I'm new to TEF and can't log in? D:

Hello everybody, I'm Chevehne (sheh-vain). Smiling I'm new to TEF and I have a problem: I can't seem to be able to log in ? When I'm in the game, I go to "Network" and it says I am not logged in. I can't find out where TO log in. How do I do this? D: I'm probably just overlooking something obvious, but... ?

Are you sure it's not letting

Are you sure it's not letting you click, or is it just taking a long time to think? Sometimes you have to wait a while or click several times before it will actually connect. Does the "you are not connected" line flicker at all?

There are also 45 players online right now, which means the initial connect may be slow. The server was originally built to handle around 50 players, so it starts slowing down around there.

Is your Firewall allowing the game to go through? Try running the game as an administrator as well.

Double check your firewall,

Double check your firewall, and if it doesn't go through, try restarting your computer and router.
When you click connect, does your status change at all? (ie say "connecting..." vs "not connected" even for a second)

Did you confirm your account

Did you confirm your account on your email? The same thing happened to me. My email had a spam detector on, so my first account was never really confirmed. I had to change my detectors settings. Does it say please confirm resgistration when you try to login?

actually, rather than giving me an error message, etc, it wouldn't even allow me to physically click the connect button itself, haha. I downloaded the older version of TEF, and I've now got it working. (though it's quite slow on my windows xp laptop, hehe)

same thing, I cant click connect on the newest/newer version. I think it have a problem on the newest/newer version
