Fish, because of his simplicity... but beeing very detailed and interesting at the same time
then:
red dragon (first impression) ... because it's an interaction between two characters, also the seting is interesting
blue dragon (precious) ... the pose is very dynamic and the colors are well choosen :)
(edit: hmmm but maybe it would be better to sent the stag instead of the blue dragon to have a better varity of motives... mhhh...)

2. Fish - in all the simplicity I love it
3. Hard to decide. Either the Deer or... maybe the blue dragon. I'm not sure, like them both~

Hmm. My favourites would probably be the fish, the stag and the blue dragon... All beautiful, detailed and quite realistic.... even the dragon is a bit more cartoony but cute fellow anyway.
