Having just become aware that there was an online community for The Endless Forest, only a few days after downloading, I've noted something...
Bios for deers.
Many different deer names in the 'Deer Name' section on player profiles.
I'm left feeling a little confused. You can have more than one deer?
Also, when an adult, and your pelt changes color, it doesn't change back unless you want it to? Because when my fawn 'prays' to the twin god statue and turns white, it only lasts a few minutes...
I guess I just don't know how the whole 'roleplay' aspect of the community works, and while I can observe, some help in the form of comments would be much loved.
In any case, I should get back to the forest soon and romp around some ;D
Heyya. Yes, you can have as
Yes, you can have as many deer as you want. For example, I have five deer. (: I guess there is not any limits, someone correct me if I am wrong.
Aand no, pelt doesn't change unless you click one thing that'll change it. But if some one spams you and you "throw" the pelt away, it will be gone until someone spams it on you again.
Sorry for weird explaining. 8>
Yep, you can have more than
To be honest, I don't really understand the roleplay aspect either, and I've been here for almost two years. But some players have created some amazing characters.
I'm glad to hear you're having fun in the forest!
Thanks for all the
There are those who have
As for spells, they won't stick to fawns. They fade away after a minute. They'll stick after your fawn grows up about a month after you registered. The white pelt is one of the "special cases" though. It normally fades away after a few minutes, whether you're grown up or still a fawn. There is a way to glitch it to stick to you though, but it would only last until you close the game, and only adults can get it like that.
The red pelt from the Crying Idol sticks if you're an adult, without needing to glitch the game, but it fades every time you quit.
Some people like to roleplay their deer, too, as if they're separate characters from themself. That's why some people have multiple deer. They give them their own personality that affects how they play in the Forest and react to other deer. We also sometimes have roleplaying blogs on here.
