3.31 problem

i've been using the latest version and it's extremely slow for me. i usually only get 3 or 4 fps and it's frustrating! >.< i really want 3.31 but everytime i download it i jusst cant connect or login :[ it just says 'error' anyone have any suggestions? also everytime i try to mess with the nature detail, shadows, show other players, nothing happens. am i dealing with a loss cause? that version is my fav, i get 10-12 fps!

Hm what about version 3.4?

Hm what about version 3.4? Thats the latest and try lowering your Display options it could help or you may have a poor graphics card! Smiling

Harlequinn, did you completely uninstall 3.41 before you put the old version on? And could you tell me both your internet speed and operating system please?

yessum, i made sure i uninstalled everything, and my internet speed is 3.34 mbps and i use Windows Vista.

You also made sure both program files an program files x86 were uninstalled?

I'd say your internet is kinda slow, but when you played 3.41 did you test out the display settings at different levels?


What's your graphics card?

im not sure what x86 means

im not sure what x86 means but i did go under program files and delete anything TEF related. and i have 2.50 GB of RAM. also, my graphics card is Mobile Intel 965 Express Chipset Family.

Program files (x86) is the

Program files (x86) is the second place the new version of TEF is stored. You may have some straggling folders there. I'd check it out.
