Needing some answers

Ok i dunno where to post this, maybe the Tale of Tales website since theres no help thread here? Well i cant seem to register there so, no.
Just yesterday i clicked a link and it took me to the registration page so i could name my deer. I couldnt see my pictogram, i thought it was slow internet or something so i just clicked the register or watever button and continued. But i looked on the Tales of Tales website and in the help section it said that were out of pictograms. If thats true how did i get to register?
My next question is i cant seem to play online. I try to log in my network status is connected but i am not logged in. I click the "LOG IN" button and it says logging in then it sometimes goes back to the "LOG IN" option. Sometimes it says theres a problem logging in but doesnt tell me the problem. Is it the pictogram thing causing the problem? I really want to play online its boring playing all alone.

Well yesterday we were out of

Well yesterday we were out of pictograms- however today we just got the new ones! Just try again, and download the new version of the forest, 3.41, and then you should be able to log in with the username and password of your new pictogram Smiling

I clicked the Name your Deer

I clicked the Name your Deer link and it says Registration is Temporarily Unavailible

Somebody recommended closing

Somebody recommended closing and restarting your browser.
If that doesn't work, perhaps try another browser? I've heard at least Google Chrome has issues with registration.

I'm unsure what the issue with logging in might be, though. :/

It looks like you've

It looks like you've registered a "nameless" pictogram due to a glitch while registration was supposed to be down. This means that you don't have any glyphs assigned to your pictogram. You can log into the community site with that login, but as you've discovered, you are unable to use it in the game. Try registering with a new username, now that registration is back up, and you should be able to get into the game with that new name and pictogram.
Unfortunately, this username will never be able to log into the game. If you really want to use this login, you will probably have to Email M&A, the game creators, about it.
Make sure you have v3.41 installed as well, as Meadow said.

Ah ok, thank you guys so much

Ah ok, thank you guys so much for replying. Ill go download the new game soon. But the registration page still isnt working ive tried Internet Explorer and FireFox im not allowed to download any other browsers though, so what else could i do?

Refresh the page once or

Refresh the page once or twice, if it doesn't work just give it some time and check back later. That worked for me, and I use firefox. Don't panic ♥

Thank you for the direct link and refreshing the page worked, i now have a pictogram! Also the new game version 3.41 i cant find it, the 3.40 version is the only link on the donwload page can i still play with version 3.40?
