New Character/CSS crap

So, I know, not the best quality but...yeah. I couldn't get it to stay transparent so I just screencapped. New idea for a character. Not that much info, but I'm hoping to get a little CSS help this time around. I was wondering if maybe anyone has some old CSS code they don't use anymore, and wouldn't mind me taking off their hands? That would be soooo helpful! I will love you forever. <3

hhhummn, I don't know if this'd help but you could look up 'free CSS', examples being; noshik's, littlesinner's -- and others that I can't seem to find at this moment.

I could make you a thing if you want. I don't have unused code but I am decently good at making new stuff and I leave comprehensive comments in code so when I give it back to you you'll know which part does which and you can do whatever you want with it.

If you have ideas for how it should look you can doodle it and send it to me and I can make it if it isn't too complicated.

Do you have a color palette

Do you have a color palette in mind for the page? I've got all the elements existing on it so all I need to do now with the page is add the colors that you want things to be and move the stuff around on the page so that it's organized how you wanted it.
