Update 2, last bump I swear!!

Just got a junkload of new, better pictures...

Update.

Soo, these pictures were taken after everything, becuase my grandma ended up shooting a VIDEO of stuff.... -sigh- But, we did take these after we'd realized what happened. I think there will be more pictures coming, that some of the other adults at the parade took...



I had little kids screaming "Joker, Joker!!!", and actually had grown 20 year old guys screaming it too. I had smoke bombs, and water guns, and those little bomb things that snap when you throw them on the ground, that was something more exciting than candy.... The first half I ran around, and to the older adults I'd bend in and whisper "Why So Serious??" and then cackle, and run away.
A lot of the kids on the float (superheroes) were armed with water guns, and kept shooting me as I ran by. But boy, was it FUN...

Gosh I wish I could've gotten shots of when I first put my makeup on, it looked a bazillion times better than these... >.<


But I did a lot of "bows" (like the picture above), and threw little peices of candy to any boy or girl that went bugshit over me.
XD They were soooo cute!!

Forgive the pants, they were old lady pants.
I found the entire costume at a thrift store at one of our sister churches... XDD It really was magical to find everything I needed.

I had a purple jacket, that was the sex, but I didn't put it on after it got soaked by little kids... XD Gatta love 'em.

I had a lot more green in my hair it seemed, but I didn't want to be covered in it, because his hair wasn't supposed to be ALL green, there's still a lot of his natural color left in it...
Oh my god, don't get me STARTED on the hair...
I took a shower the night before, washed it, then put styling gel in it, my sister braided it in 4 braids for me, I slept on it. Pulled them out the next morning, sprayed it with the green, then PLASTERED my head in hairspray, and it was STIFF. My bangs didn't want to co operate, I don't know what to say... XDD That, and I wanted my hair AWAY from my face.
God he was such a slime-ball.

And it was awesome to see people just STARE at me as I walked in town afterwards. XD
The little kids noticed me coming from a mile away, and the parents were just like...
"Um?" It was great.
And those I knew, I run up to, and they'd be like.
"Haha, yeah right!... Uhm.. Who are you?" XDDD
So it was a blast, and it's something I think I may always like to dress up as.

Our church is making a float this year to go in the 4th of July. Of "Superheroes of the Bible".... well, because I'm not one of the SundaySchool kids, and because I'm older than another (a bit older) group, and because I'm practically the only teenager that attends church at her own will, I've decided to not follow the crowd. Instead. I'm being Heath's Joker.

So. I'll be taking pictures, and posting them here after the 4th is over.

Our church had a few problems with another church, when a few years ago, we put on a "Finding God in Harry Potter" thing. Boy did that make them mad, there was even a rumor going around that "you shouldn't go to the afterparty their having, their dancing naked in the back and worshipping Satan!!"... I can't WAIT to see what they have to say about my costume. >8D

And, I have water balloons.
And firecrakers.
And silly string.
