Gentle, kind and shy yet extremely playful, curious, imaginative and abit spacey; like her head’s always in the clouds.

Dream Realm | Mostly in her doe form. Embodiment of wonder, healing and creativity. Voice sounds like soft bell chimes (03:49 – 03:50). Each tone and resonance carries meaning, waiting to be understood.
Waking Realm | Mostly in her cervitaur form. Embodiment of empathy, acceptance and bravery. Voice has a subtle bell-like undertone. Ability to communicate in any language due to her travels within many dreams.

Night Weaver | Waits, receives and delivers woven dreams of the forest. Gently catches and tames the stray nightmares that were never meant to wander free.

Light Keeper | Guards the light at the inbetween. Watches over the drift of consciousness as it slips beyond the veil.

Her Genesis
Born during the chaos of a world at war. From beneath its shadows, a child and a fawn, weak and left wandering on their own, followed a voice calling each one from along the closing thread of their dreams. When they opened their eyes, a star-laced sky still humming with distant dreams met them at where they were. There, they found each other, kept safely within the shelter of The Old Oak Tree. As they took their final rest, entering into the single woven dream far beyond the familiar passages of sleep, it was then that Omi was born.

A Second Awakening
Before returning to the forest grounds, Omi had been kept in a deep sleep, well beyond most lifetimes' worth of dreams. She was left clueless about the world that had been existing throughout her time away, being one that lived well within many dreams and with each one feeling just as true. That is, until one woke her from the century long slumber.
With the lines of reality having been blurred before, she isn’t quite sure about herself in remembering the encounters she has as actually taking place, or them simply just being a figment of her dreams. Nonetheless, she’s learning to remain in the forest’s leading and time in its reveal.
She doesn’t yet know the reason for that which has passed, but she still seems to trust in The Oak's grand purposes and plans; at the same time, however, she can't help but feel fear constantly looming near and right by her. “Is that the kind of fear that one might say is good?”, she’d wonder. Some nights, she gets plagued by uninvited dreams weaved from the troubled subconscious, both within and around her, resulting in many tearful awakenings, as she attempts to wander from what might be. Other days, the ponders of what could be seemed to come alive, as they take shape beyond her simple waking imaginations.

Those Slower Days
Omi happened to chance upon a large giant, whom she later got to know as Brent, taking rest under one of his favourite sun spots, whilst doing her daily rounds in the forest. Not wanting to disturb him, she watched from afar and stayed on alittle longer than usual. She was delighted when sweet Oolune stopped by to accompany her.
Hydde got curious what the two were up to, and joined in alongside, with Omi then going on about her peculiar ponders and silly imaginations throughout the morning. "If he was a type of butterfly, I think he would definitely be a butterfry...", just as they observed flames and dark clouds beginning to emit from his body.
One by one, sleep started to fall upon Oolune and Hydde. Thereon, shortly after a time of play, Fernelescent, Saatar, Eris and Kumiho couldn't help their eyes and succumbed to the evening's luring pause too; Ira, on the other hand, simply huddled in to enjoy the stillness and breeze that the forest would bring.
Omi, just as she always does, remained caught up and lost in the forest's whispers, flows and dream-weavings.

The (Un)Knowing
Omi had been (semi tickled, but mostly) perplexed about the recent dreams she has of the magnificient beast she came to know of.
For a start, never would she have thought of seeing him, a majestic lava-like being, to be dressed so softly in such beautiful white. Suffice to say, and unsurprisingly yet again, she was immediately and completely enamoured by him. As she followed after him through a dreamy field, with little Oolune right by her side, "... gentle giant" was all that she could think of; much like how she always does, each time she catches sight of him.
In the dream that came after, however, he seemed to take on a rather strange sight. Just, cloaked in red. Menacing red. There, paired with his towering stature, a waking memory began to bleed into her vision, of an ominous being that she had once encountered, thereby leaving her paralyzed and overcomed with fear. Just as she tried retracting her steps, slowly and quietly away, it was far too late since he had already sensed her near; and, well, much like what he would have done, he made several attempts to let her know that he was safe. Yet, all she could do was take distance and wonder at him from afar, until the forest's leading in her awakening.
Nowadays, something old would stir within her at the sight of such familiarity, like an echo without a voice.

I just saw the art you made of all of us sleeping and I remember that day too, it was very cozy to chill and sleep with all of you around each other, it was so cozy that I did took a nap too, hehe. How beautifully the Forest is
I am so touched by the
I apologize for any confusion of the pelt situation with Brent, (I need to further explain this on Brent's bio) - Forgive me I have a lot going on sometimes and can't always get to the finer details in things but.
Because Brent wears the giant spell, it can't be casted on so technically Brent isn't able to have the BAN pelt as he normally might. In the end Brent ends up wearing red, white, and sometimes mixed pelts since I'm able to use "the fawn cast" trick.
Red pelt > default, usual (nothing to be wary of)
White pelt or also + flowers + default antlers > He's in a fantastic mood and enjoying everything
Mixed pelt > It's just to express his coat appearance, and not meant to be taken too literally. You're more than allowed to have your character interpret that however they like, and I think it's beautiful that it's turned into such a lovely journey for Omi.
These two are very cute together and I absolutely adore Omi's character. Her background and overall lore is just so heartfelt and quite magical really. I feel like I'm running out of words here, but thank you and I hope to have Brent and Omi interact more, as she is always welcome near any of my characters, including Brent.

You're always so encouraging, and I really do appreciate it. Thank you for taking the time to visit, both by the Oak and beyond the forest grounds right here. Omi was delighted when she saw your deer (was that Debbie? heh) by her. The Oak truly is one of Omi's favourite place to be, as she enjoys listening to the songs and conversations that it sometimes expresses through its hums; it makes her feel calm and at peace. We do apologise that we couldn't play much today, but thank you for always accompanying Omi whenever you see her in the forest... : )

Thank you for the warm welcome, especially during Omi's arrival in the forest <3 Heh. It definitely took me awhile, since I'm not used to being active or appearing in larger community spaces. I got to say, it's still alittle nerve-wrecking each time ahaha! However, seeing how lovely everyone has been both within and beyond the forest grounds, and also towards Omi, it encourages us to explore alittle bit more than what we may be usually comfortable with. Both Omi and myself thinks fondly of you! It does makes me nervous putting my doodles out there, so know that I deeply appreciate your kind words and in loving Omi as she may be... : ) It was such a surprise, and definitely an extremely cosy one, for Omi to be accompanied by so many of the most dearest forestlings through the day. I'm not much of a doodler, but seeing that inspired me to somehow capture those scenes in drawing. I do apologise for my limited doodling skills though, as I reckon the proportions and looks may come across abit wonky >< wahaha. Once again, thank you. Omi looks forward to having more sleepy moments together — it's one of her favourites to have! Heh.

So I just stopped by Brent's bio and, seeing him in his true form, he looks just majestic — even more than I could ever imagine him to be! Oh, noo : ( There's nothing for you to apologise about. Don't ever stress about needing to nor apologise about what you think you should have done more. You did such a fantastic work with Brent. I so appreciate you taking the time to explain and clarify on things. If I could share too, I was worried that Brent might have been confused by Omi's recent interaction... although now it seems more so that Omi and myself got confused, and misunderstood Brent instead ahaha : P The last thing that I'd want to do is to interpret or depict Brent far from the wonder that he already is, so do accept my sincere apologies for having had done so (... also, let me see how Omi may ponder this abit more true to Brent and herself. Heh!). The community space and lores that exists are something I'm learning more about each day; with this also reminding me, to peek into the bios more often than not >< hehe. I apologize for my late reply, but you're very welcome <3 I can totally understand that new places and new people and a large community places can be a bit intimidating at first, and trying to figure out how to approach it is nerve-wrecking for sure! I'm happy that you have joined to the endless forest and that you have shared your view and your arts/talent with us. I truly enjoy to see new people joining to this community and to the forest, to enjoy and make their imaginations and creativity to shine, to share it with others and enjoy it all together ^^

Beyond the forest grounds, it can require some extra time and effort out of the bustles and blobs to just sit and craft a message (... me being the snail mail-er that I, lol!). I truly appreciate you in taking the time for it and, thereon, with such a thoughtful one being shared. Had always been keeping my silly (childish) imagination and ponders within my themepark mind, so it definitely adds an extra touch to the nerves as they explore a new road... >< ahahaha. Nonetheless, thank you, as well as those in the community really, for always being such an encouragement and inspiration, especially to new and returning forestlings like Omi and myself.
