The light and the holy is harmful to her body, this includes substances and magic. Primarily in the forest, the devout spell rapidly scorches her fur and flesh and can even result in death if she is over exposed to it. Once upon a time, owned a magical blockade in the form of a pendant that blocked any kind of magic thus protecting her from the devout's harmful effect but it has long since been lost.

''Its always like this, I get attacked by an enemy, everyone gets involved...I feel like it all was my foult and then I have to say sorry to everyone.. '' His mind started to get sick, to sick too think right. ''I can't keep this up anymore, my life is breaking down on me...I wish that everything could be as it used to be.'' He was afraid that there will be an day when noone will accept him anymore, the day he would rather die than live. ''I'm so sorry Umay..''

A chuckle is released as she shakes her head in response to Leviathann's confusion, but then stops because it hurt. The short, quiet moment is spent wincing, but ignores the pain from her injuries and forces herself to speak, "Pop-lar. Not popular. I mean Jupiter."

She would sigh, but chooses not to. "Miyako isn't so bad, and either way I was still fighting the stag for the same reason. Djinn is severely injured, he wouldn't leave her be.. or Adriian. Fought him a few times, he first came to bother Kody and I, then stupidly targetted our friends."

Umay clears her throat, a shrug follows, her tone becomes bitter as she thinks back to yesterday, "I hurt Jup-..Poplar, because Niko' would not leave Adriian alone. I wanted him to know that there are going to be consequences if he's going to fuck with my family. I attacked Niko because he wasn't paying attention.

And then I hunted down Poplar and tried to kill her because I have had enough." A growl echoes through her jaws as they snap together on the final word. She falls silent, glaring underneath her skull. Her muscles are tensed.

To feel Poplar's bones crumble and break beneath the demon's power, see her limbs savagely ripped from her body whilst the earth is adorned by her blood. Disgusting and cruel, yet she burned for sight.
How she wished to have delivered the final blow.

The female looks up and turns to face her sister as she moves closer, of course she'd allow her to. She breathes quietly as her expression softens, body relaxing. "I've missed you too.. so much. We all have."

"I can't find myself believing your words." She lays on the ground before him, voice barely audible. "Why do you choose to approach Nikodim? I've seen that happen.. Why must our warnings go ignored, why do you accept our enemies when you know it puts us and our children in danger.." Her lids slowly close, but despite feeling weak and exhausted Umay continues. "We fight because we want to ensure your safety. We want to protect you, want you here with us because we love you, Adriian." Her wounded body awkwardly shifts, skull pointing in the golden stag's direction so that the feline can watch him, now that her obsidian eyes have opened.

Her figure is unmoving minus her heavy breathing, she continues to stare and listens to Adriian as he speaks.
"No.. don't apologize.
No one here will turn against you unless you turn against us, whether that's willingly or not. I know you don't want this, none of us do, but in a situation like this it is either them, or us. Only you can make that decision. We will not risk bringing risks to our family."

Adriian took a big breath, as a tear fell from his eye. ''I know, I appreciate that alot...I love you guys too.'' He tried to smile, after what she had said, even if it was hard. ''I won't turn against you, never...And you guys will always be my first choise.''

Again Umay listens once more, though in the end she is unsure of what to say. She feels like saying forget it, let's move on.

But it's always easier said than done.

"I never want to force you to make decisions like these, I want you to understand that I'm not doing this to be selfish, or possessive, I just don't want this family to be split apart or hurt. I don't want you to be harmed, and I definately don't want him pushing you around like he does. I know this isn't easy for you."
She feels comforted hearing that he'd always choose herself and the others, but she doesn't get her hopes up, because this isn't over.
"I'm sorry you have to go through this.. it's not what I want."

Although Umay wanted Poplar to be inflicted with pain, this being not-so-secret, she doesn't agree that Adriian should be the one to do it, worrying that he'll be digging himself a grave.
"Nikodimos could come for you." She warns, despite knowing Adriian is probably aware of that. "Do you think it's worth it?"

She listens, understanding his reasons. It makes complete sense for Adriian to not want Umay harmed, but neither did she want him to suffer.
"I will always get hurt along the way, no matter who's at fault. Nikodim will continue to terrorize our family and friends and I refuse to stand back and watch, you know that. You can target Poplar all you want, I have no desire to stop you, but if he turns up I will jump into the fray no matter what state I am in, Adriian. I will never let him get what he wants." A stern look crosses her hidden features. "I will never let that beast and his whore tear us all apart. We are stronger than that."

Elongated ears twitch before flicking back behind the three crimson horns that protrude from her skull. "What did she say about us?"

For Poplar's sake, perhaps it was best the demon never found out.
The doe should be familiar by now with the lion's ferocious rage.
Only, Poplar has yet to fall victim to the real explosion.
