How to get candles?

I have the time to ask in this time of twilight, as candles are light and I don't know how to get them on maybe Violet. Depends on where to get them.

How to get those Background images from sites and then get them on your bios or such?

I tried some sites, but I have not been able to download in any way it to my CSS.

Does anyone know how to get it (I'm sure someone knows, but I hope to know too. x) )?
