Please credit the designs!

Please on toyhouse and any other site. Propperly credit the character designers if you've gotten them from another person, adopted them or bought them even. It allows the creators easier time tracking as well as prevents fraud and confusion when a design is traded away/sold and probably the new owner headache when trying to find the true creator.
Especially on toyhouse where that is mandatory!

Thank you for your understanding Smiling

9 years have passed

It has been a long time since I have posted. Throughout the years, I have enjoyed playing my deer, helping other players get forest magic. I like to give flowers to fawns and coming to holiday events. As of 2017, I now operate 4 stags. On June 7th this year, I met a player who has been on TEF for a long time. That deer gave me the Day of the Deer pelt and blood cry mask. I am so happy to have this unusual pelt and rare mask. Thank you for giving them to me! This pelt and mask will represent me as one of the older members of the game. I look forward to meeting new friends and seeing my old ones. See you in the forest!

Pictograms appearing as blocks. Need help

So I got a new laptop and downloaded TEF version 3.41, but almost all of the pictograms are appearing as blocks.

I tried several troubleshooting steps (none of which worked):
-Run troubleshooter for compatibility
-Uninstalled and reinstalled
-Tried to replace a file called "SymbolAlphabet.cgr" from the old laptop where I could see all pictos to the new laptop
-Tried to run the program as admin
-Chatted in the #helpinquiries in the Discord

I'm at my wits end...

Update

Hey,
I don’t think anyone really keeps up with me on here, since I’m not active; but, just incase, I wanted to put this out there. I had made plans to come back on here and get active again last year. It’s been a year. It just isn’t going to happen. I still owe some art that will be put up as soon as I can get a computer to load it. I’m sorry it hasn’t happened yet... not going to lie I’m going through hell right now. I don’t feel like sharing what the “hell” is just that almost all my joy is gone, creativity is gone, and I’m just really tired. I was looking forward to being back and finding muse again but, life.
Anyway take care. I still come on to look at art and things and I will post likely one more time and then pretty much not exist on the website again.

Bringing the Forest to the Elder Deer

The elder deer had survived another bout of cold and though fully recovered the energy did not come back up to the previous level. The deer of long companion not ready for the elder deer to go had limited activities to the point the elder deer nearly gave up. Roaming only with in the ruins as he reached the boundary edge he would indicate that if he went further he may not come back.

Empty shell deer was not something he wished to ever be. As mush as he loved the poppies, the stream, the rut he stayed within the framework of the ruins as if some invisible line ensured his safety. For long companion deer it made it easier. As much as he loved her so he wished not to cause any grief.

Others did not agree and began to make plans. How does one bring the forest to the elder deer? One by one deer searched long and far to find the pieces that represented the forest well. Moss, ferns, flowers, small trees began to appear on, around and in the ruins. Brought piece by piece by deer some as friends and some just participating because it looked like fun.

Within a short time different spots within the ruins had mini forest scenes. The elder deer roamed from mini-forest to mini-forest experiencing all that the mini-forest offered for him. Bringing the forest to the deer resulted in immense joy among those who visited and those who took care of the elder deer. It made the forest endless on another level. Having a weak deer body a mere inconvenience rather than a tragedy. Instead of talk of what does not work despite good health the elder deer talked of nature, cycles, plants, and love. In the dying ember of a deer life sparkled flares of joy seeding for the next generation.
