I adore the sunny spot with two saplings, near the Great Oak and next to a log. Also, there is a spot between the Great Oak and Crying Idol with a loose circle of trees surrounding a sunny patch. ♥
The willow at the pond that has leaves that are like protecting the deer when it's inside the like kind of box it's near the bridge I think the first two trees make it.

Inside the blue bowl, which feels like a cage. You can hide in the flowers, especially if you are a fawn. Sometimes you stumble across sleeping deer in there.

There's a very small area in the birch forest, right on a slope next to de drinkplaats. If you look in a certain direction, the birch forest reminds me of a place I know irl (the woodland beside a historic viking burial; Sutton Hoo).
I wouldn't know how to describe it's location, so maybe you could come find me ingame and I'll show you.
There's a large area near the oak that I find to be the most colourful area in the forest. This consists of the two small trees in a sunbeam. A fallen log with tall plants growing around it, multiple flower patches. Hills and a small poppy patch. Also a good view.
I've always liked the Blue Bowl. I like all the blueberries that grow there and the fact that it's practically a haven, surrounded by thick sycamore trees. I know alot of computers can't handle the Blue Bowl but I never had problems there. Maybe a small lag but nothing to worry about. Plus it's next door to the Red Hill, where I can just go up if I want a good view or make closeup screenshots <3
I have always liked a "path" I discovered in The Birch, near the Playground. It's just a dip in between the hills but it reminds me of a mini canyon. And I love to follow it, and see where it can take me. That's another thing with the forest; I prefer not to take a straight b-line for wherever I'm going. I prefer to discover a little path of my own :)
There is a big birch tree surrounding the blue bowl. It has a stone behind it. It's big enough to be the home of small deers or fawns, maybe a normal sized deer... A little hideout. ♥
There´s a lovely patch of purple flowers with a bright sunspot shining down on them somewhere between the birch forest and ruins. I can´t remember the spesific spot where it is, but when you find it, you know. Spyrre loves taking naps in there sometime, it´s very beautiful place and feels especially magical for me somehow.
Also, blue bowl and the poppy-patch and the small idols behind the ruins are also my favourite places. <3
wolfgirlgo, i love that spot too. it reminds me of a fairy villiage in a book i once had when i was younger. on the community i think its most commonly called 'the blue bowl'.
Lol I was wondering whether it was the blue bowl! Another good spot is in the playground, there is a slab of rock between two other rocks, it makes a brilliant cave!

Meet me in the Blue Bowl at midnight. Only there can we be happy...
There's a really nice spot in the Birch, though I can't say exactly where it is because I can't fully remember. If I could see it, I'd know it.
There's also a "darker" section of the First Forest, that I think is close to the Ruins. There's some short grass, and a small group of trees around it.
There's also a purple flower patch not far from the Old Oak. It's one of the largest ones in the Forest, I think.
There's also an area close to the Ruins where there's a bunch of trees that form a sort of square shape. It's really nice.
Also, not far from the Pond, right on the edge of the Birch, there's a white Birch tree with some of that green shrubbery next to it. And not far from that, there's a fairly large tree that makes for a nice resting spot.
