Aine would like to apologize to the deer she was bothering yesterday at the Ruins. For nearly fifteen minutes she couldn't understand the annoyed gestures of a very angry buck with Day of the Dead paint as she absentmindedly sat in his spot. Merely wanting to lay next to him because she thought it would be fun, she unwittingly realized that she had taken a space that was regularly occupied by the Skull-Faced Stag.
For this she would like to apologize, had she known, she would have left.

Well summer has come up and kicked me in the rear this time. I've spent 3 days in the middle of the desert in the blazing sun, in 105* weather. I have gained numerous bruises, scrapes and scars to add to my collection, and I'm proud of em. It was a strange, alien place where little grows but thistles, sage, and sparse trees. The other weird thing about it, was that I was camping on a river in the middle of the desert, which flows south instead of north. Strange huh? But this isn't the best part: I got to see some of the most AMAZING wildlife.
2 bald eagles,
3 baby otters and their mother
TONS of baby duckies
some beautiful red does with white tails
but the most astounding creatures of all were the wild horses.
Beautiful palomino, buckskin, paint, and I think a couple appaloosa, with babies playing close to their mothers.
Even though it was gruelingly hot out, seeing some of the creatures and being in a place people rarely go to, and thus untouched by trash, was special.
But that's just me, what's everyone else doing this summer?

Haven't been on in awhile... I wonder if my fawn has grown up while I was away???
Just a couple of musings.
Why do people fear death? Do they fear the unknown? Do they feel that death is the end and that their minds are gone forever, like the end of a candle? Why should you fear death, everyone dies. Its what you do while you're alive that counts, and who knows, there may be life after death. I believe in Heaven, Hell and a God and Devil, but I don't believe that people are going to Hell if they don't believe in God. An all knowing, all loving God wouldn't do that to the people he loves.
Another thing.
I am sorry. On behalf of all the Christians out there that aren't doing their jobs, looking like total jerks by shoving their religion down other people's throats, all of the terrible things they have done "In God's Name" to make them sound righteous... That is terrible and I am so sorry.
So many people have been wronged by the church, by christians maybe in their own families. Catholic priests have a reputation for being child molesters, but they're supposed to be their for people, to comfort them and aid them in need. ANY Christian has that duty.
I am sorry for the betrayal of trust. Christians have a duty to aid the struggling, the weak and the poor because that is what they believe God wants them to do.
Churches have turned into clubs, 'if you don't believe our way then go away'.
Priests are self-righteous and will preach at people about being holy, but not doing so themselves.
I am sorry for the things Christians have done in their righteous quests.

It's raining, its pouring... it's very, very boring.
Don't get me wrong, I love rain, but after soooooooo much of it, you start craving a little sunshine, or at least partly cloudy weather. So, I've been sitting inside for days, watching Monty Python's Flying Circus and eating low fat junkfood (hey, it may not taste great when you're too lazy to exercise its better than nothing). My roommate is actually being productive with her time and making stuff out of paper to decorate our room. I, on the other hand, have been too lazy to try and fix my scanner so I can upload pictures.
I just looked up and noticed theres a wreathe from Christmas still hanging on the wall. Blah.
Been listening to a bunch of bands from the last post I put up (love Sirenia).
I'm trying to think of something actually worth reading to say...
Oh, for future reference, my roommate looks like Anora from Firefly (even if she doesn't think so).
So, signing off for now, and remember, if the world didn't suck we'd fall off of it (just kidding! I am not that much of a pessimist... I'm a cynical optimist!)

Hey you! Yes you, the person who is reading this. What is your favorite singer/band and why?
April 11, 2011 - 9:42pm — Stardancer771
Name: Aine
Name meaning: Radiance
Gender: Female
Species: Forest Spirit
Age: Reborn
Temperament:
Aine is a sweet little fawn whose primary goal in life is to bring others happiness.
She doesn't know who her mother is, so she may attach herself to any adult she sees.
She is kind of naive, and doesn't know how to get along with people just yet.
Aine enjoys dancing, roaming and exploring the forest, and socializing with her fellow deer.
She is looking for a family to roam with, and loves to snuggle.
She gets frightened easily, but can be very brave when it comes to survival.
Likes:
Apples
Roses
Candied chestnuts
Peaches (her favorite)
Sweetwater
Chasing squirrels and other small creatures
Meeting new people
Listening to the forest
Socializing and being alone
Exploring
Dislikes:
Rudeness
Her Story:
Her first incarnation was a forest faerie who helped lost travelers find their way; she granted wishes, and she lived for hundreds
of years in a forest until it was cut down for lumber. The spirits of the trees were fleeing to different forests, but she was trapped in the dying woods and her soul faded along with it. But the Creator, who saw her kind heart fading, sent her to be reborn in a little fawn.

Hello world, my name is Aine, or at least that's my deer name (it's pronounced Awn-ye in Gaelic).
I just started this game yesterday and am really enjoying it! I am a budding artist and am finding a lot of things to draw in here, so hopefully I can post some fan art soon :3
Let's see.... I don't know what else to say for the time being, so uh... bye? haha
