Wow! But goodness, issues!

Hello!

I just registered so I'm new! I'm also going to kindly ask that I be excused if this is the inappropriate place to post this but I am having severe issues with the password and such. I can log onto the community site (this) just fine, but I can't log in during game play. =( I don't understand why.

Also, I reset the password to make it simpler rather then having symbols in it and such and still no luck. Actually, it's not even changing the password. I'm still stuck with the original one. Anyone know what's up?




EDIT: I'm very....Um, how do you say? Not intelligent when it comes to all this stuff but I can't seem to reply to the first two posters due to a problem of not specifying an author....or something like that?...lol

Also, the patch didn't work, sorry Zebbie.

No, the password changing doesn't work. D: So you're stuck with what you set as your password, unless you e-mail M&A.

As for the issue with logging in, I'm not sure. :/ Do you get an error code below the place where you put in your user/pass?

Oh, also, welcome to TEF!

Tee hee, oh hai thar Kira-welcome to ze TEF Community, tee hee~! ♥ That sounds like quite the icky bug that's plaguing you, there-howevaaah, methinks I may have a solution *ahem*:

Download this patch and run it, then try logging in :3 I had a similar issue a while ago, and it was because I didn't have this patch for the new pictograms, so if I tried to log in with one of the newer pictograms like you have seeing as you have just signed up, it wouldn't allow me to log in. Let me know if this works-fingies crossed, it should solve it~! :D

Ok, well, hopefully this

Ok, well, hopefully this account will be deleted as I have created an entirely new one by the name of Leucistic. It works! Thank goodness it works!

This one however will not allow me to log in while I have the Forest running. =( That makes me very sad.

I did email M&A and I was told that the servers are down. I can honestly understand server issues as I play a MMORPG (WoW, actually) but this is not a server issue I am having. It's just the account/password itself. It still refuses to let me in under Malediction even as I had JUST logged in with Leucistic.....So...hopefully, hopefully all is well!
