Complex CSS where the art is already provided by the buyer.
PRICING -- 15 euro
• Very complicated designs must be approved (weighed up with my abilities) first and will cost anything from 5-10 euro extra
Guidelines/Rules
• I'm happy to provide some changes after payment, but limit it to 2-3. I will refuse very big changes
• I use only Paypal!
• My credit must stay in the disclaimer
• I do tend to take artistic liberties, and don't work well with very very picky people

It depends on which package you're looking at, if you want both CSS and art you get those at the same time- if you want just CSS I'm afraid I'll only add art to the CSS if you have it beforehand
