"That's still a long time," Ariana shrugged softly, allowing her hair to fall over one shoulder now. She had grown more feathers over time, and they were also bigger now. "What were you doing here alone?" Her voice echoed out quietly, almost an eerie sound. The doe's emerald eyes gazed around, focused on a tiny flower at her hooves for a moment, before she looked back to him.

"I...I like to be alone with my thoughts sometimes," he shrugged, "Some days more than others." It never really accomplished much other than giving himself a headache, but he wasn't going to admit to that. "It's relaxing...sometimes...especially watching the koi in the pond..." he trailed off.

"Alright..." he started after

"Alright..." he started after her, trying not to lag behind, "I can escort you there." he settled for going over on her right side as so he could easily see her. It put his blind side on a bad spot, but he figured if there was something stalking them, it wouldn't miss the opportunity to take him down. Then she would be safe. Unless...the predator was just an opportunist that would have otherwise left her in peace...there was always that chance. He didn't know how he felt about dying in vain.

"My kids are sort of off doing their own things...my friends..." he shrugged, "we're not attached to each other, if we need each other we look. If not, we don't."

Ariana nodded, glancing over at him before back to the path ahead of her. "I just wanted to be sure that I'm not keeping you from anything. You don't even have to escort me, you know? I'm sure I'd be fine. It is nice to have company, though.." She glanced away shyly, giving up on actually looking for any predators as she had been convinced that there were none.

Something about him intrigued her-- like she wanted to know more about his story. She wouldn't say that, of course. Falling silent, she stared at both front hooves that connected with the ground as she walked, not paying attention to anything ahead.

"Yeah," The doe breathed

"Yeah," The doe breathed out, gaze sweeping across the pillars that could house a lot of different creatures, good and bad. The idea honestly spooked her-- anything could be hiding there. "Uh, you know.. you don't have to leave. I mean, only if you want to.." She fell silent at this, hating that she had to say that to hint that she wanted him to stay. Who knows; she could maybe even get to know 'im better.

He smiled at that, "I'll stay if it's okay with you," he turned his gaze to the Ruins, "Sitting up on the walls is always nice, the sun warms the stones, and it usually rather peaceful...in it's own right." he had pointedly switched the subject to save the young doe, hoping to make her feel more comfortable.

Ariana nodded with a soft smile, and slowly walked in the direction of a hidden spot inside the ruins, where they'd be out of sight from the rest. Slowly lowering herself to the ground, careful as to not harm her wounds, she pressed herself against the stone wall. He was right-- the sun did warm it, and was comfortable enough.

Zash followed once she had settled down, mostly to make sure he wouldn't hold her up trying to pick around the stones or trip up on one or something of the sort. He didn't weigh much, but it'd still hurt if he fell over and she happened to be there. Once he reached the spot she was at he settled down beside her, curling up with his back against the stone. His brown eye traced over her, trying to see if there was anything she needed without him having to ask. He couldn't see anything other than company.
"Do you want me to fetch you something? Anything?"

"No, I'm fine. But thanks, really," The doe looked over to the buck, nodding softly in his direction before looking away. She was actually starving, and was surprised he didn't see that on her thinned frame. She'd refuse to eat anyways, so it didn't matter. The warm stone brought comfort to her, and she actually relaxed for once, emerald eyes closing for a moment. She exhaled, attempting to clear her head of all thoughts, though some still lingered.

Zash snorted, rolling to his

Zash snorted, rolling to his hooves and limping away, backtracking the way he had come. It took him several moments to return, and when he did he had a small blueberry branch with a clump of blueberries on them. No, I'm fine meant that she was going to fight him if he fed her anyway, might as well save the energy for a second run. He set the branch down before her, gently, as if it was so delicate it would break.
"You should try these," he exclaimed quietly, barely any force behind the words, "They're the good ones, they feed on the sunlight and water the best, make themselves especially sweet. Better than candy." he settled himself down again, "Most just eat any of the blue ones, and just stumble across the really, really good ones." He shuddered and flashed a smile in her direction, a playful look flickering in his eye to show he wasn't being completely serious. "it's appalling what little blueberry etiquette some know."

"I told you I'm fine," The doe muttered out, glaring at him once he returned. The sight of the blueberries turned her stomach and she immediately looked away, hoping that she wouldn't puke right there in front of him. She was hungry, of course, but felt as if she ate anything, it'd come right back out. Even if he wasn't being completely serious, she was, and wouldn't give in. She attempted to return her gaze back to him, ignoring the sweet aroma the blueberries emitted into the air.

He shrugged, the smile fading only ever so slightly. He hadn't missed her glare, but he wasn't going to go serious for her sake. That wouldn't make her smile, now would it? The stag made a show of trying to reach the berry branch with his stump, waving and trying to paw at the branch. He successfully made an idiot of himself before he relented and picked up the branch in his teeth, wheeling about to stare along the wall and find a nook to place it in. It took him a several moments of what seemed to be careful consideration before he settled on a nook in the wall. The gray stag limped over and tenderly placed the branch in its hidey hole, only speaking up once he returned to the doe.
"Just in case you change your mind." he smiled, settling down next to her again.

"Sorry, I just.." She sighed out, watching him place the branch into a nook in the wall. As he settled down next to her, she offered a smile, feeling horrible for glaring at him the way she did. "I just haven't been able to eat lately without throwing it all up." She laughed lightly at this, her head falling to the ground in front of her. Her hair lay sprawled out around her as her eyelashes fluttered. Eyes finally closing, she attempted to relax again, ignoring her growling stomach.

The smile faded, "That isn't fun," he agreed, "I wish I could help. I know there are plants that could help your stomach settle, but unfortunately I don't remember what they're called or what they look like. I'd have to get one of my books to remind me..." He trailed off staring at the ground, "I'm sure your mother would know how to help." He muttered, "In the meantime let's just make you comfortable." He reached over to try to groom her fur, extremely careful to avoid touching her wounds.

"I'm sure she's forgotten me by now," The doe quietly voiced out, sorrow hinting her tone. She felt as if her 'mother' had been avoiding her on purpose, as she hadn't seen her or her half-brother in almost a week. Once the buck started to groom at her fur, she froze in place, quite frightened by the sudden touch. She soon calmed though, muscles relaxing as her eyes closed again, releasing a sigh. No one had ever groomed her before, and so it felt quite nice.

"I hope so.." Her voice was muffled by the ground as she was now content, eyes still closed. She lifted her head as if to stay awake but that did no good, and eventually dozed off. She awoke though when her head began to fall. Blinking once or twice, she looked over to the buck to see if he had seen that.

The doe took in a breath

The doe took in a breath before nodding, exhaling and letting her head fall to the ground. Her eyes closed once more and finally, her breathing slowed. Mind clear and body relaxed, the doe was finally able to sleep, despite the aching of her wounds and the screaming of her stomach.

I don't know if you saw

I don't know if you saw Keshadei and Lumilla as they were supposed to look....I took screen shots. Kesh saw herself just fine, Lumilla saw herself just fine, but they saw one another completely different....and I don't know how others saw them.

Awwwww shizzle. There's something seriously wrong. Both those nameless are Kesh and Lumilla. Kesh was the one standing that, in Lumilla's viewer, looked like a brown stag and Lumilla was the one sitting with Zash.


This seriously has me worried. I don't know why it's glitching like this. In my 19 months of playing, I've never experienced this issue before.
