Warm...

It was... warm. Like, the feeling you get when your mother nuzzles you after a long day. Or when you do something you never thought you could. Or the feeling of home. It felt wonderful.

In the few days that passed after Skokey and Fenqua's meeting, Skokey had been taken care of by the doe. Fenqua, not quite knowing what his problem was, told him to pour out his feelings. He did, quite well, actually. He had wept for most of the day, letting out everything that he had kept in all those months. He told her about his meeting with his mother, about his sister, and about how he felt after all that. After that day, Skokey felt a lot better. He finally realized that people did care about him, and he didn't have to worry about being alone.

He was still physically sick, though. He still had nothing to eat, and he still refused to eat. He didn't feel completely better. But Fenqua always pushed him a little farther every day. But one time, she just flat out asked him:

“Skokey, why won't you eat anything? It's not good for you.”

“You think I don't know that? I don't feel like eating. It makes me sick every time I try.”

Fenqua sighed, “When was the last time you actually ate something? Not just nibble at, but ate.”

Skokey thought a moment, then curtly said, “Six months.”

“Exactly. If you want to get healthy again, you need to eat. And try to get passed your sick feelings.”

He sighed, “Come on, Fen, you can't expect me to do everything in one day.”

“I don't expect you to do everything in one day. I just want you to eat.” Her voice was a little stern, and this only made Skokey irritated. She softened her voice a little, “Please? Just try? I don't want to see you like this.”

Skokey sighed and got up. He looked her in the eye with an irritated look, “You know, you can't pull that one out every time you want me to do something.” He walked over to a patch of grass and waited for Fenqua to follow him.

Yeah, I was a lil' mini deer, thinking
about the strange happings in the forest.
Then I did my daily wake up ritual...
Wake up, run alittle, then go down to the pond
for a drink, and the rest of the day is all up to me, and
the other deer.

So I went to the old torn down place
and found some deer. Yeah I jumped around
a bit, and there were theis two buddy nice deer.
I really wanted to play with them but I had to go real
quick and stuff....Then I just lounged around and drew
a pic of them.


They wore theis outfits, I was the mini deer with the
red coat, fancy blue and red feathered antlers, and
real deer mask. Yeah, it would to be nice to know
who they are, they seemed like cool deer.... >J

As I sit here beside the idol at the ruins, I wonder if things have changed for the worse.

The temple is my home, and in it I found solace. Always I sit beside the idol and his child, staring out ahead between the red poppy flowers.

But as of late I find that is has become busy. Deer pass through often, fill its walls, and sit in the place beside the idol.

All I can do is look on as I find the place where I once found peace in gone. Even as I finally rest beside the idol, the fawns come and sit with me. Other deer come and stand beside me. Somehow I feel as if they know that beneath this thick skull, I like company, and at the same time how much I miss the quiet of my home.

How selfish I am. The temple belongs to all, not just me. How I wish it was mine so I could make them all go away.

Perhaps I have been alone for so long that my ache for friends is making me drive the others away.

I see a deer just like me, sleeping in the cage. Perhaps it is a sign that I am trapped, but in what, exactly? My own skin, this world?

Not even the rain can wash away my woes today.

I can swear it has gotten darker. I can't see the light anymore in a world gone black.

I don't have any pictures, but I saw a weird blue mask in the forest. What mask is this? It kind of looks like a mexican wrestler mask. xD

I have decided to draw, all the different personalities of us deer. Im not gonna draw every deer here, just the one that really stand out to me. If you really want your deer draw just comment with its personality. But note it will take a long while. Oh and tell me how I can improve my drawings, or if you like/hate them...

Luckily the feathers weren't that hard with 3 deer spamming on me LOL


But then, Saan had to leave, so I ate her.


The other stag was.. Collecting some special spell from the mushroom circle. Ergk, that's so boring! So I went to explore and GOT MY FIRST STALKER


He wouldn't leave me alooonee! So I climbed up into a tree...


I mean, I had to do something right!? But then the other stag came to resque me again. He also turned me into a dove D: XD


I thought I found Draak later on. And some others. But suddenly Draak run off, and then there was MIST! I was.. A bit confused at first. But I then realised why Draak was calling!


That was fun! It's a shame I'm way too slow. We saw Michael. I'm not sure if it was like, really him or not, but hey. He looked AWSOME with that red pelt


But I do think he should quit smoking.
