"It's fur looked like a volcanic wasteland, an underbelly of ashen fur
with burned trees, releasing spores of sparks to the bloody-mixed-milk sky," - thiswilldestoryyou
• Can appear uncaring
• Dislikes the sun, adores night
• Damaged sense of personal space
• Finds it easier to identify faces than bodies
• Not very physical, dislikes straining muscles
• Eyes seem to burn- they almost resemble lava
• If it is vital to him, can create a hoarse deer call
• Feels better in one-on-one company than being alone
• Cannot speak, vocal chords seem to be ruined and burned
Forest
» The lukewarm is a ghost whose physical form wavers. He can be, and is most of the time, an entirely solid entity. He does though at times become transparent like water. Is aware of this when it happens, and when it does he prefers coming out in the dark. Otherwise stays in hidden places and shields himself from heat.
» Desperate to cool himself down, constantly feels overheated. Displays acts such as scratching against trees and others, aswell as often cooling himself in the river.
» He is not known to fight, unless protecting someone or himself. As he does have feral instincts, can and will have testosterone buildups where he is more prone to lashing out at other males. If so he specializes in kicking and ramming, and can literally singe others with his bite. Tends to be good at upholding fights for a long time and can induce burns with his body that slow others down.
» Slips into a more primal and numbed form when in the forest, as opposed to in the human world where he is more balanced emotionally.
» Body heat is very high and escalates with extreme emotions- if in such a state has the ability to burn others, either willingly or not.
» Eyesight fluctuates and can be fine one day and degenerating the next.. at worst sees dots, shapes, and massive blurring- sometimes sees normally, other times sees a skewed reality.
Human
» Burned in his own home during his first life.
» Spends a lot of time in the human world outside the forest, and is able to visit it at will. A backpacker in England who takes any job and often struggles with money. Has a few friends.
» TAR; Friend, was slightly infatuated by and mourns his absence.

This character is 100% IC and his actions do not represent me, but I take responsibility for them. I switch to ooc on this character for nameless and fawns as well other ooc players. I also go ooc when assisting someone or myself with a set.
Hello.
I was originally stopping by just to tell you that I like the title "lukewarm", for a reason I dont really know myself. But I like it, and it's what brought me here.
But now Im telling you that this biography is outstandingly done between the sans serif and serif fonts, color choice, and overall simplicity.
Sadly I only saw your comment now, but I have to say it's made my day already. I love doing CSS, even if I don't think I could do it professionally I really try hard to create nice pages on this community site. I am very very glad you think so. ♥ Thank you.
Aha, alrighty! I am too, but we'll see how it goes ;D Hmm let me see...
She could smell the willows from here. The freshness of them from the lake. The feel of soft, mushy moss across the soil made her hooves tingle with the sensation. Nearly taste the sweetness of the poppies against the palette of her tongue, trickle through her throat, and resonate within her lungs. She was practically nature itself.
The tan and tall grass from the Birch stretched around her. She was practically lost in it, but she didn't mind. She liked that her red pelt nearly blended with the auburn, dry dirt; that her eyes glowed gold, reminiscent of the sun that teetered, lowering ever so slightly in the sky. However, the abundance of exotic flowers that adorned her head like a crown made her pop among the colors of sunset.
Ear flick, left then right as a fly buzzes around her, and then away in disinterest. It was quiet, calm.
The intense red doe lay, below the wheat-like grass, birch trees stretching high above her.
And she, petite and radiant, beneath their gaze.
(this is the oak guardian right? I have very fond memories with her. She was a deer I encountered very early on, maybe 2011 or 2010. I never really forgot her!)
It was almost as though the doe hadn't seen him, he wondered. A shape lay maybe 4 meters away, masked by the gentle breeze that blew his scent away from her nostrils. In his form, there was no wondering why he wasn't seen, his pelt almost a perfect match to the hues of the forest floor. With wild and curious eyes, he looked up to the doe soundlessly, fast but gentle in it's own movement.
There was wonder, whether to move closer or stay put, and it almost hurt him- the fact he'd have to make up his mind. It wouldn't be nice to hide from her, he thought, and he didn't want to be found moving away. His body made soft noises as it rubbed the grass, breathing maybe slightly louder to alert her of his presence, and the buck stood. His ears perked forward, eyes curious like a child's and hacks relaxed, there was no imposing aura from him.
(mhm, das right. and gosh, really..?? oh my god that makes my night, wow, that was quite a bit ago... glad she made an impression!! that just gives me warm flutters ;u;)
The doe's eyes were closed, almost in meditation as she lay upright and shaded by the Birch's grass. She inhaled and exhaled deep and slow, as if trying to find the pulse of the forest and match her heart with its low beat. The ground was warm from the sun's heat, almost comfortable enough to intoxicate her with its pleasant warmth and make her fall asleep.
But there was another pulse in the forest, one very close. The grass nearly spoke to her, for it brushed another's skin as well. Her amber eyes opened, turning her head suddenly at the being close to her. She looked right at him, eyes so wide and immersive that they seemed to look past him.
The stag nearly blended in with the scenery of the Birch. Tog sniffs the air, ears flicking forward and back in curiosity. Slowly, she rises as well, eyes unblinking and remained upon his. In her stance, the flowers that adorn her bob a bit, several petals drift ever so slowly to the Birch's floor. Her tail flicks. Cautiously, she extends a front leg taking a step toward him. He doesn't seem territorial or aggressive, so she assumes it is safe to approach.
One step, two step. She is considerably smaller than the stag, but shows no fear. She is intrigued, particularly by his pelt. She thinks his pelt is reminiscent of fireflies or even fire, and wonders if he glows like gods do when the sun is at it's highest in the day, when the shadows are shimmering violently as if on the brink of cracking.
The small doe is very close to him now, neck extending as she sniffs his scent. She, herself, smells of jasmine, lavender, roses, calla-lilies, wisteria, and many other flora.
