Pixel Deer - taking requests

Since so many people seemed to like my pixel Dragonfly Deer, I decided to open requests to make other people's deer pixelized. =] The height and width varies with each, but the size of the deer will remain the same.

I love nature

Nature is awesome. It is a wonderful part of our world. From trees and flowers to animals and wildlife, nature is perfect. Help me ( and yourself ) by recycling and polluting less by walking, riding a bike, and carpooling. If we loose a species of plant or animal we lose it forever so help me save wildlife by hunting less endangered species like panda bears and mountain lions and start thinking of ways you can save that animal. Be part of the Big Green Help. Thank you Smiling

I wish I were a dog

Lemon's Diary pg. 1

Today was a ton of fun! I hung out with Seed for an hour or so, and we had a blast. I really like that guy, he's pretty fun.

We played around on the playground for a while. What is it with stags and the playground? I'm not too fond of the place. With so many creepy stories about the deermuda triangle, I'm always watching my step. Most deer like to tempt fate, but I'm not going to risk my life with that stuff! Plus, the playground is full of huge rocks, and I can never quite seem to navigate them as well as the adults do. Nevertheless, I had a lot of fun playing with Seed on the rocks.

He showed me how to jump up on to one of the big rocks. It took a while for me to get it, but Seed was patient. And when I finally made it, I did a victory dance, and Seed joined me!

Then some other deer joined us. One was shapeshifted into a dove, and he turned Seed into a frog! I tried to squish frog-Seed with my butt, but he was too quick.

After that, Seed and I moonwalked through the forest backwards, for a bit. I was laughing so much! We must have looked so silly. I love hanging out with Seed. Smiling

Then Seed and I ran off and found a big herd of deer. I had a lot of fun playing around with the other deer, and wearing lots of rediculous looking masks. There was a Zombie deer there, with no pictogram! I figured it was simply a glitch, but he sure did look spooky. It was almost as if he were a ghost!

I do like the zombie masks. I secretly wish that one day, I might be able to wear a zombie mask. I don't like the pelt, though -- it creeps me out!

Anyway, it wasn't long before LT's game crashed, and refushed to let her log in, again. Sad

So, that's all for today!

Love,
Lemon

It's Not Necessarily Over After December 25th!

Although stores and the media focus on December 25 when gifts are exchanged, Christmas celebrations did not really end until January 6. Traditionally, December 25 was the first day of Christmas, and January 6, or the Feast of the Epiphany (celebrating the three wise men/magi/kings' meeting with the infant Jesus), was the Twelfth Day of Christmas. To this day, many old fashioned Catholics leave their Christmas decorations up until after January 6.

Read more here.

Since Stagleaf is doing an Endless Forest Advent Calendar, I don't plan on doing something every day until January 6th. However, we'll leave the red and green colors until then.

So how long do all of you leave your decorations up? I generally leave mine up until after New Year's.

Sketch Requests = human deer!

I'm bored. :B So. I've got my binder in front of me, and I'll take a few requests for some sketched human forms of your deer. They'll be waist up. Like this but...without the pants. c: -so not perverted- lol anyways I'll do 5 for now, maybe some more later, and scan when I feel like it. I just need a link to bio/description of personform/picture to go off of. :B GO.

The Diary of Seed, 12-21,22-08

[=#006400] I have a little bit to say about the day before yeasterday, though I am aware the entry will be a little lacking.

I did get some work on the Forest production of Little Red Riding Hood, at long last: Noortis and I scouted out a few locations that we liked, so that, at least, is settled. I met a new fawn (her name, as I understand it, is Nara) who seems...particularly familiar. I showed her around the forest a bit, and ran into Lemon and 21, as well as a few other deer. It was rather fun, having a few fawns around, all innocent and wide-eyed, that fresh 'new fawn' smell lingering after them as they hop eagerly about...There's just something about watching fawns that makes me feel all warm and complete. I guess I'm feeling a little paternal.

The next day was a rather busy day: when I woke up, I found a group of deer sitting by the pond. It turns out that it was one of the deer's, a stag by the name of Ialu, stagday, though I was unaware at the time. I sat with them, until the new stag fell asleep: at which point, his brother and I did use him to cast some spells (and as a chair ^^). When he woke up, we formed a conga line, with Lemon, another fawn, and another stag joining in at its longest.
