And I decided to write a short story about a deer who's since passed on, and is looking at the forest.

What It Was by Fayne

He was walking amongst the trees, silently, and without haste. His form was wavering and transparent to those who could see him - and even they, the birds, squirrels, and other small creatures weren't disturbed by his presence. The other deer paid him no heed. They had no idea he was even there. A part of him appreciated this, for he could stand and watch without incident. Still, the rest of him wanted desperately to be one of them again.
Two fawns sat paralell to the Ename Ruins, while a mature stag with six tines on each antler told them a ghost story. In the old one's time, the ruins had been a glorious castle, filled with Them. Now there was nothing left of it's former glory. The stag dipped his head in a silent sigh, and stretched a leg out to move on.

i sometimes feel like mommy or daddy(if I'm with horns) for a foal cyra33-i always fallow him/her,he/she always fallows me...!he/she all ways understands what I'm trying to say!!!!kinda funny!all though he/she is one of my best friends in the forest!:)so if you are reading this cyra,what do you think?!lol!

[=#006400] It's nice being back. Awakening in the bright light of the forest reminded me of its beauty. Perhaps absence does truly make the heart grow fonder.
When I first woke up, I stumbled across some fawns in the ruins. One or two offered to spar me -- and they were just little fawns! After my initial shock (and amusement), I play-fought with them a bit: since Walter's been...gone..., I haven't had anyone to spar with. Most of the fawns scattered as more deer came and joined me. We did some group-wide dancing, followed by sitting, pretending to be idols by the ruins.



a pair of deer (well, it was more like 3 deer, but one of the deer was helping another with his set, and vice-versa at times) helped me get my set back. One of the deer, the one with the grey pelt, and I started goofing off in celebratory ways when we were done. I started really getting excited about that: it was like being around Scape, you know?...which made sense. Seeing as they are apparently related somehow. I don't think that deer was one of the dragonfly deer, but the way tyhey changed places was something I've only seen deer who were related in some way do. I'm sure I'll find out the state off affairs later. I almost always do.

Anyway, after some initial celebratory "it's good to see you" nuzzles, we ended up doing a little bit of dnacing with a group. I think Halogen was there, but it's been a while, and I'm not sure if I remembered his pictogram right.

Well today was my first day of actually playing Endless Forest after my long absence from when I first joined. I couldn't remember my old account info so here I am. I like being a fawn but I wish I could have a different pelt and antlers. I played near the lake today and mooed (I don't know what you call the sound a deer makes) at some bigger deers and played with a little fawn. I danced retardedly in one spot too...a lot. >.>; I hope I meet some new people and make friends and become known here. Its such a peaceful game. :3

I also noticed my name looks like a little boat!

First time I've gotten the pictos to spread for a while now.

The only deer with a real picto was Sleeper, I kinda spazzed when I saw them. (sleeper = the deer with the pictogram like a deer)

I've also spotted:

- Sleeping setless stag, with a fawn nearby eating mushrooms
- A deer with reindeer antlers, a kibuki (am i thinking right?) mask, and a nightfall pelt
- A bunch of setless deer
- A deer with a beluga mask/space helm.

Also, yes, I deleted all of my other entries. I'm shutting up. You won't hear much more from me, I promise.

EDIT:

Now I see:

- A deer next to Mazey with the spotted pelt, short black antlers, and hand mask

- A stag with a pictogram I kind-of recognize

And...I just randomly saw a deer sleeping under the bridge.

But they disappeared before I got a good look at their pictogram.

It was swirly and thin, that's all I know. I know I know who it was...hmm...

I leave for MD tomorrrow......so I might not be able to get into the forest. I will more than likely get onto the site, but no submitting anything. doesn't mean I won't work on anything though ;P
