i love this song, and it goes with how im feeling today. poor Skokey, everything around him is going so fast, and he cant keep up T_T this was a big vent picture... so, i guess that means it has better quality XD i worked pretty hard on this. oh yeah, ive decided to change Skokey's antlers, because normal ones are terribly hard to draw >_<

Was anyone here back when the forest was first created?

...could anyone give me a good, general history of the forest, and significant events? Famous births, pairings, conflicts, love and hatred, confusion, everything!!!

If anyone can contribute any significant events (the before, the during, and the after), it would help -alot-.

I want to write poetry about the forest. Since I am "new", I don't know everything about the past...I don't know how others saw Sluggs, how it was when he first paired with his mate, the way that Run really was, maybe her final visit, maybe meeting her...

Or maybe...when waterwalking was discovered...the first abio...anything that could be written about, anything from the history of TEF!!!

i dont understand! i asked Dad about it and he said it might not have enough memory. the other reason could be the server, but that cant be since everyone else's game is running fine... this computer doesnt have a lot of memory for some reason, and the type of memory it has is ridiculously expensive.

it ticks me off so much! and here i thought it would be okay! i knew it wouldnt last forever. i get two chances and then it goes away forever. i guess ill never see Vessel or Fulu grow up. i mean what was even the point in getting Vessel's second set if i cant even use it? gah... i hate this computer so much...

why did Mom have to get the sh***iest computer of them all? so it has just enough memory to let me play, but not enough to let me play nicely. AND WHY NOW? why, after this whole month, did it decide to crap out on me NOW? why couldnt it have crapped out on me before i got hooked on it? it let me have a taste and then took it away! thats like taking candy from a baby!

maybe this means something. i am Christian, and i wouldnt be surprised if this was happening for a reason. ive been getting a little ginger about writing prayers to the Twin Gods, even though i dont believe in them or anything. but this is just unfair... to let me play long enough to really start to enjoy it and the community, and then throw a monkey wrench that i cant possibly solve at me.

im just so freaking pissed! excuse me for venting here, but im so angry right now! this is probably the most unfair thing ive had yet! all the other unfair things ive had in my life have been solved, but this? what am i supposed to do? get a new computer? i dont have that kind of money...

i rebooted the computer today, and i tried TEF and i had no problems! im kinda happy! however, im not fully convinced its okay, so... you know, theres still a great possibility that itll go back to 1 fps...

anyway, i had a blast today! i met up with Darcy and had a lot of fun now that i could actually say something to him XD but Skokey, being a total doof-off, fell into the Pond >:[ so i was naked and Darcy took it upon himself to get me my pelt back <3 he eventually did, and so we went to get my mask

so we met up with another deer (he/she REALLY helped me! its too bad i could see his/her picto!) and i ended up getting this:



XD i looked kinda scary. but then, she/he got me the mask i wanted, the Crying mask!! i couldnt believe it, i almost sneezed it off! then i got really excited and sneezed off my pelts until i came to the Nightfall pelt (which i knew i had somewhere. i got it twice XD)

and then i started to get all excited and ran to a pine tree, where Darcy got me some Butterfly antlers!



i love them both so much for helping me! *gives them big hugs* <3333 i guess im in a good mood since TEF finally worked today



so now i have Vessel's second set. and it took so little time too! i hope i find out who that mysterious deer who gave me the Crying mask was, i want to thank him/her so bad! (lol Skokey looks kinda happy in that pic XD)

If you see my deer Anzel in the forest, whose pictogram is in my avatar, and she seems to ignore you...

...it's because I can't see you.

My ISP is slow, but it's the only one available for my area. No advice needed on how to fix the problem, unless you can suggest something cheaper, better, and available in my area, than wildblue.net.

I am occasionally able to get the pictograms to spread out, but only a few, and normally I can't see people's real pictos. I often run around, greet all of the deer I see, and then kind-of spazz. You may see me acting kind-of laggy, or not moving, or moving glitchily. You may see my set (silver pelt, key antlers), or you may not.

But remember, I am -not- rude, I simply cannot see you x.x

If I sit down by you, and you don't want company, don't be offended, I probably just feel lonely, and I can't tell that you don't want me around. Tell me here or on the forums, and I'll leave you be, and I apologise.

And I decided to write a short story about a deer who's since passed on, and is looking at the forest.

What It Was by Fayne

He was walking amongst the trees, silently, and without haste. His form was wavering and transparent to those who could see him - and even they, the birds, squirrels, and other small creatures weren't disturbed by his presence. The other deer paid him no heed. They had no idea he was even there. A part of him appreciated this, for he could stand and watch without incident. Still, the rest of him wanted desperately to be one of them again.
Two fawns sat paralell to the Ename Ruins, while a mature stag with six tines on each antler told them a ghost story. In the old one's time, the ruins had been a glorious castle, filled with Them. Now there was nothing left of it's former glory. The stag dipped his head in a silent sigh, and stretched a leg out to move on.
