I have officially left DeviantART. The last journal entry that I had left up there provided a link to where I now have my art. This journal is now a year old, so those of you who know me there have probably known where to go for awhile now.

As you may know, I am in graduate school. This is totally different from undergraduate college where you show up to class, do your work, and get a grade. Graduate school is much more than that. In my field (human factors), I have to publish research and do labwork in addition to coursework, and graduate coursework is much more difficult than undergraduate coursework. I'm not trying to scare anyone off getting a Master's or a PhD, but I want you to understand how much of my time it takes. It is not just a "job." It's my life[, and my success in my field in contingent upon my giving everything I have to my work. This means making sacrifices and prioritizing, and I really need simplicity in my life where I can find it.

I'm not leaving TEF, so don't panic. I still love this interactive program.

So I won't be around, leaving in a few moments and will be gone all weekend.

Id just like people to know, Im not a hacker! I saved raven spelldata and suddenly got bigger than an average size raven. No need to slam the anger emote hundreds of times! This is how my OCappears in the forest, okay? I dont know how to re-shrink, but Im not concerned about that part, like many of you are. This was not to be rude, if you take it that way, I just want to get a few things straight. So please, dont worry about me. Remember my pictogram or what not, but Im not going to be labeled as a hacker. Thank you for understanding...

So I've been sent some spelldata from Mikuru (thanks again) and I'm sitll not quite sure how to make it work.
I've tried creating folders, opening it with Spelldata, saving and restoring many different sets and still no luck.

On my computer I'm using Windows Vista/Windows xp or something...I'm not sure. But It's not Windows 7.
I have been trying to move the spelldata all morning and everytime I log into the forest I'm still just a 'naked' deer. D:
There was a read-me but it's just very confusing and I can't find any of the files people mention to me to look at.
Is it even possible to use Spelldata on my type of computer? =/ the make is fairly new.

If it isn't would someone be able to cast the Zombie set on me somehow? ^^;

(Been trying this for two days now, it just will NOT paste. )

I'm trying to make a new character named 'Firefly'. I have the Candle Antlers and Stuff, but all the other pelts don't go along with the whole 'Firefly' thing... Anyhoo, does anyone have SpellData for the B.A.N. pelt? If you did, i'd be eternally grateful. I have every pelt except for this one.

This is a non TEF rant (TEF is too awesome to be ranted about) and it's similar to Deathwing's rant, but I didn't want to post it on her topic, since it's rude! Everyone knows I'm normally a happy person but not today..

Well, my mum brought nana to our house from church since it's Good Friday. She instantly puts or takes something from our fridge after she says "hello". Then she starts cleaning OUR dishes. I'm just quietly watching TV near her and she says "You can't sit there and watch TV all day!", even when I don't, and she sits down watching it for hours herself! Even OUR TV! She says I should start doing the dishes and starts telling me how to live my life.

Then she starts telling me to put the dishes away into their place (which is ok but only MUM can tell me that!) and she says it will make me thinner (which isn't right since I'm normal weight and my friends say i'm TOO thin).

I got SO fed up so I just went and sat on the sofa after I done that. She starts saying rubbish that no one cares about to my mum (she always talks to my mum about random "her life rubbish"). I rolled my eyes in front of my mum and she just scowled at me. I went into my room and decided to read on my own. I really just wanted some peace. 5 minutes later, she comes in my room looking for some bracelet. Then mum makes me look all over my room for it, and when I can't find it, she starts looking for it herself, throwing everything on the floor during the process.

When she leaves, I throw this stuff onto my bed and finish my book. Then I rest in bed for a few hours. When I get up, mum and nana are on the computer looking at frog species, with nana sitting in our computer chair and mum KNEELING on the floor next to her. Nana just asks me if I have had dinner (she meant lunch..) and I said no. Mum just said to have a look at what's there. I just go back into my room. When I come out, I go see mum feeding my little sister. I tell her that nana is trying to tell us what to do.
