I can't seem to find them on the map whenever I search, but whoever they are, I am very grateful for the help they gave me in getting Alder's set done!

I don't recognize them, but they probably had connection issues that made the map glitch due to it not showing their picto.
It might just be a player that never logged on the TEFc site, or at least does not have a proper character (with a bio or information).
