Combat
With many battles under his belt, Ramsus is an experienced, tactical fighter and a fierce opponent. Built like a tank, Ramsus is by no means an easy opponent to take down nor is he to be underestimated. Although he lacks antlers, Ramsus’ horns are just as deadly and can deliver powerful blows when taken as a direct hit. His rugged ram horns are large at the base and sharp at the ends, spiraling out to create a curl. It weighs 100+lbs (45+kg) and is attached to a bull weighing roughly 2,250 lbs (1021kg). This formidable beast is well aware of his staggering size and uses it to the best of his advantage. With the help of his weight, Ramsus’ horns are more than capable of breaking and shattering bones, and the bull is able to stand up to great head collisions with the protection of a triple layered skull that absorbs most of the shock waves. He's also able to potentially gore opponents with the sharp endpoints of his horns by tossing his head from side to side.
As well as horns to look out for, Ramsus has an elongated mouth filled with many razor-sharp teeth that vary from 2-5 inches (10-13cm). His jaws are very powerful and make for one nasty bite. Infection is a possibility, but not definite. The teeth are irregular and point in various directions, some facing forward and others facing backwards. Biting is very common in a close-contact battle and he will go for just about any part of the body.
However, being so large does come with its many disadvantages. Ramsus is significantly slower compared to smaller opponents and is not nearly as agile as them. That’s not to say that he cannot run, however; he is capable of picking up speed and momentum in a chase or charge but generally he tries to refrain from running around a lot. His stamina is about average but his will is extremely high; if he is determined enough, he will fight until exhaustion. Dodging is also relatively difficult for him so he often takes in a lot of direct hits and only actually deals out a low number of his own hits. But when he does hit, it's deadly. Large opponents, or opponents around his size, are found to be easier to fight compared to significantly smaller ones. The larger the target is, the more likely he is to land multiple blows.
Ramsus usually does not fight to kill, but there are various exceptions - rapists, enemies, and those that threaten his loved ones are subject to his devastating wrath.
