Mellion's Bio

Updated: 7.9 Mellion ought to have his set now supposing that I managed to save his spelldata this time. NB! Due to a new character Februari I have, Mellion won't be much if at all in the forest as long as Febru is a fawn. I want her to experience her fawnhood to the fullest so long as it lasts.

Current mood: Sleepy

Current thoughts: ...

Physical health status: 100%

Mental health status: 95%

~~~
Name: Mellion
Age: around 22
Gender: stag
Picto: x
How to remember: It looks like a "= D" smiley that's carrying a stick in its mouth.
Wearing: The Great Argus pelt, the antelope antlers and a white mask whose name I don't know.
Personality: composed, gentle, resolute, easy to please and amuse but if irritated can get quite derisive.
Important to know about him: Mellion may be easily startled and may appear hostile if he’s approached carelessly from behind or from his left, for his left eye is blind. He doesn’t mean any actual harm by that, it’s just self protection. Friends of Mellion don’t have to be so careful, though, for Mellion recognises them by their scent.
Been in the forest since June 2009.
.:Here I am, This is me:.
Mellion is an orphan who woke up in the forest one day after having wandered around lost for several days. Even as a small fawn he could sense the forest ’s aura around him. It was arcane and powerful but it wasn’t scary at all; Mellion felt like he had returned back home even though he had never been in the forest before. Hence, because of this warm and cozy feeling, Mellion decided to stay in the forest. It was good to find a safe place to live in for a wayfarer’s life was very tirening for a small fawn without a herd.
Falamir wasn't supposed to turn into a stag today. It is on the 24th. Sad I thought they meant an exact month, but it is only the date. What a bummer! I was looking forward to spellshpammin'. Oh well, only two more days....I think. -shrug- Is there anyway I can unfawnify him on the game options?
Shocking?
I expected this to come to pass eventually... I just was not sure when. Rather than beat around the bush as they say, I shall be more direct.
I suppose the best way to say it is...
I am no longer silent.
No, this does not mean I will be able to converse verbally. At least not yet.
Or not very well.
Still, though...it is rather strange and...exciting to finally know what my voice sounds like...
I will no longer need to write on the ground to communicate. This pleases me, for not all deer here are able to read I believe.
I assume it seems like I am taking this far too lightly. I should be acting more excited.
Rest assured, I have expressed my happiness for this as any other given such a gift would...though privately.
I do wish at least one of my good friends had been present at the time. Well, no matter. I suppose I will just have to shock them the next time we meet.
I wish Cousin could be here to share in my joy. But my thoughts threaten to turn depressing. No more of that.
I still wonder what has caused my voice to return. Though I suppose it does not matter, does it?
For now, I will relearn how to speak properly as to not make a fool of myself around others.
I remain, no longer silent,
1.5 week trip-going to be gone
Just in case anybody wonders again. Smiling It's a family trip this time.
Sacha's First Day
Sacha had a fun day today. After exploring and trying out the playground (and falling through several rocks), she went to rest in the smaller mushroom circle, deciding she was too small to play on the rocks.
After a few minutes, the calvary arrived from the pond and laid down too.
Sacha got up to greet them all, but realized they were all waiting their five minutes. Five minutes goes by much faster when there is seven other deer. How pleasant ^_^
Sacha got many of the spells and thought they were great fun, having never seen them before. Squirrel, Frog and Bat. She probably bothered some of the elders with all the frantic running around in glee.
Even more showed up after a bit and there was dancing.
While I enjoy this pleasant mushroom circle, I really need to find a better place to rest. Because of the lighting, it is difficult to see others pictograms. Sad I will have to learn everyone's "names" soon.
A new rival? (Horror themes and gore. Read at your own risk.)
[=crimson]It has been a long time since I have written last, or so it seems. These past days have been both confusing and demented, though in the madness there has been less aggression than usual. I had spoken with The Priest, and come to understand where he comes from historically, and how this so-called Endless forest came into existence as a safe-haven for the deer... as long as they serve those blasted twin idols. My meeting with the priest has left me uncertain of my own views, and I have considered perhaps speaking with his gods.
With time, I have come to see that this will not come to pass. I cannot even come near the demon statues without some interference leading me away. A few days ago, at the top of their hill, I had been pulled into a 'cloning' with two others... one being the infamous 'Glitch Deer' himself. I do admire his abilities... to absolutely bewilder and confuse the majority of those in this forest. One day, I should like to understand his abilities and duplicate them. Fanciful dreaming aside, that day had led to a strange level of social interaction. My companion, Bastilion, had joined us, along with Amary, and we began to behave as fawns. Air dancing and frolicking until devout pelts became spammed.
Hrnnnn.... I will never wear the pelt of Laghodessa's murders...
Last night I tried again. My head had been struck with a constant ache, and my ankles bled out with a heavier flow than the norm. Perhaps my frustration over these statues had manifested into this physical deterioration. When I reached the statues, I was been immediately met by Scarecrow and a strange stag I have not previously encountered. This stag, bore the skeletal pelt and skull mask, like me... though he proudly wore the same massive antlers as the priest. He immediately reminded me of the stags I had once led out of the forest. Save for the fact that he was taunting at Scarecrow and I upon sight.
Lemon's Journal - July 21, 2009
Ooc; bleh, this is long and rather boring. But I wanted to write something, so I did. C: Verdy, if I butchered Walter, I’m sorry.
---
When I awoke, I found myself curled up against the warmth of one of the larger playground rocks. I lay for a moment, my legs entangled, listening carefully to my surroundings. Nearby, I could hear two deer engaged in a sort of fight. Carefully, I rose to my feet, and there I remained for a moment, listening intently to the sounds of battle. There are moments when, I fear, a sort of morbid delight overtakes me, whenever I hear the sound of two stags engaged in some trivial conflict. I like to think that it is an instinct which I acquired in the womb, listening to my feral and highly uncultured father duke it out with competing males; rather than some sort of sociopathic flaw in my mental status. It isn’t, after all, as if I desire blood and carnage. I rather hate it when fights break out, in fact. Yet there is always a twinge of dreadful glee, whenever the sound of clashing antlers happens to strike my ears. And so it was, in this moment, that I listened quietly for a moment while the two stags fought – though it was evident from the very start that the battle was piteously one-sided.
