Many, many years ago, a pale dragon was born in a different realm. This dragon grew to be a powerful beast, yet she was a friendly and curious sort of dragon. Illrose lived peacefully among humans and other creatures for many years, until she one day returned to the place she had been born, only to find her homeland had been destroyed by humans. With cruel and powerful tools they had either murdered or taken captive the dragons who lived there. Illrose was nearly taken too, but she managed to slip away, as all the gentleness she had felt towards the humans faded, and was replaced by a fiery hatred. She waged war on the humans who had destroyed her birthplace, burned the humans and their terrible weapons, but unfortunately it was already too late; the captive dragons were beyond saving. In the end Illrose found herself alone, in a world of fire, smoke and rage.
Even after she had destroyed the humans who were responsible for the destruction of her homeplace, the hatred burned so strong in Illrose that she kept avenging the fallen dragons by burning down every village she came across. People screaming in terror as their homes were set on fire gave her a cruel satisfaction and only fuelled the fire - quite literally. Even places she had visited before, where she had lived among the humans for periods of time, fell victim to her destructive flames. She spared nothing and no one.
Eventually a group of powerful wizards got together in an attempt to stop the dragon, but these were good wizards and some of them had even known Illrose before she became driven by revenge and they believed there could still be some good in her, so they wanted to give her a second chance at life instead of trying to kill her. By combining their powers the wizards managed to cast a spell on the mighty dragon, to trap the beast into the weaker form of a human, and so they turned Illrose into a pale woman with white hair. This magic did however only last for a little while until the spell began to 'crack', giving Illrose small briefs of time where she could turn back into her true dragon form before being forced back into the weaker human shape. In the end the spell broke completely, but the human form remained a part of Illrose, only now she could change between dragon and human as she wished - without force. The magicians didn't give up though, they got together again, and this time their spell was a much more powerful one; they expelled Illrose from their realm, and trapped her in a different world entirely. The Endless Forest.
And so Illrose arrived in the Forest, far from willingly, a small fawn seething with anger after having been tricked by the magicians, but also confusion over her new cervine form and this place as a whole. At first she went by the name Ghost, feeling just as fleeting as a phantom in the beginning. But the small fawn grew into a large, antlered cow, and Illrose took back her true name as she this time began to wreck havoc within the Forest, taking her anger out on the forest inhabitats as the magicians were well out of reach. Smaller deer were sent fleeing as Illrose chased after them, finding the same cruel satisfaction in this as she had burning down villages... well, perhaps not entirely the same, but close enough. She clashed antlers with those protecting the smaller ones, not caring that she was seen as an annoyance, that she was hated and feared.
But as she remained trapped in this prison the magicians had tossed her into, things began to change. Slowly but surely not all the forest inhabitants were seen as playthings, some became individuals she respected, eventually called friends and family. Illrose engaged in playful spell wars, she swam in the pond, she danced and laughed, and suddenly she was one who has protecting the smaller ones from being hunted down. Finally one day Illrose was able to find a way back to her own world, where she could once again take on her dragon form, spread her wings and feel the wind in her mane as she soared high above the clouds. But the rage that had burned so bright within her had faded over the time spent in the Forest, so Illrose no longer sought to destroy everything in her path, nor did she feel like taking revenge on the magicians who had trapped her in the Forest in the first place. She settled down in a cave in a mountainside above a small village bustling with life, where she still lives to this day. The Forest has become a second home to Illrose, and even though she'll might be gone for some time it seems like she'll always return - sooner or later.
Johari window. Nohari window
When in a battle, Illrose will lower her antlers at her oppontent, both to protect her own body from blows, and to have her tines strike the opponent in the chest or flank. Due to her size she prefer battles where both - or all - opponents run around as little as possible. If her opponent keeps running around, she will give chase until she get tired, or give up. Can gain high speed on short distances. May also rear up to strike her opponent with her hooves, or bring her antlers down on them. Her biggest advantage is also her greatest weakness; her vast size.

Wow, thank you so much. <3
I don't care it's sketchy, I love it. Illrose looks awesome in your style, and I feel really honored that you actually drew one of my characters.
And thank you for your kind words, you seem like a really nice person as well. :')

oh and btw, Kheiron is very angry and won't approach Illrose but rather wait 'till she does something. xD

But I also like the other version still, where fawn Saosin is included. :'D

"Sweetheart, nothing of this is your fault. The fighting would have happened anyway." She replied to the fawn. She lifted her head for a moment, before she looked back down at the fawn.
"You are welcome to sit with us if you want to, although Sianna seem very protective of you, and probably won't like it. I don't like her, but as long as she treat you well I will not interfere in
that matter." She gave the fawn another nuzzle, smiling at her, hopefully the fawn felt better now.

She lowered her head again,

that the actions of adults - herself included - should stop this fawn from being in their company, afraid of starting something. She then smiled, also her smile had the same sadness that was in her eyes.
"Of course I do, Cadaver is one of my closest friends, you have no idea how hard it was to drive him away, but I had to protect Gustiro. And I will try to make it up between me and Cadaver, but not now.

"Hopefully Cadaver and I will become friends again. And remember you'll always have me, if you should ever need help, you can come to me." Illrose had a tendency to become very protective
over fawns, so she almost looked at them as adopted children. The first 'adopted' one had been Peach, a long time ago. Peach was now an beautiful adult doe, and Illrose felt proud, as if she really was her mother.

As the small doe hid underneath Evania, cowering and facing away from the two large deer Illrose and Gustiro, she remembers what Euyru had taught her. To try and be braver and not run away from every deer. With this in mind, the small doe reluctantly turns slowly to face the intimidating doe. With shaky legs, and ears flattened against her head, Buttons bows politely at Illrose, hoping to prove Illrose that Buttons can be be brave......sometimes.
(This rp post is based on that in-game encounter when Buttons didn't really run away that day, instead she tries hard to be polite to Illrose. Besides, I think it's time I posted something anyways. XD)

It was Gustiro who first had gotten the scent of the small deer, and Illrose soon understood what he was up to when he took off. Illrose smiled slightly behind her mask, looking forward
to another great chase. That was, of curse, until Buttons stopped underneath Evania's belly. Illrose began to circle the larger doe, waiting for Buttons to flee again, so she could give chase.
But she stopped when the littled deer bowed at her.
"Now, what's this?" She chuckled, amused, but didn't return the mini's gesture.

Gustiro made his way swiftly. Pausing only to lift the end of the skull he wore into the air to catch scent and sound, occasionally calling out to Illrose in a feral bellow. It was not a distressed sound, simply calling for her. If he had decided to follow Kheiron would not be far behind.
The smile vanished from her
"Well, say something! Or are you too scared?" She jumped as close to Evania as possible, taunting at the little deer beneath her for not replying at her words.
"If you are not going to talk, then run!" She hissed, stomping her hooves in a threatening manner to make Buttons flee again.
Edit -
Gustiro;
You are more than welcome to join our rp, at least by me. :b
Illrose flicked her ears at the sound of Gustiro's bellow. She stretched her neck, and called out in reply to the red stag, before she began to run in the direction she had heard him. She sniffed the air, and soon
caught the scent of Gustiro. But another familiar scent also hit her senses. Kheiron. Was he close-by as well? It didn't take long before Illrose could spot Gustiro between the trees, and she called for him again,
running towards him.
I'll just answer the RP from
Kheiron couldn't really understand what the red stag was saying, but his words were comforting nonetheless. Kheiron felt relieved, actually. Relieved that... someone seemed to care. He had felt so alone before that, but Gustiro's word felt like a promise that things would turn out all right. He didn't like the red stag, but he sure had respect for him.
He didn't know what would come next, but he followed the other deer. His calls made him uneasy, and he was only hoping he didn't lead them to Illrose. He wasn't in the mood for arguing with her again.
Upon catching the sight of a gray figure among the trees, he hesitated.
Oh, no.
He didn't run away though - out of mere respect to the other stag that bothered doing this.
Gustiro: *agrees with
She flinched as the large doe fiercly stomped the ground. Buttons huddled close underneath Evania. She didn't want to run away this time. What was the point? No matter where she hid, Illrose always found her. She shut her eyes tightly as she tries hard not to flee. With a small, very shaky, and almost a whisper she says, " I-I-I-I,......... d-do-d-don-don't.... w-wan't.... t-to r-r-run.......".

And thank you, Minimuuh. ( : )

Gustiro had circled Evania several times in attempts to flush out Buttons but it surely was not working as it usually would. He even so much as nudged the three legged does’ side. Gustiro would not have forcefully budged Evania considering he was more or less close to her. Unlike Illrose though he was quickly loosing interest in Buttons on account of her lack of running. He was not out to harm or scare them he simply enjoyed games of chase. Dark brown eyes turned to Illrose, ears pulling back, unimpressed by her behavior towards the smaller doe though he did not seem as alarmed by the large doe‘s behavior as he use to be.
(I am afraid he might not make it much more interesting as you hoped. XD )
Gglidden and Gustiro; Illrose
Illrose tilted her head, then laughed, surprisingly soft.
"You don't want to run? What do you think will happen to you if you don't run?" She stomped one hoof as a warning again, ignoring Gustiro, who didn't seem to approve her behavior. No, she
didn't have any intentions to crush the little deer under her hooves, she had no intentions to hurt her at all. She just wanted to scare her a bit, see the little coward tremble before her, that
was all.
Gustiro and Mini;
Illrose could not hide the surprise when she saw her friend following Gustiro. Confused, she stopped, and returned the red stag's gesture.
"What?" She questioned his words, but he was already off, and probably didn't hear it. Illrose looked after him for a moment, before her white eyes found Kheiron. She swallowed, before she
stepped closer, somewhat expecting him to turn around and leave, since he obviously didn't want anything to do with her since she admitted she liked Gustiro. But why would Kheiron be with
him, then?
"Why were you following Gustiro?" She asked him, not at all accusing him, only curious.
When Kheiron saw Gustiro
He frowned at her with his head lowered. "Why do you think", he said. "If you won't listen, I thought that maybe he would. But I realize now that it was probably a bad idea."
The tone in his voice was sharp and cold, but one should know that this was Kheiron's way of handling things when he was hurt. The irony in this situation was that, even if he didn't like Gustiro, he had felt much more comfortable in his presence than in Illrose's.
Who is replying now? Gustiro or Snow?
( That is up to you two. It
I'll just reply then.
The cold tone in her friend's voice made her lower her own head, saddened by his anger. But she soon lifted her head again, piercing him with her white eyes.
"So you went to him to make him stay away from me?" She snapped in return, before she shook her head, regretting her own tone.
"I'm sorry, Kheiron." She said, before she walked closer to him.
"How long is this going to continue? Will you stay angry at me forever?"
He stepped backwards when she
He looked at her, suddenly a sign of pure sadness in his eyes "I liked the dragon doe better than this soft, emotional deer standing in front of me. You changed. You don't care. You don't care that I care. I've done nothing but to be loyal to you, and all you do is come running to me if there's no one else - especially him - around that you can play with. And I've welcomed you every time. But you know what? I don't want to be your second choice anymore. And you of all creatures should know that not everyone can be friends with everyone. That philosophy doesn't work in reality."
He sighed. "I don't know why I bother anymore."
"How can I be emotional if I
come to this? Why did she now prefer the company of the red stag, before the company of Kheiron, her best friend? They had used to have so much fun together. And he was right, she
had gotten soft. So soft it was sickening. She clenched her teeth for a moment when a sudden burst of anger toward everything and everyone rose up inside of her.
"You are right. It's this forest, this stupid, stupid forest! It's changing me, destroying me." She almost growled. She shouldn't be here, she should be far up in the skies on her dragon
wings, targeting the next village to destroy. But then the anger disappeared, like a fire burning out. When she looked back at Kheiron, her eyes were empty.
"What shall I do?" She asked, with a sigh of hopelessness.
I thought I was already

Thanks for tracking it now,
Kheiron stared at her with
He was silent for a moment. He felt kind of relieved that she realized what he had been trying to tell her for a time now, but at the same time he knew how terrible it must be for her to feel trapped in a place she doesn't belong. A place that's changing who you are. A predator can't stay a predator when it's turned into the opposite. You can't change the nature of what you are.
He looked up at her. What could she do?
"You know... You're not the only one changing", he stuttered. "I'm probably... part of all this mess, too. I'm not the naïve, innocent Kheiron I was before... What am I changing into? A rebel? I attacked that brute, dammit!"
He looked away, as if ashamed of himself. "Being naïve doesn't make you see or understand everything, but it sure makes you happy."
Looked up at her again. "Can't we go back to being the dragon and the dog...? Heh... As if..."
For some reason, her heart
'harmless' deer and not a devastating dragon. Her ears perked at his words, before the shadow of a smile appeared on her lips.
"Yeah, it actually surprised me when you did that." She replied. Never before had Illrose seen him attacking someone like that. But, it was just a proof he really cared about her, wasn't it?
"Perhaps, if we take better care of each other, we can stop us from changing. We can be the dragon and dog again." There was almost something pleadingly in her voice, because she really missed those times.
"But still...Gustiro, he....I can't just change what I feel, not just like that. And right now he is a part of my life. I can't change that."
-jumps in for a moment- I
I miss the dragon and dog days as well Illrose.

He had to smile, but he wasn’t at all proud of attacking the red stag. Hopefully something like that wouldn’t happen again.
“I guess you just have to ask yourself if you still want him in your life… Though I’m afraid the answer is yes.”
He sighed. “Just know that he’s not my friend. And he won’t be either.”
He almost wanted to give his friend a big nuzzle, but he… couldn’t. Not right now. Everything felt so weird. Too many mixed feelings at once.
“I’ll admit it, he’s cool. Still a nitwit, but cool. But he’s not my type… So don’t force me to befriend him…”
Kheiron raised his head and turned around as he heard another voice approaching them. “Is that... your friend?”, he asked Illrose.
Cadaver may join if he want to :') Not a problem to me. Though it's up to Snow to make the decision xD
Pepper-mill-ranch; Thanks.
Thanks. :'D I really enjoy the fights between our characters, hope you do as well. ^^
Gglidden, Gustiro;
For a moment, Illrose simply glared at Buttons. She then snorted, and turned to face Gustiro instead.
"Well, this is not fun." She stated with a growl, glancing back at the shivering, little deer, that obviously was determined not to run, no matter how scared she was.
Okay, how many involved in this now? x) Gustiro, Mini, lolamad;
And technically, it's up to Gustiro, I think, but Cadaver is welcome to join by me. :b
She snorted.
"I admit, it all became more difficult once I admitted I actually likes Gustiro. But yes, I'm afraid I still want him in my life." Ever since their first fight over the rights to chase a mini, Gustiro had
become a part of her life, and she couldn't simply shut him out of it.
"I'm not going to force you to do anything." She added, with a slight chuckle. Her ears then perked as she heard another voice, and she followed the direction Kheiron turned to. It was Cadaver, her
fellow-dragon, and another friend she almost had lost when finally befriending Gustiro.
"Yes, it is." She simply stated, before she stepped forward to greet Cadaver.
"We just have to try to bring those days back then, or what?" She asked, giving him a friendly nuzzle.
Duh, of course. You're right,

Gustiro, Gglidden;
Illrose stomped an hoof in the ground of disappointment.
"Don't think this will change anything." She hissed at Butttons, standing next to Gustiro.
"Don't think I'll act like we are best pals the next time I see you around." She added, slowly backing away to show she had no interest in this little deer anymore. Buttons showing her courage was not interesting at all.
SnowSauria, Minimuuh, Shaku,
(Take note that Gustiro probably would have gathered quite a bit more deer then this. But considering that it would be a bit much to do so much biography hopping and the fact that I was having trouble figuring out which deer would get along with Illrose enough for this not to break out in a fight (I am not sure Illrose and Kheiron even met two of these deer?) this will have to do. :3 Anyone who happens to read this who has a deer Gustiro knows and is friendly with Illrose are welcome to hop in and act like Gustiro had recruited them too. XD )
Gustiro was on his way back to the pair with his head held high and a few other deer in tow. He quickened his pace with a sudden burst, leaving behind the others to make a quick circle around Illrose and Kheiron. Then he did a wider circle around the two as well as the deer he had brought with him. He seemed very much trying to herd them all into a close group, his posture eager and determined.
Gglidden, SnowSauria,
Gustiro looked up at Illrose, one ear pulled back.
Looking to Buttons again he spoke. "Tomorrow then, yes?" He lifted his head and gave a final nod as if in agreement. He then moved to brush his side against Illrose's before taking off to find something more entertaining for today.

As soon as the silence had settled between Kheiron and Illrose and they seemed to have settled things, it didn't take long before they could hear the rumbling of hooves approaching. They could catch a glimpse of the red stag among the trees.
Along with him, a bunch of other deer.
"What..."
Kheiron's ears pointed towards the small herd. He wasn't quite sure what to say. He had no idea what was going on.
"What is that guy up to...?" he whispered to Illrose.
Gustiro, Gglidden; Illrose
Illrose didn't say anything more, only glared at Buttons who had ruined all the fun. She then almost purred for a moment, when Gustiro's fur brushed against her own, before the red stag took off. Illrose wasn't sure if she should follow him or not, so for now she simply walked a few steps away from Evania and Buttons, showing no interest in the little deer anymore.
Yeah, me replying as well, this can get interesting. x')
Illrose was relieved she and Kheiron had got to talk, but still she had a heavy feeling in her stomach. She had to do something about her situation, she couldn't stay here forever.
