I'm still waiting on my fawn to become an adult on the 10th before I really start working on their design but in the mean time I've really been wanting to draw some TEF deer. I figure getting some practice and maybe making some friends at the same time by doing some sketches for people might be fun to do in the mean time.

I don't have the most experience with deer but I'll do my best. Just sketch kind of stuff so lines and probably some flat colors but no backgrounds or full on art. Only taking a few right now kind of first come first serve. Three for right now I think, just link me to some images of your deer and I'll give it a shot! No charge or whatever unless you draw as well and want to return the favor to me some day.

Hi! Seeing as there seem to be a lot of brilliant digital artists here, I thought this would be a good place to ask this question: What kind of graphic tablet should I get?

My birthday is just around the corner, and all I want is a graphics tablet (preferably inexpensive).
What should a beginner start out with? Do I need certain art programs downloaded? Where could I get one?

I've tried checking out the Wacom tablets on the site, but the website is telling me that bamboo is now intuos, and intuos seems kind of expensive for my first tablet!
Any advice? Is there a different brand of graphics tablet I should check out? I'm kind of really lost here!
