1. Does anyone else have a mini panic attack, every time they minimize a non-TEF window, thinking it's going to crash out? xD I always do. Then I remember that it's not TEF, and it's okay. :>

I usually keep TEF in windowed mode, and just let it run in the background while I'm doing other things. I can access my start menu just fine, even when TEF is maximized (but still in windowed mode).

2. I JUST learned this one. But Rowan said it. <3 I think it's like this: Turn, then lay down while turning, then press the forward button while laying down (keep it pressed!), then roar, then dance. It's complicated, and doesn't always work, for me. x____x

3. Yep, you run and jump jump jump, like flying. Then when you get over the pond, press backwards, and you can walk around on the water. But only backwards. xD You can run and jump again, to go forward, but then it's kind of hard to control, because you're moving so fast on such a small area.


4. Actually, you turn, then sit while turning, then roar. After that, press the spacebar. You can also press the dance button to slowly get up and lay back down, or laugh to make your mouth open in a really creepy way. :> You can't move from that spot, though. So to get out of that, you have to lay down, then stand back up.

6. You can only do it in certain places, where there's a steep slope. Near the twin idols is the easiest. You have to look for a place where the deer falls partially underground, when your camera is closest to the hill (the camera is actually inside the hill, because the slope is too steep). Then make sure your deer's butt is to the camera, so that the deer is facing downhill. Then take a step forward, and your deer should fall a little bit underground. Now you can turn around and sloooowly (up + down) walk toward the camera. Tada! Close-ups! :>

I didn't explain it well, hopefully someone will dig up that tutorial. xD

And WOAH, you don't use hotkeys? xD I'd be totally lost without mine. It takes me forever to get to an action I don't have a hotkey for. xD

1. Go into the options when in the game, and you should see an option to "play TEF in window mode"

2. Keep turning, sit, dance and turn, then moo.

3. Move backwards or keep jumping on the water while moving. Or sit down or dance.

4. Stand-sit quickly? Sorry, I'm unaware of what you mean. Unless when you mean when you are sliding on the floor, then hop.

5. Just go to a hill, keep running and jumping in the air then, then once in your ideal spot, press escape. While on the menu, your deer will sit. Now tell the deer to make him listen with a hotkey.
(hover your mouse over any action from the ction strip, apart from a few that don't work. Then while the mouse is hovering over it, click any button from F1-F12 apart from F10 which freezes the game.)

6. There is an easier way to take close-ups, but I'll tell you both ways.

1. e.g Go to the playground while a deer is on a rock (or atleest something higher) Now you hide behind the rock ON THE GROUND so you have a good view of the deer on your screen which you should see close-up. (failed explanation)

2. This is alot more fun, which not many people know, so I hope no one minds me blabbing about everything on here but- Go to your TEF file's. I "think" you go to Engine-Camera-Move "Camera Manager" onto your desktop, by dragging the file onto your main menu screen. (remeber to put it back after) I don't know if that was right, but I will just go check myself.
