I've been obsessed with apps for my iPod Touch (essentially an iPhone without the phone). Mostly free ones but anyway I wanted to ask what your favorite apps are if you use an iPhone or iPod Touch. You of course can post Droid apps here too.
Here's the list of the ones I use:
Free -
Urbanspoon is a great app to help you decide where to go out to eat and also gives you lots of information like hours, an idea on prices, and locations.
Urbanspoon example
Buddy Rush is a free rpg game you can play on your iPhone/iPod Touch as well as on Facebook. It syncs both ways, and is pretty fun. You will either have to pay or install useless apps for free 'chips' to get better upgrades and characters though.
Buddy Rush gameplay (identical on Facebook)
Pocket Legends is another free MMO RPG that plays similarly to WoW. The characters are limited though - a bird archer, a bear warrior, and an elf mage is all you really can choose from. But the game is pretty fun anyway.
Pocket Legends gameplay
Wa Kingyo LE is a free little app where you play with goldfish.
Teavana compliments visits to their store. It gives you all the information you need to know about their tea, where their stores are, and other things.
Nuclear Blast is a music company I really like, they specialize in all kinds of metal and hard rock, and host many popular bands like Amorphis, Sonata Arctica, Korpiklaani, Hammerfall, and others. This app lets you listen to new music from their vast assortment of bands and keeps you updated on any news and releases.
Buddha Board is an interesting app based on an actual item by the same name. Using water, you draw on the board, and slowly it starts to fade as it evaporates. The concept is based on the Buddhist saying that "nothing is infinite, everything is always changing". It's a fun thing to use for relaxing and meditating.

Cheap -
Vanitas ($2) ...I think needs to be on every TEF member's iPhone/iPod Touch.
Plants Vs Zombies ($3) is among the most well-known games as of now, and it's one of my most played on my iPod. There's plenty to do in-game (they just added the 'Zen Garden' which gets you bonus cash), and it arguably one of the most addicting and enjoyable games available.
Plants vs Zombies gameplay
Angry Birds ($1) is another well-known game out there, though it can be pretty frustrating if you get stuck on a particular stage. Still, it's worth the price and provides hours of fun.
Trailer for Angry Birds
Angry Birds Rio version ($1) is another version of Angry Birds that I prefer over the two. It was released when the animated movie
Rio was in theaters, and follows some of the storyline for the movie. You play in various places such as a warehouse, a beach, a jungle, and a carnival, and they've been adding a new stage each month. In addition, there are various 'fruits' you can collect as trophies.
Trailer for Angry Birds Rio
Tiny Wings ($1) is another fun little game where you have to press on the screen at the right moment to make a bird gain momentum and fly in the air using hills. It has different objectives to accomplish in order to gain more multipliers for a better score.
Trailer for Tiny Wings with gameplay
Mr. Ninja ($1) has become my absolute favorite app on my iPod. You jump from one floating rotating ball to another, slashing aliens along the way. As long as you kill all of the ones between each space, you continue to build up a chain. Miss one and start all over. The game is never set up the same so it's always fun and addicting, and your objective is to get as far as you can as well as try to make the biggest chain possible. One mistake and you generally miss the balls, ending the game. But it has a high re-playability in my opinion
There are also three modes of play.

Yoritsuki ($2) is a beautiful app where you choose options to create a Japanese inn. You can change all kinds of settings including the season, day and night, whether it's raining, cicadas chirping, and so on to the inside of the inn including the table, decorations, and so on. It is a nice app for meditation. There is a Lite version as well that is free but gives limited options.

Please feel free to post your favorite apps in the comments below
I'm gonna search these right
I could suggest a game which is based on Shaun the sheep, but it's still really amusing... it's called Home Sheep Home, try searching it in the App Store. Although it's 69p -- What happens, is there are 3 sheep, and you have to choose between each one and try to get all of them individually to the finish point. But they all have different strengths/weaknesses, it's amusing hehe. [EDIT] Wait. I found one which is like a rip off version of Home Sheep Home, though you can get a free demo. Search Three Sheep Free
- 3D Audio Illusions
This one's good too. You need some headphones though, it's free. If you download it, listen to 'Virtual Haircut' :D
- GodFinger All-Stars
An amusing little game with weird people, who live on a small globe. You have to help build up the place, plant flowers, make it rain etc etc. You act as God, really. It's a cute little game though hehe; it's also free.
There's an app called 'The
There's an app called 'The Moron Test' that I adore LOL.
You basically answer the questions and do what it says.
There's a free version and one that you can buy. C:
I also have that robot unicorn game on mine too, though I had to pay for it :'D

Farm story-free! Just you get your own farm, plant crops, get animals and stuff. You level up too <3
zoo story-free! like farm story. it's made by the same company. except it's a zoo
Skee-ball-addicting. I think it's .99
Fruit ninja-one of the best games eva!
Pocket zoo-if you're an animal lover like me. this has to be the most amazing app ever. You get descriptions of animals, along with seeing them in real llife! There are cameras in their habitats and you get to see them. Pretty extreme! i think this cost either .99 or 1.99
Hope this helped <3
Thanks guys! I added all of
I added all of the descriptions for the ones I use as well as gameplay videos/trailer videos for most of them

Boggle - I don't know. Good game.
Scrabble. - Paid I think... Can't remember but everything is like 59p or over a pound. You can play four player with Ipods and Iphones hooked up to the iPad, never did it but it's a neat feature. I secretly love scrabble haha.

Paper Toss - You can get it for free. Ipad compatible.
Mega Jump - Free probably. Addicting.
Restaurant/Farm/Night club/Town story. - Free, I was addicted to this on the Ipad since it was iphone/pod/pad compatible and it was really addicting. Play online and see other peoples places. I've kind of forgot about it now. :I I played Restaurant Story and it was a little annoying how some foods took 1 min to complete and some tok like a day or six hours.
Slice It! - Free (i think) addicting.
Sorry, my Ipod recently died (-sob-) and I'm sorry I don't know the prices.
Oh yup, Vanitas on there too. How about the Graveyard also by ToT? Its also available in a lite version.
Tracking this until I can

So I'm looking for a really
The one I had in mind was World of Goo but I'm not sure if it's what I want to get yet...
Edit - I actually found one I'm already enjoying.
Castlevania Puzzle: Encore of the Night is a puzzle-based game based on the bestselling Castlevania series. You play as Alucard and go through dungeons, fighting monsters by battling them in a puzzle game. It is similar to Tetris but you must match colors. In addition, you level up and increase your stats, as well as have items and equipment. You lose health during fights so you have to heal before you are attacked again.
I really like this, although I'll have to adjust my controls so i can move the blocks around better, it is exactly what I was looking for. I'm somewhat of a fan of the Castlevania series as well.
.
I hope it's okay for me to
- Minecraft PE (£4.99)
Very addictive, although no where near as good as the PC version (obviously). It is constantly being updated though, and there are rumors it will eventually be nearly identical to the PC version, in time. So why not buy it now whilst it's.. sort of cheap.. 8D It would be 10x better if it was online. There are ways to get online, but only with a hacked iphone for now.
Buuuuut the reason I'm bumping this is because I'm looking for an app to play online, preferably 3D, doesn't matter if I'd have to buy it but free is better anyday..
Kinda like Pocket Legends, that was pretty fun. For a little bit haha~
Haha I forgot all about
Well the ones I'm currently playing are:
DragonVale
Dark Summoner
Mino Monsters
Words with Friends
Draw Something
Doodle Jump! Fun little
Fun little game I'm always playing on my Nook.

Another Pocket Frogs fan
I also highly recommend World of Goo. I love World of Goo. XD
I also have the Garageband app. I was surprised how much it does for only $5. Dragonvale's fun too despite looking a bit juvenile, it was free though.
(these are Ipad apps, I think most of them are for Iphone too though)
Actually, I believe that you
