On seeing my dear Sage tonight, I had the chance to reflect on love -- patient love, which must prepare its endurance. Inspired as I am by her presence, it followed naturally.

I've gotten a chance to see my dear Sage tonight, when I was starting to worry that might have been my single miracle. In the light of that, I find myself with a faith I do not think will be moved again -- and inspiration to spare.

Let's start out with this: I had a nice set once with the brown coat lined with golden stripes, the real deer mask and some strange antlers (which I manage to regain again somehow). Now, I'm on a hunt to find the tree which grows magical mushrooms, and hope other deer are there to exchange masks with.

I haven't been on TEF with a lot of interaction in one sitting in years, but I've been wiggling my way back into the game. Hence, I'm a dumdum who forgets half of anything I learned with the side-effect of low patience in a game without any relation to action mmos. I'll remember how to eventually -- Ah, I ramble.

It brings me to this question: How do I find the mushroom tree? If I can't through the symbols on my map, since I cannot figure out what it is telling me (it must be confusing for those more familiar with The Path), should I continue to run around, meet others and hope for the best?

(And do people still do those mask exchanges? And RPs? c:) Thanks!

I mean my deer, Kai. You may have seen me around trying to socialize with you and Kai will just stare at you for a long time and maybe try to say hi. The thing is, my socializing skills are horrible IRL and they just get a bit better in the forest because I don't have to talk.

Still, if you see my Kai around trying to play or lay with you or just staring at you awkwardly, I want you to know that he's not trying to be creepy or rude. He just wants a friend to play and sleep with.

This is because I spent some time with some deers and most of the time I was just bowing and sniffing and staring at them and a lot of them tilted their heads like "??" and I felt like I was being awkward or rude. My apologies. I am still new to the forest, I haven't made any friend and I want to roleplay and play and I always run on strangers.
