph's chest (hes a mini. Anticipate Tiny Antics). Before eventually leaving as well.

Having a great time outside the forest. That's all you're getting, sorry. Has a few concerns brewing in his head though, should likely express those to the people they're about.
Wandered into the woods after an eventful night at the club. The forest being quiet, as usual, most people just chilling. Met a fawn who was very much awake and adopted it instantly. Sort of feels it's very important to entertain these wild kids but, knows he'll never see them again.
Joined, or BUSTED by Nix when he was showing off some dance moves. Aiiight! Played some spell spamming and chasing games with Nix and the kid before the kid darted off Sad. Sparred with Nix instead which!! Finally. Exciting. No chance of winning that HAHA since he's half Nix' size anyway but, gave it a good go.
Sat down with the bull to chat a little, about what happend back then with Ross and why Nix had been so upset by it. Feels he understands better now. Made him think himself again too, perhaps he's been taking a lot of risks lately. Well. Wouldn't be Al if he wasn't taking risks. Eager to talk about Nix' ability to sense emotions, relieved when the Wolf wasn't that affected by Al anymore. Cus he's a whirlwind and he knows it. Glad to have made Nix laugh.
Later, had an epiphany, FINALLY found a name for Thais. Excited to tell her. Also worried she won't like it.
26-11-2018 I try to keep these out-of-forest updates short, cus I can't imagine they're super interesting to read for people uninvolved in that paticular world / rp, but for Al's timeline they can be important so! A short summary. AND maybe im wrong who knows I dont.
Kept his promise of giving Thais an outing after the rut. Seems like this is a way-late date of doing so but, this rp was 50 pages long :3
Took her to Emnes, where as suspected she turned human. Not a troll! Could've happend! But has brought her to a human(oid) dimension before and she turned human there just as well.
Had maaybee not entirely guessed her measurements right, as suprise she's changed a little, but did ok figuring out clothes for her. Let her sleep in his bed, took the couch himself, and went with her to the library the next morning where they met with Ephiré.
Thais had brought the mask she used to wear to perhaps find some clues, discussed the arches drawn on the inside mainly. Eph did have some suggestion of what they at least looked like, but they might not be the same ones. Regardless, plenty of stuff to think about, because the arches Eph referenced to had been build in the hopes to create portals to other dimensions. If these were similar to the ones on the mask, they might've been build with the same idea.
No clues on how to otherwise get there, but promised to come along so she wouldn't get stuck in a different world. Good to bring a dimension hopper with you generally.
Went back to his apartment to prep for the visit to the nightclub later, after visiting a book store for Thais. Had let her rent a book she'd found at the library otherwise too. Just. Books. Thais loves them.
Had prepped Verve about this visit beforehand, now that Eph had told her about this deer-forest. Though she'd given him the most extremely sceptical look ever. At least relieved Eph confirmed for him, or he might've lost his job. But made sure that way that Verve was aware Thais knew her.
Clubs are loud and flashy, and he was relieved when Verve showed up quickly. Went to quickly get everyone some drinks, and then was less relieved when Verve took Thais away from him to talk. ESPECIALLY less relieved after the murderous glance she'd thrown at him. HHHHHHHHHHH. No idea what they spoke about in the brief moment he was gone.
Stayed with Eph as Verve had taken Thais with her to the breakroom, where it was more quiet. Apparantly with Ian too. That can never end well.
Later alerted to the pair being on the dancefloor. Ok, well, that was a positive thing, so waited until Verve and Thais were done before he was given the redhead back. At least she seemed happy, and got along with Verve splendidly. As he'd said beforehand!! Verve was different yes, but not worse. If anything she was a lot easier now, albeit..Stricter. Proud of Thais either way, this was all-in-all kind of a big thing and a really long day for someone who was usually a deer. Took her back quickly after that, time to rest up.

Calm week really. Spent time with Thais last weekend, realized she'd left some feathers behind when he woke up the next morning. Oh! Has no ear to put those behind so ..Did not stab them in his eyeball fyi, but defo took one with him to Emnes. Y'know. For Science.
Had a chat with Leto and brought him back to the forest. Apparantly he'd re-gained his memory through a crystal, or something, that he'd now hidden in the forest. Met up with him to see this crystal and talk the event over. Thing is, if they want Verve to regain her memory as well, it's gotta be non-dangerous.
But the crystal seemed completely powerless. Listened to Leto's story, observed him a little, then congratulated the stag with his pregnancy.
Not too well recieved! Explained his uh logic, obviously whatever had been in the crystal had lifted with Leto. A spirit of sorts, likely. Sure explained a few things! Now he's not really pregnant so hold off the can-I-play-the-fawn requests.
Yesterday woke up and joined Nix in silence. A lil anxiously at first until the bull came to sit closer. Hiiiii~.

A lazy day, since this layout had to be finished finally. Found Thais, played with her and two other lovelies, though sat sown at his favorite spot later. After Thais left, joined by Eph, later Elliot and Isiel. Preparing his Uno cards.

Woke up alone in his little spot-of-choice. Not one to claim areas and moves just as easily, but if he was already here and the place is empty.. Sure. Sat right back down.
Was briefly approached by two strangers (who obviously weren't characters chill Al) seemingly trying to irritate him. Tried just leaving, but got followed. Huijdawijawk. Not used to being the bullied instead of the bulleé. Went to hardcore ignore-mode and just angrily stared in front of him a while, whilst the pair circled him.
Back to the sunspot, later joined by Argus. Who looks different, but very nice! Not in a chatty mood though; he has.. Work to do. Feels some pressure now from his initiative to name Thais. It's a good opportunity! Maybe he needs to write her a poem! NO wait let's not crank that pressure even higher!!
A bit of a sap somewhere deep inside.
Does know what meaning he wants, but not what translation. Might have to ask around a little for words or names from different languages, until something resonates.
Another friend of Argus joined, Al still busy writing in this little notepad he brought. He has hands it's such a blessing. Decided after a while to join Ross and Eph at the stream, but still not very talky. That has to be weird.

Woke up, found Thais; a good ritual. Also joined by Ephiré later, double joy, and later Erwen. Mostly relished in the company a good while, kept an eye on the forest. Some mini fawns nd stuff doing stuff.
Briefly tackled by Repodus and his friend! Reppy! It's been ages! Played with the pair, roughhousing a bit but let them go when they were eager to run off. You can bother Al 5 out of 7 days a week but the weekend is Thais time ok.
Got up to frolick through the forest with the masked doe, dressed her up to go clubbing then promptly neither of them FELT LIKE CLUBBING. So just, watched a bunch of deer get air-sitting lessons from Apel. How cute!
Spoke to Thais about yesterday, y'know, cus he likes to stick his nose in places it don't belong. Didn't learn much new, but Ross' harassment had apparantly taken place during Thais' pregnancy (ROSS! POINTS DEDUCTED!) and she hadn't really been there at the time (ok phew), but some dude named Cole was involved and Cole was dead now.
Ha. Interesting. 'specially given Ross' ressurection thing.
But ok. Shrug. Took notice of Thais adressing him as "Al" or "Altijd", and realized that didn't sit right with him. That wasn't the name she gave him. And even if Harin was, sort of in use by someone else who was ALSO HIM, it'd still been the name Thais had given him. And likely the only reason he'd held any connection back to the forest.
Discussed name meanings (Harin= the right path. ALSO DEER, DONT GOOGLE THIS ROFL) Suggested she call him Hopeless instead. Was asked about Altijd, which means "forever". Asked about Thais, which means "contemplated with admiration, or beauty", and Thais had to immediatly sort-of apologise for that. cmon Thais, like your mom would've called you "lil turd." Of course moms give grand names.
Watched her keel over laughing and did that lil gigglesnort you do when you dont want to laugh at your own joke but it's pretty good, too. Had to admire the red doe a lil bit, she's just so cute laughing like that.
Needs to think of a name HE can give her. Going to google "name meaning 'turd' " later tonight.

Today, woke up and went to find Thais with Nix. Pretty pleased with himself now that the prospect of potentionally ruining things with Thais' family isn't first on his mind anymore, and he's just kinda eager to get to know folk again. Tiny victory for this eon's old monster. Sat happily with the pair, watched Ross pass by in the distance, waved, didn't question why his buddy didn't come over. Just kinda ":D" at the world.
Apparantly BRIEFLY looked away (player needs to EAT) and suddenly there he was with Ross, Nix leaving, and Thais going ?? before following Nix. His head might as well have turned into a giant question mark, and I don't doubt that's something Al can do. Nooooo ideaaaa. Did have the Vague feeling that Nix and Ross aren't on the same line but, ok?? Questioned Ross who, explained he'd antagonised Nix in the past with a friend, this one time. Feels like that's a vast understatement if this is Nix' reaction, or Nix is really more of a uh Wuss than Al sort of imagined him to be. Al's just gonna go with Ross-isn't-entirely-honest.
Since player still HAD TO EAT, and didn't want a cold dinner, plopped down with Ross in his favorite sunny spot (which accidentally had view of Thais trying to get Nix to not explode at the pond. Al: ??
Tried to speak to Ross bout it a little, figured Ross should maybe try apologising sometime..? But maybe not now, cus, looks bad over there. Reassured him that he's still Al's best buddy (lol him and everyone else) and that he wasn't mad. Opposite: WHERE THE FUCK, DID ROSS?? GET THE BALLS??? TO ANTAGONIZE NIX!! He's like 5 times his size Al wants some of those guts.
Anyway Thais came briefly over and Al assumed that meant she'd managed to calm down Nix and they could all come together again!! Instead he didn't catch on to her saying goodbye for the night until she left for her home tree. great
Bummer. Ross decided to go over to Nix and say sorry, agreed with that and was about to follow Ross hot on his heels when Ross went <_<" So ok kept his distance and sat down with Elliot. Had half a heart to talk to Elliot bout all this bull but, also REALLY doesn't know what's going on and that might just mean bad info and weird confusion. So just basked in Elliot's calm, as one does.
Ross came back super quick, Nix didn't wanna hear it. Aw boo. Seriously how'd you manage this. Ross mentioned he'd seen a new friend of him around and asked if Al wanted to join him in greeting the new guy (Sweetgrass). Eh, maybe later.
Yet being left alone (sort of, hi Elliot) with his thoughts is always a bad thing in the case of Al. After a good while, went over to Nix. Y'know. Offer if he can do anything for him. Offer for Nix to beat on him to get rid of some anger ???? Denied. >8(.. Was told it wasn't a good idea which is the biggest offense ever, like Al isn't full of 100% good ideas. C'mon. Quickly offered him a smoke then before turning back to sit with Elliot. Hey, who knows right. A cigarette always calms him right down at least.
When Elliot poofed, went to find Ross and Sweetgrass. Brief convo with the buck on him being new here yadayada, smalltalk. Got a really creepy stare from his owl friend. Animals don't tend to like Al, he figures.

Al has been behaving, fairly well. Has helped Leto out with finding his way back to Emnes, stated his price, and may state a second price for helping him with the lock to his place. Oh Ross was there too. Sweet, poor Ross, who was not adequately warned about shitty elevators.
Has been doing ok for himself. Lots of things going on in the background, enjoying his time in Emnes a lot and learning a whole spiel of bartender tricks. Good times. Has been chatting a bit with Elliot, who has quietly captured the Angel's purple heart, and is very interested in his view on things. Prrreeettyy sure there's a lot more depth to the guy than he's letting on. Always excited for his visits.
Stalked Leto briefly until he decided to grow up and just sit with him for now. Though has this hard to overcome urge to pummel the stag a little. Why's that, Al. Later joined by Ross who is way too obvious about this. Hi Ross. We see you. Also joined by Elliot again!! omg

AUGH!! UPDATES!!!
Something-something met with Thais, saw Ross, Ross joined, joined Eph, Thais is honorary beluga club member.
Big ole tooth fish appeared, watched it like he was at the zoo. Ross wriggled next to him because apparantly big fish was sniffing one of his friends? Reassured him then went to check on Accendare when Neath seemed to spook her. Didn't really know how to do anything because he is a giant eyeball and that can't be a reassurance either, Sigh. Anyway more chilling.
Today helped someone with their set, stuck around a while, found by a fawn(Artomirence) (WHO WERE YOU! our heart breaks) Fawn promptly adopted him and the other deer as their parents. ADOPTED FAWN. Played around a good long time.
But then Al had to sit because I want to draw!! And kid poofed. Sad.

Just chilled with Argus, Ephiré and Ross. In that order.
Found Thais and Jovan in a small herd on a hill. Tried to circle a while, see if he could coach the resident challenger into fighting him! Because he wanted to give Thais (and Jovan) a show.
But everyone was paused. Seems a thing this rut.
Still Thais kinda enjoyed her paused friends. Thought to find another challenger and bring them over to show Thais a fight like she deserved, but only found fake-Tristans. Seems Thais gave up on waiting at that point too.
Went to find another herd then. Idelle's! Challenged her for a fight, like he'd wanted to, thought they gave a great show (most everyone paused, tho). Thais went to socialize in that group a while, went to wander himself. Lost Jovan, somewhere. Later re-joined by Thais who was a bit tired of all the frozen groups. Instead sat with her at the pond, non rutting zone, and chatted.
Asked how the event was going, discussed getting old(er) and just not being so entertained by loud men anymore. Touched on the feeling of being wanted or desired, and was asked if he'd ever been.
Just straight up went "nah im ugly", to which Thais seemed to dissolve into volcanic material and would've absolutely smacked his brain in if her player didnt hold the ropes (cmon. smackm.) Utterly confused when she muttered something about it having been a 100 years, and he'd forgotten, and something, and Al had a meltdown and??? what?? @_@
Yelled after her for a short bit in a dramatic episode, before finding himself on the pond shore entirely Baffled. Fucked up, clearly. Found by Tristan who seemed confused by the otherwise so cheerful angel being a big ole downer. Didnt even react to Argus playfully spelling him. Sorry Argus.
Briefly touched with Tristan on the subject of him having Fucked Up and now not knowing what to do. Was adviced to let her be a little while instead of following (Que Ephiré screaming somewhere in the BG). Figured Tristan would know, was also told it sometimes helps to just offer a shoulder/touch, instead of talking.
NOW THATS TOUGH ADVICE.
But did as told. Thanked Tristan, threatened him (??) got called Baby Blue. Would have to think THAT over.
Regardless followed Thais and briefly greeted Eph on the way. Sure he thought he saw a frown on his face too :| Found Thais with her head in Verve's old stash tree. Aw
Briefly did as was told. Sat nearby. Shut his trap for a total of 10 seconds before pouring it all out.
Sort of weird confession time because they've all already done this. At least a few things became clear. Of course Al still has feelings for Thais, was that not obvious yet, but things have changed and he doesnt'exactly (he does) want to get inbetween her and her partner. She didnt seem ok with that answer either. Well!! What do you want then!! Worded that a LOT nicer.
Realizes he used to put up a barrier for her. Now she's doing the same to him. Fair. Got no answer but a "can't have what I want", and exhaled. Okay. She does still feel for him too, but is in a tough position at the moment. Had a brief, quiet grumble to himself, not sure what that outburst was for then. Didnt say anything.
Instead invited her over to a different world after the rut. Get some ice cream.

Sat down in a grassy patch, at first alone, quickly joined by Argus. Husbando :3 Later joined by Tristan and two more he hadn't seen before (hi!). Suprised somehow that the two of them would attract multiple deer like this, especially by just being super lazy. Not complaining, if anything kind of feeling more confident from this. Not all is bad.
Napped on-and-off, watched a different group of deer sit in front of them. Kind of mused to himself about how different they were, which is cool and interesting. Flew on all four of his appendages when a meerkat ran under him. A MEERKAT!!! Joined by Argus in some interesting play with the poor critter, more deer joined. You didnt appear on the map though, sadface. Meerkat introduced them to one of the deer from the Pretty group, honked around until Thais came upon their antics.
Well, actually just continued honking before they all got a bit tired. Suggested they sit down, (Argus I saw that super eager nod, you lazy twat), but then also realizing Thais had left Nix to come join them.
PUT ON HIS BRAVE FACE, and led like an army of four deer to poor Nix. Who was paused to Al's delight, until he wasn't anymore and Al may have bleated like a sheep.
Exchanged greetings (yay) sat down again. Big ole row of randomly assorted deer. Joined by Ross (YAY) who snugged into his side. No idea that Ross and Nix dont get along (so much for good first impressions Al.)
Finally sucked it up and talked to Thais. Firstly; had brought books!! This was long anticipated. Three books; one on sign language, as promised. One bird watchers book, with tons of pretty photos and descriptions and weird latin names. And one of those cheesy romance novels everyones moms used to read. You know, written by women for women, with some chizled beach dude. Gave Thais a mild panicked look when she thanked him for the storybook and that she'd read it to her children.
Anyway, ended up both kind of simultaniously apologising for always hoarding one anothers attention. Thais worried her always being with Al would keep him from making new friends. Al worrying him always being with Thais would keep her from spending time with family.
IT"S ALL SO SAAAD
Kinda had to laugh with her, they're both pretty daft. But admitted to feeling bad, too, for taking time from those who were actually there for her the past 3 years. When he wasnt. Nobody was ever mad with him, and they should be! He ditched her for three full years! Thais prompting him to stop apologising for that, unless he'd like some actual punishment?? Maybe a hundred poison feathers, as she demonstratively took off the necklace.
HAHA. SWEATS.
Tension diverted, charmed when she placed a kiss on his cheek. And about five seconds later they both realized she'd forgotten to put her necklace back on for that.
Had a tiny trip. Deeply amused by that, Thais not so much until she realized he was really not badly effected. Just having a tiny high. It passed pretty damn quickly though, suggested she french him so it'd last longer.
Met with confusion. Eh. Read that book you'll figure it out.

Arrived in the forest and realized Thais was with someone he didn't know yet, but suspected was a family member (Nix!). At first strutted up confidently, eager and interested in meeting more of who holds Thais close, and then immediatly backed off when seeing them. Well, first, they looked super cute sleeping like that, and second felt he had no right to interrupt. Thais saw him enough, an excuse he uses often.
Sat down at dandelion hill to fuss at himself, unsure what keeps bringing this up. Feels like these figures, Jovan, Nix, Draven, are and should be of more importance. They were THERE when Thais needed them. Altijd? He was nowhere to be found, leaving Thais insecure for literal years. Even if perhaps his reason is somewhat justified, finds it extremely hard to forgive himself. Her life is already so short compared to his, did he also have to go and leave??
Joined by Argus who perhaps caught on to Al not being his usual cheery self. Spoke briefly about what to do when you've accidentally hurt someone, and tried to vaguely explain what was going on in his head. Argus wisely telling him he can't turn back time, and can only live in the present. It'd be good to meet her new family, really, and if he hasn't been chased off yet perhaps him being there is also desired. Promised he'd try again, do his best. Do BETTER. Should likely talk to Thais about his worries, but worried he's coming across a way he doesn't want to. But right now it might look like he won't hang out with her unless she's alone, and that'd be the worst reason in the world. Just, anxious really, maybe worried to be judged.
Finds things went too "easy". Returns nonchalantly after 3 years, had no sort of punishment or anger from Thais for leaving her. Went on as if nothing happend; all of that unfair on the burgundy doe in his eyes. Feels he's been a disturbance.
But enjoys her laughing so very much.
She also had to of course quickly sneak up on him and Argus, smooch Al, and run off again. Thais!!! HAving conflicting feels over here!!!
Briefly asked Argus if he had any family, perhaps to change the topic to something more cheerful, but was met with a sad expression instead. Woops, good going Al. Quickly reassured, he has no family either actually! Argus proposing perhaps they should be family. Jested, are you asking to marry me?
Is now engaged to Argus. Mused some child names with him (Chickenhead and Eyeballbutt), but also suggested they should maybe have dinner together first.

First, found a fawn. Suprise. Al is a fawn magnet and he loves any kid that comes on his path. Raced around the forest with them, found Thais. Thoughtlessly prodded her awake :3
Regretted that later when he remembered she is having trouble sleeping. HAHAhhhhhh. Chatted with her a little about her sleeping problems. Quietly thinking of solutions, but he just isn't a healer like Herla was. She'd know what to do. It'd be far more practical to have an issue like this in a world with sleeping pills or jasmine tea, but here they are in a forest with hard flooring pretty much.
Singing would ABSOLUTELY not solve the problem though, Thais, you know that. Does Al sound like he has a singing voice?? Oof.
Joined by Argus, Tieff, Starling. Happy to mess around a while, but also happy to lazily return to Thais' side.
The next evening, found Thais in a daze. A little puzzled as she just snorted at him about his many eyes. Yes, there's quite a lot of those. Thais seemed to be seeing even more than that. Quietly amused. He should be the friend who is concerned and tells her to stop eating freakin fermented blueberries.
Is not that friend.
After another night, found Thais with a stag in the first forest (Jovan). Had seen them before a while ago. Immediate anxiety. Annoyed with this!! Walked two circles around the forest before getting over himself. Which is progress all-in-all.
Caught some reminants of a conversation and a blushy Thais. Didn't hear anything. All-seeing, not all-hearing. Regardless, managed to get over himself and worries quickly melted when Jovan seemed like a nice dude. And was interested.
AND!! JOVAN IS A CHEF!! Another person he can cry towards about the forest's lack of EVERYTHING. Entirely forgot to ask him if he smokes. Next Time.
Learned a little about their relationship. Jovan as Thais' adopted son, and Draven's apparantly. A little worried again about making the right impression, so instead teased Thais' blueberry abuse.
LOGICALLY.
Eventually just listened on as the two talked about things, about Thais' poison. Thais worried Jovan would be upset with her, but he's just about the sweetest thing. Tearjerkers the lot of them. Imagined punching some puppies to keep himself from showing emotions.

Entered the forest a bit on the tired-side of things. (Player had a LONG DAY at the beeachh) Spotted Thais in the company of 2 stags (Jovan and Nix). Had this feeling they were Important to her. So he shouldn't go interfere, they must be in busy conversation.
Walked in circles for a while first because he did WANT to go to them. Curse his curiousity.
Eventually developed such anxiety over the ordeal (?? Al why) he went to hide behind a tree nearby. Y'know. JUSt. KEEPING A FREAKY EYE ON YOU.
Approached by a mini he doesn't know (you're always all so nice to him HAHAH) felt a bit uh, BUSTED. Tried to play with them halfheartedly, but they were trying to lead him off, and he was a lil <_<""
Eventually spotted by Thais. Yelled he didn't know the mini!! Really!! They just ..Followed him! Thais didn't seem to know what to do with his outburst. Was led to Nix and Jovan, introduced by Thais. Ended up greeting them and sitting down, WITH the mini, sweating his lil head off. Suddenly approached by 3 others, one of them a deer he spends time with quite frequently! Happy to see them, but also AAAH??? Was already stressed on disturbing Thais and her friends (who he then learned are her adoptive son and brother, DOUBLE AAAAAH) so his possé of random deer friends was quite unconvenient for his anxiety attack over being a nuisance. They left when he didn't seem eager to follow. Perhaps thats where the mini was trying to bring him.
More internal yelling later, brought back to earth by Thais. Had to be reassured he was fine, not a bother, and that he hadn't been disturbing them any.
Now get your shit together you dumb angel wth is wrong with you.

Found Repodus first thing after his wander. Poor thing looked worse for wear, bloody and beaten. Decided to hunt him a squirrel. Bashed his head into a tree to shake one out, and after a while successful!
Ouch. Handed the squirrel to Repodus, got a thanks in return from the usually silent raptor. Sat back with him in the little hideout, got offered a piece of meat.
Eeehhmm. Maaaybe next time. Argued he needed it to heal up! Got the raptor convinced after a short while.
Briefly spoke about the forest not being a friendly place for the meat-eating. Repodus worrying he'll endup like Scavenger, which is very dead. Hoped not! But also realistic about these things. Maybe Repodus needed a proper hunting group. With four legs.
Agreed to help look for whatever other raptor-ish deer were about. Likely not going to stick his 'nose' anywhere it don't belong, though. Looked over Repodus as he napped.
Later sat down in his favorite sunspot. Joined by Argus! Who he's been calling mister KFC. Of course. Tastes like chicken. Also joined by Tristan, who he's now sat with a few times before. Flattered all these kind deer don't mind keeping his company.

I already forgot half.
Found Thais, played around with her a little. Got stalked by this terrifying deer that couldn't take spells. And just, slid after them. Fled the area a few times to get away from them. Slenderdeer.
In the end rested in the first forest, dragged Thais over to sit with Argus. Almost dozed off a little when he saw Repodus approach in the distance. Yeah! Went over, noticed Argus cowering. ? Confusing. Sure Repodus has teeth, but he's not big enough to take down large prey in Al's eyes.
Didn't at first see the other, BIG predator approach Thais and Argus from behind. Drove them off very quickly; youdonotfuckingtouchThaisI'llstabyoureyesout
Worried his eyeball off when Repodus followed the predator too. Like, dude, you're just a small snack as well. Small failing contest with Reppy before he let him follow the dude. Sure. S'your party.
Al's very unconcerned in general unless Thais is involved, frankly.
Led Thais and Argus off to a different spot where they had a more all-round view. Went to spy on the ongoings a little. Big predator got killed off right behind were they were sitting. Watched a while, fascinated. Couldn't imagine these big boys needed to kill them like that. They were certainly no hair better!
Philosophed with Thais for a bit about killing predators and morals. Learned about more about Thais in the progress, too. A bit giddy from all the excitement. This wasn't shared? Meh.
Al tastes like actual soap so nobody seems to want to eat him. Weird.

Had a pretty good time yesterday, being invited by Argus into his little group. Knows him as Juno's friend, but it's nice to meet him solo as well. Suprised at how easily the creepy-eyeball-deer is welcomed!
The next morning was caught by a very pretty looking deer (you weren't on the site, but you had a lovely swan-ish shaped picto and wore owl pelt + mask + magpie feathers.) immediatly after he'd woken up. A little confused, but happily engaged in play and ran for a good long while.
Met some others near the pond (Ro? a nameless and 2 other deer). Suddenly people turned into fawns.
chaos
A little fawn club was born. Codex joined. Four to five fawns strong. Had a nameless for a leader. There was so much screaming. Has nobody ever noticed how fawn yelling sounds like those rubber squeaking chicken toys?? Just saying, it does. Maybe a slight pitch shift but uh.
Later grew up spontaniously and formed a small deer herd. Thoroughly enjoyed all the crazy antics. Happily jumped on Repodus when they arrived, looking confused cus wth was going on.
Not.. Sure what happend next. Not everyone appreciated Repodus? Or did they? Or- aaah. Eventually had to sit and crashed. Prodded awake agressively by all bystanders Figured okay, everyone wants to play, Al's out of fumes, Al's leavin. Bid them goodbye and found Argus again. Crashed next to him in the flower patch, eyeball down in the dirt.

Has been keeping to himself, mostly. Had a very angry bad day and was found by a curious Repodus. Ignored the lil poop at first, until they had a lil shouting match over the river and Al chased after them a good while.
Absolutely fantastic to get the anger out, thanks lil bitey. Sat with them in the ruins afterwards. His stamina is horrible wth even.
Today; found Thais! Sneaked up on her, she wasn't even suprised anymore. Invited her into a run around the forest, again; has no stamina!! Heck!! But held out a good while. Crashed next to the pond with the doe, content in the sun ray. She mentioned she was having dreams; interesting. Dreams are always funky. Did she remember that time back in his world where he invaded her dream? Good times. Thingss To Not Mention.
Was told about her parents a little, as much as she knew at least. Deadbeat dad and a not-so-talkactive mom. That's never helpful, why are parents like this. Had a few question marks at her story; how did her mom die? Was met with a barrier. Worried. Has an inkling he's not sharing with the doe just in case he's right, or wrong, because what did it matter now? She's dead. But her dreams are curious! Wonders if her mother is referring to the mask's map; not the fact it keeps her poison at bay. Briefly pondered the option of visiting the library for books, but knew it'd be way easier if Thais would come with him with the mask. A few questions to figure this out; would it be safe to bring her, or is he possibly going to accidentally kill a tall librarian with her poison.
Seems safe! Needs to prep though, and no promises, not tooooo sure how welcome he is to drag more forest inhabitants into that place.
Also accidentally mentioned he stole the books he'd given her in the past. Got yelled at.

If anything, Altijd realizes he forgot how to deer. How do social, how do meet people??? Very often confronted with anxiety, not really something he used to suffer from. A whole lot less intimidated by folk during silly fancy parties his brother- no, not HIS brother, - dragged him to.

Spoke with Ross about things. Learned Ross likes to read! Needs to get Ross books.
Spoke to Thais as well, who asked him to tell her interesting stories about the life he'd been living.

Talked her head off for a while.
ALSO learned Thais likes to read!! Getting more determined to grab books for these folks. Always used to drag books out of a library he has close access to with a portal. Kinda realizing that might be the library where a very-tall-person works, but still. Maybe steal some cigarettes while he's in there.
In general, lazy, sitting around, wandering and watching deer. Slowly coming to terms with his own comfort levels. A friendly deer came nearby, greeted them. Then had NO IDEA what to do. So uh. Sat back down?? Oof, awkward.
Discomfort easily broken down when a small doe started circling him, running amock (Caer). At first hadn't noticed she was sharking him. Then quickly joined in, sprinting through the forest with her. Immediatly bonded. Spazzed around when Juno joined in too, first things first: mushroom sitting.
Rampaged around with the two for a while, very pleased. Relaxed later, Caer cuddling into him. Oh no, they're cute!!!!!!

A few talks here-and-there. Spoke to Ross, who managed to surprise him in turn. Maybe he wasn't so all-seeing after all, whenever someone approaches stealthily enough Altijd jumps out of his seat anyway. Told this way payback, and they were equal now.
Uh-huh.
Spoke to Ross about how long it'd been, about how Ross was doing now. Was questioned about the whereabouts of Neela's family and tried to answer as truthfully as he felt like.
Also spoke about the predators in the forest, and about Ross being at risk of being eaten. Extra Guilt Gained for not being there when Thais was pregnant, oopsie-woopsie.
Learned Ross has a girlfriend now. How cute! Knew how he used to have a crush on Neels. Had to rub that in briefly.
Found Thais again another day, told her about meeting Ross. Cool right! Thais subtly managed to drop a bomb on the angel by mentioning she used to babysit his daughter.
WAIT, DAUGHTER??
Yelled a bit (again), saw Thais shrink into herself like a turtle. Not sure if excited or just, confused?? You know, of all the things Ross told him, that would've been interesting info! Quickly Thais changed the subject back to predators. Interviewed her a little on that time, worried Draven hasn't been a good protector but he had been. Phew. Maybe-less-guilty.
Talked about her pendant and how it kept her curse back. Neat stuff. Always a little worried about uh, deals, in general. Ended up talking about the twins Hamsa and Sitra briefly, before both drowsed off.
Has in the days after found himself restless. And anxious! Approached by a group of 5 deer who kept yelling their head off. Fled, for the first time. Understands he is a bit of a novelty but geesh Met a buddy yesterday and chilled with them, until Juno and a buddy of theirs joined. Played around, had a good time! Some big ole skull-deer came running up looking aggressive. Didn't know what to do so danced. Broke the deer with the power of love.
Woke up to snow today. Actually really freakin annoyed about it. Moreso those bouncy stars, what the heck. Had forgotten what sort of a mess the forest is. Mostly a playground for gods to mess in. Would reaally like a cigarette, even if his body is frankly not addicted. Misses the feeling of firing a smokey-stick and having it melt his anxiety.
Has been looking out for deer-who-smoke. Frankly in this forest it wouldn't surprise him.

Being back in the forest is a bit.. Different. Used to a modern world, with mobile phones and memes, so being back to bleating deer and grass for lunch isn't exactly thrilling.
So instead has been adopting every and each fawn that bumps into him. Fawns are entertaining as heck, kind of like kids, but never had a whole lot to do with children in the other world.
Emotions are a difficult thing. Spent 100+ years as an entirely different person, who did feel properly and got attatched properly. Maybe a bit toooooo attatched. In a way feels like he's expanded his horizon and his abilities, on the other hand frightened by what that might mean.
Absolutely not going back soon, if ever.
Completely lost order of what happend, but met and hung out with a little predator called Repodus. They thought to approach him stealthily from behind a tree, so got up and hid behind the other tree. Ice broken! Jumped around with them and whoever arrived later. There seems to be a specific group who's always active, whilst most others are relaxing. Sort of just gravitates to deer who are jumping and dancing around, and is unsure if he is welcome with the sitters.
Wandered later until he found himself alone.
Met with Thais the next day. Still giddy, but also worried. Ran around with her, both watched a mini fawn in the pond play around. Suggested they drown it, since it looked to be suffering. Was met with a frown and a very stern "Altijd." Then the kid drowned itself.
Spoke with her about their respective worlds. Thais has a lil meadow-world with a cabin, where she hosts her kids and partner. It sounded nice. WAYY too calm for Al. Spoke about his world too, and Thais expressed that if he leaves again, to just tell her. She could handle it this time!
Grabbed her face and made it ab-so-lutely clear he wasn't leaving again. Choked on the 'not without you' part and abolished that entirely. Woopsies.
Once he was alone again, wandered near where the Gerla family used to cook dinners. Where he'd found Neela exploding her dad's wedding band. That kid had somethin with explosions. Or, has, he figured. Sent her a gift recently, very excited to hear her response. May not be in direct touch with her anymore, but wouldn't forget who saved his ass from another god.
Found Ross not long later, looking absolutely battered and struggling with some kind of bandages. Enthusiastically scooted up next to him, got the most delightful response; utter confusion. Apparantly 3 years was a long time for an immortal, HMMM?? Offered to help, since, hands. Mostly met with confusion. Let me help! HAVE HANDS!!
Got to help, wohoo. So convincing. Really wanted to chat with the buck but, it wasn't meant to be. (I need sleep Al, deal with it.)

Returned to the forest after an absence of three years. Though from his perspective, it's been about a 100. Forgot time doesn't work the same in the forest, and had kind-of assumed everyone was Dead by now. Looked around for perhaps some lil red-feathered deer, maybe some offspring would remain?
Very, very annoyed by his poor memory. Can't remember what Thais' favorite spot was, and just wandered the woods sitting down in different places. Nothing felt right.
Suddenly approached (from behind) by a ghost, and might have screamed. Embraced Thais happily, maybe a little concerned (how old are you now?? o_o) but overall both were too happy and relieved to see eachother after all that time, that not much was said.
Joined by a little white deer (Irene). No idea. Chatted with them about their woes when Thais left. Apparantly the kid wasn't allowed by her parents to travel to other worlds alone, in fear of 'mean people'. No way!! So unfair!! Suggested she show her parents she can defend herself. Beat up someone! Work your way up first though, so start easy: squirrels.
Spent some time knocking against trees to shake em out. No luck though, mostly ended up bruised. But was thoroughly entertained.
Met Thais again the next day, on a spot he had hoped was the spot she frequented. Nope, that was apparantly his own chosen area from way back. The more you know. Cursed softly.
Spoke with her for a while. Immediatly forgiven. Figured he could murder a guy and Thais would still forgive him. Explained a bit about where he'd been, where everyone had gone to. Not an easily explained story but, tried to reassure her Verve was fine.
Very fine.
Learned she had 2 kids. Could have exploded with excitement. TINY THAISES!! They were outside of the forest where it was safer. Smart. Had kinda hoped to meet them but, alas. Maybe another time. Learned her partner? Mate? Was with them too. Sort of didn't dare to ask a lot there. Didn't want to seem prying, very happy for her after all. He never had a right, he wouldn't dare.
Found an unconcious Ross at the playground the next day. Who knew! He was still around! Alive? Al didn't know. Not likely. Met with a fawn there and played with them instead. Taught them how to pretend to be falling to your death from the rocks, ayy.
A bit wanderlusty though the Angel found himself followed by kid, exploring the forest. Looking at faces. Recognised nobody! Found Juno who he hung out with a while ago, with a bunch of other deer, after the fawn had left (sadface). Had a big dance party.
Quick witted, jovial, friendly. Al is not difficult to get along with, and in general does his best to be good company to just about everyone. He is pretty extrovert, loves to meet new faces and loves to chat. A lot. Please, someone stop him. Contrasting to that, Al experiences anxiety in all sorts and shapes. Meeting new people is as exciting as it makes him nervous.
At the same time, Al is very selfish. He's lived for a long, long time and easily gets bored. He loves positive relations, but negative ones are also very juicy. Where it's hard to get Al to be truly mad with you, it's not hard for others to be truly mad with Al. He's a bit untrustworthy, lies a lot, and loves to see how far he can push a button. Especially those with magical abilities will easily mistrust the angel, since he radiates a form of hard to identify magic.
But in general, Al tries to keep a low profile, and is just trying to be good company. Loves kids, loves to entertain. But it is definitely valuable to be suspicious of him, because above all, Altijd has his own motivations and will always strive to see them through.
Suffers from a weak memory. Will remember some figures or events vividly, but not others. Seemingly random, and most likely a result from his long lifespan.
Appereance
Altijd's looks can vastly change, but a few elements keep him recognizable. Altijd is a Throne, and his original form is a literal giant eyeball surrounded by rings, covered in eyeballs, on fire. Not exactly charming, nor generally accepted by the normal populace, so he shifts to more "comfortable" forms. In the Endless Forest, that is in general a deer-shape with freaky long fingered hands on his front legs. Sometimes he has a humanoid face, sometimes his head is a giant eyeball. Go figure.
And as a troll, he looks most similar to his form as a deer. Purple-grey-ish of hue, dark horns on his forehead, and white eye tattoos over his body. Purple is the color all his shapes hold in common, and he'll never not be tempted to incorporate his eyes into his looks.
If you look closely, they frequently blink.
Combat
Al LOVES to fight. It's sort of embedded in what he is, though not all Angels share his bloodlust. For Altijd, it's nearly an instinct to want to brawl.
Al isn't big like most of the forest residents, nor really bulky, but he is quick and sharp. He can take quite a beating and has an immensely high pain tolerance. But these are fun fights.
The angel IS still a highly powerful monster in any other right, though it isn't used nor adressed in the forest where his strength is vastly limited. Really. But if there's a fun plot for it to become a Thing, then yes.
Swipe right Thais / Imary
His most long standing relationship in the forest, and beyond. One of the first people to welcome him, quickly grew very close to. Went through multiple ups-and-downs with the doe, feeling very at fault for the downs. After all, she wouldn't have had to go through those horrors if there hadn't been an angel trying to get at him, through her.
Has seen him for what he really is, yet didn't push him away. Learned of the risks of being with him, yet confessed.
At the time, didn't dare return the sentiment. Too many things between them, knew of her wish to have children of her own. Something he can't grant her.
One day, Al dissapeared from the forest. Three years before he returned, and Thais had a mate, kids. And of course she wasn't mad with him, ever forgiving. Not so nice to himself in turn, but, eventually came to work it out. Focussed on making Thais happy instead, realizing how happy that made him too. Gave her the name "Imary", meaning "my anchor", for she is the reason he hasn't tried any more to leave, to find home again.
Neither could truely deny their feelings though, and after many months of doubts, calls her his partner. A very free relationship, nothing that needs to be changed, nobody needs to be bound. Above all, wants Thais to be happy.
Rossamund
A TWERP. Adores Ross, loves to torture and to entertain. Still thinks he's a masochist, but maybe doesn't voice it anymore. Boy's just too fucking kind to people, gets em in trouble. Maybe he looks for it, who is Al to judge. Accidentally brought him to Emnes, and has taken on a bit of an uncle role to the myling. WANTS to share all the fun with, but also aware of all the risks and Ross' obliviousness to those risks.
One of the people who knows Al's just an idiot. Worries about frequently, but learning to let it go.
Ephiré
His co-parent. Ross' other uncle. Used to be pretty distant from, as far as the forest goes, and only knew him vaguely in Emnes as Verve's partner. Eph's real good at the shielding thing. After sneaking into Emnes to yoink some books and being followed by Ross, had a lot more interaction with the stoic giant. Gets on with suprisingly well! Perhaps Al behaves a bit better around Eph. Looks up to, has a really stupid crush on.
Syongery-Ytuh
Ohh dear. An Emnes familair he got into the forest on accident, as most things with Al go. Also got close to, on accident. Just meant to distract her from Ross being a powerful magic human, which isn't a thing in Emnes, and kinda euhm was more distracting than he'd really meant to be beforehand.
An outlet, mutually beneficial. Kind of her submissive. Don't confront him with that he might scream.

Met during the rut, pretty much THE judge to stick with him, somehow?? Incredibly flattered with Elliot's attention, sort of like that "Me???" gif about the bull. Impressed with his intelligence and pretty sure he looks like a daft twat next to the elf. This is what you have to put up with now Elliot. Looks out for, sort of submissive around. Absolutely admires, a+.
Jovan
Thais' adopted kid. Quite likes Jovan and his attitude, a very fun guy indeed. Wishes to hang out with more. Hasn't seen in a while.
Lesath
Thais' kid. Really trying to make a good impression, but has been done off as Thais' spy pretty fast. Unsure if Thais told him about their relationship HAHAA likely not. MAYBE GOOD. KEEP IT LIKE THAT.

I lost how the alphabet goes, anyway, met recently and a little at random. Sort of bonded with on terms of liking a beating. Pretty sure he could find Sadiki in the fight ring in Emnes if he looked hard enough, same sort of type. Immediatly charmed by Sadiki not wanting to spar, but wanting slaughter. Yes boy. We could be good friends.

Didn't immediatly get along with her years back in the forest. Obviously shared her siblings sceptisism. Fair!! Didn't get to meet her much before they both dissapeared, but met her again in Emnes.

Has been greeted by the Night helper upon his return pretty much. Juno gave him some confidence that he might still be able to make new connections in the woods. Very friendly fella, enjoys his company bunches. Small kinship, hands club hands club. Hasn't seen in a while.
HMM QUESTIONABLE Gair
Bit off his tail, what more is there to say. Dislikes QUITE A LOT, but also feels they're now back on being "even" after he got his revenge. A lot less worried about them now he's gotten to show off he's not to be messed with.

Didn't meet Leto on good terms. Regardless of Al's help to the family, Leto never liked him, and perhaps this is just an attitude diference between the two. Unfortunately Altijd loves it when people don't like him. Teases and bullies frequently, but also has this image of Leto kinda liking him, right!! He laughed one time after they exhanged mask spells. Anyway, Al is hopeful.

Got chased off by. Amused by the buck more than anything. Likes his attitude and thinks he has the right idea. Hasn't seen since his return.

Thais' brother. Quite likes, often seeks out. Sort of a boys-will-be-boys kind of relationship, would absolutely slam some beers down with. Started out as just trying to get to know him for Thais' sake, but really just, likes the guy. He could do with some loosening up though. Maybe Al needs to get his bad-boy side out more.
Possibly gone.
His story started with an Angel, a Throne or Ophanim who'd been captured by a God and abused by said God into winning human wars for him. The God had made some poor bets, and used the Angel to turn the battlefield into his favor. Not really nice.
This does not an Altijd make. One figure, a young woman who'd seen her family perish during this God-steered war, fled to the statues of their old Gods to pray for help. She got the wish twins, Hamsa and Sitra, to hear her plea. Sure, they could stop the Angel. But for a price.
The woman agreed to being the sole person to stop the Angel, literally, by merging their souls together and becoming one. She could steer now, she could decide. Now things are never that easy, and the two fought for ages inside their sole mind before settling, forgetting what their lives were like before the event. Hamaliel was born, later Altijd, later Harin.
Even at peace together, Altijd is not entirely happy about their arrangement. The Angels are technically extraterrestrials, and Altijd wants to go home to the vast space outside. But he cannot leave the planet, for his human side binds him. His solution was to start fighting, killing and eating his siblings to gain their strength, and eventually become strong enough to leave regardless of what rules have in store for him, but so far no dice. He is safe in the forest from this urge, and safe from his siblings who all have an impossible instinct to execute each other, but the Angel will always be wary.
Worlds
The Endless Forest
A small little dimension nestled inbetween a bunch of big ones. It's especially useful as a travelling hub. The borders to other places are very thin, but Al knows his abilities here are limited. He defo can't turn into a fifteen stories high eyeball monstrosity, so there's that. But his siblings can't access, or so far it seems they can't, and Al is safe from his own bloodlust.
Deer are kinda funny.
Emnes
Emnes is actually just the continent, but it's how Al has taken to calling the dimension he visits. The connection TEF has to Emnes is vague and confusing, especially time-wise, but Al has always had access. Given that Al's base being is a dimension hopper, Al has the ability to shift between world pretty much on whim. But he does need to know about it's existence.
Emnes is where he just used to steal books. Yet three years ago, him and quite a few others (Leto, Verve, Ephiré) were transported to this world. In a "what if you were born here" sort of scenario. Where Al became Harin. But never fully.
Emnes is a modern world with two humanoid species on top of the food chain. One being ordinary humans, and the other trolls. Long-lived magical beings, with horns and tails and sharp teeth. They kinda run the joint. Even with Altijd being super glad he's back in the forest, Emnes just pulls harder. There's parties and cigarettes, it takes WAAAYY longer before you loop and he's a little used to it, having lived as Harin for a hundred of years.

then as the buck kept attacking him, backed out of the ring in an attempt to pause whatever was going on. Did he do something wrong?? Were they taking too long? Felt he'd barely gotten into it. Got severely annoyed when it looked like Sindile was mocking him, spat in the direction of the buck before taking his leave, followed by Ross and Thais (rofl sweethearts).

(really it's been months)) Phased in next to Thais so, kept her company. Slept a good while, found by Anpiel and Argus! Been a while mister KFC! Played a while, but quickly went back to being a lazy sod. Later joined by Cresent, who he WILL poke asap, and Ross, and Eph! Quite impressed with the group they keep amassing. 
Altijd's looks can vastly change, but a few elements keep him recognizable. Altijd is a Throne, and his original form is a literal giant eyeball surrounded by rings, covered in eyeballs, on fire. Not exactly charming, nor generally accepted by the normal populace, so he shifts to more "comfortable" forms. In the Endless Forest, that is in general a deer-shape with freaky long fingered hands on his front legs. Sometimes he has a humanoid face, sometimes his head is a giant eyeball. Go figure.
His story started with an Angel, a Throne or Ophanim who'd been captured by a God and abused by said God into winning human wars for him. The God had made some poor bets, and used the Angel to turn the battlefield into his favor. Not really nice.
