Wow, my first post... better make this one good.
But first this is going under Misc.
I'm really new and don't know much about The Endless Forest. . . Well I know the basics an stuff, but as I look up random people and their blog entries I noticed that there is so much Role playing going on.
I've role played for most of my life considering I am fairly young, I've written stories and tried to draw [I have good days and bad days xD] but I really found that my creativeness revolves around RPing. FINALLY I found a MMORPG that wasn't based around PVP[player vs player] that had no chat where you could be trolled. In The Endless Forest you can't hurt anyone! Well you can act mean but that isn't like PKing. I love all the art that is going on with this place and it really is inspiring me and the writing.
Some day I wish to post my writing and drawing but I'm worried about what people think about it [I'm a sensitive person and I hate it >.< ]
Well this is a kinda random rant buuut,
If any of you RPers out there would like to explain to me how you make all these characters and obtain friends and family with them, or how to make those awesome bios on your account page [I don't understand how to do it!]
I would really love it.

Step 1: play The Endless
The rest will come on its own.
No really, that's all you need to do to get started on developing a character (if you want one; you don't need to create a character). This place is so inspiring that the rest just seems to flow. There's no "official" way to do anything either - that goes for both in and out of Forest - so don't worry about making a "great" bio. (I don't use any special coding on any of mine myself.

As for RPing... sometimes peoples characters will adopt yours and consider it 'family'. Other times people decide to breed their characters and they'll have a fawn. I haven't seen it too much, but once in a while you'll see a seeking post put up, people looking for someone that is willing to play the child. I guess it wouldn't hurt if you yourself posted something, wanted to be adopted or be another persons characters child(Haven't seen too much success with the second option though, as a lot of people here just encourage newcomers to play the game and let things happen as they will happen). - You could always create your own family by finding a mate, just play the game, get to know other deer, and things will start developing, hopefully. Then you could have your own.

Yeah I've made plenty of bios for other RP sites, just I feel jealous with the other peoples real cool formats 'n' stuff
It really makes me have a whole new look on the Endless forest when people are friendly[makes me wanna stay]

I've played Endless forest for a while buuutt I forgot about it and now I'm a stag xD I only had like two days of being a fawn Grrrr.
But anyway I feel like more of a Loner [well my character I'm thinking of] so I think I'll lay low with the family part of RPing. But I hope to become a more experienced gal some day C:
