Don't get me wrong, I love the change of weather, but how long does it actually stay though?

This is the first time I've ever seen a change in weather, so I'm unfamiliar with how long it usually stays. I know things are random, but how long does the forest usually stay in a changed state ((i.e. raining, nighttime, snowing, fog, etc.))?

The one thing about this game I find difficult is keepin in touch with the deer you randomly meet in the game! makes me sad when they disappear all of a sudden. Anywho, that's my vent I really should post a picture of my deer on here (I'm technically challenged, however) but hey if you see a cream colored doe with peacock feathers im your gal!

I have been on TEF for a while, but haven't been playing lately. I recently came into the game and remembered that I hadn't put any set on! Can somebody help me get the peacock set? I find it beautiful. <3

EDIT: I got the full set! THANKS TO ALL THE DEER THAT HELPED!

When I logged on, It was raining and there were giant purple flowers sprouting everywhere.
I immediately ran to the Twin God Statues.
I prayed, and an invisible deer, casted a spell on me from the air.
I am CONVINCED it was the Twin Gods.
If I am right, THE TWIN GODS CASTED A SPELL ON ME!!!

What does it mean when it's raining and Big purple Flowers apear?
