AXIS POWERS HETALIA Hetalia: Axis Powers is a webcomic, later adapted as a manga and an anime series, by Hidekaz Himaruya. The series presents an allegorical interpretation of political and historic events, particularly of the World War II era, in which the various countries are represented by anthropomorphic characters. Hetalia is a portmanteau combining hetare (Japanese for "incompetent") and Italia (Italy). This is to make light of Italy's apparent cowardice during World War II. [source/more]

* Pixiv is like the Japanese version of either deviantART or PhotoBucket, depending on how you want to look at it. What pictures are tagged as is how you search for what you want to find--for example, if you wanted to look up fanart of England, you'd first need to find the Japanese characters for his name (a handy list for Pixiv tags is here, simplified, or here, complex). In this case, it would be イギリス. Then, copy and paste this into the search bar at the top and enter! You can poke around the site to find out more and/or sign up to see the images in their full size, which I would heavily recommend~ Feel free to share anything you find and are inspired/humored by, really!

But I also have experience playing Korea, Seborga, Sealand, TRNC, Germania, Chibitalia and Australia. I would love to play Cameroon and Monaco someday too! I like minor characters. So many possibilities!
