Will develop as she does!
Not very good at making friends. She sees herself as an oddity, and fears no one will like her.
Very quiet. Hasn't spoken very much.
Timid, yet curious. Growing to be more extroverted.
Nautican is the result of the unfortunate matching of an aquatic creature and a run-of-the-mill deer. She bears the front half of a deer and the rear end of a fish, making her quite the awkward mermaid. Her fur is a thick double-coat that often feels oily. The oils in her fur allow it to remain waterproof and trap in warmth. Her coat is light blue on top and white on the bottom, separated by a thick dark-blue stripe that runs the length of her deer half. Her tail is covered in smooth, iridescent scales. Oddly, though, it comes to the point more similar to a whale's than a shark's. Nautican bears odd, un-fitting pink hooves that don't seem the best kept for walking on the ground.
Relationships will develop as she does.

POSTY COMING OHOHO! Hitaka
Hitaka woke from her rest near the Oak and peered around her, the forest was quiet, almost like a mist among fog. She lifted herself and gave a slight shake to release the dirt from her pelt. She decided she needed to stretch her legs, and started in a fast trot, slowly transitioning into a gallop and, finally, a sprint. She gained suffificient speed and leapt into the air, allowing herself to fly a good amount from the ground, but still below the cover of the trees. As the pond came closer into view, she lowered herself back to the earth and slowed from a sprint to a fast walk. The water of the pond looked so cool, she couldn't resist quenching her thirst. She lowered her head and drank as the birds of the forest sang all around her.

STAFF: The little fish-doe
The little fish-doe hobbled along, trying her best to keep up with the winged doe. Hitaka's gait seemed upward and light, whilst Naut's seemed rather clumsy and awkward. Finally there, she browsed on the leaves, grass, and berries scattered about her in the foliage. "Thank you for bringing me here."
MEADOW: Thank you!
Don't mind me, just posting

The chirps of birds awoke the green doe, lifting up her head. The first day she spent alone for awhile. After spending a whole winter with the kind stag that had coxed her out of her watery home; so it had been awhile since she was able to come back. Getting up, she approached the hill that just on the other side her pond would be. Well, not her pond; but it always felt like hers. With each step, she came closer and soon she looked over and onto the beautiful forest pond. Lily almost seemed to smile. "Finally, home again . . ." Yes, she was home. Tho, it has been awhile since she was here. For all she knew, others called this home. Heading down the hill, the small green doe noticed something . . . someone in the water. Was that a deer? She slowed down, unsure if she should approached or just hang back by the weeping willow.
No way! I was just about to
___
The fish-tailed doe lay in the shallow water, not really wanting to swim, nor wanting to drag herself ashore and walk in that awkward way she did. Naut didn't want to be in the bustling land of the banks where fawns would dive towards the water, splash around, then play in the dirt at the water's edge. Nor did she want to watch the adults make meaningless chat under the shade of the willows. The doe was content with wading along on her belly, moving around like a gator in the shallows, getting out of the heat. It was looking up when she noticed an algae-spotted doe walking towards the pond with a look of joy on her face. Then the face went almost completely different. Hesitant. Confused, perhaps? Maybe she was just reading it wrong? Probably. "I hope I'm not taking up a favorite spot of yours?"
If she can handle them, I

Oh, and how big is Nauti on the size chart?

Head was titled to the side, almost confused at what she was looking at. The green doe had already met a large blue doe with the tail of a fish; but this doe's whole lower half was nothing but a tail. Strange, different but it didn't seem to bother her at all. Hearing them speak, Lily shook her head quickly. Oh . . . oh no no. It's fine; your fine . . ." Ears twitched slightly, approaching at her normal slow hesitant pace. Not wanting to seem like a threat to the other. Hooves touched the lips of the pond, a gentle splash. "I haven't been here for a while anyway, not . . . not really 'my' spot anymore anyway." Long tail, covered in algae, swayed behind her.

The fish-doe sat up, trying not to note the lilypad-hatted doe's hesitation. "Oh come," she said, trying to smile. "I know you've never seen a mermaid doe, but don't worry--I don't bite. In fact, I can't do much harm at all." Her green eyes were warm and welcoming. "The water's nice today." She didn't want to appear too awkward... But she couldn't help it--being a fish and all.
Ears twitched, looking down
