..if you want, please put your reasons.
Been pondering this lately. I already know what I want to be reincarnated into when I die. I've known for a quite a few years. I want to be an otter! :3
my reasons are as follows:
otters are one of the very few species of animals that have true emotions and can express them. They can comprehend death and really do mourn a death in their family. They can actually express those emotions of sadness and such. They are also very very family-oriented. Sea otters, before they sleep, tie living seaweed around their tails and ankles to make sure they don't float away. Then they hold paws all night so they don't drift too far apart. And they're just plain cute. :3
I'd love to ba a Black Eagle.
Much as I'd love to fly, I

Reincarnation... Well, if I
Well, if I could choose what I would be in the next life, I would most likely choose to be a wolf. I have a few reasons, mostly to do with my personality right now. I'd hope to be a wolf because of their general need for order and family. I don't like chaos, and in heirarchy there is much less chaos, if everyone does their duties. To be a wolf, for me, would mean security in my place in life. I'd know my limits, my role, my purpose, if you would. In my life right now, I feel extremely insecure around people, mostly because I don't know what they think of me and if they like me or not. If I were a wolf, I feel like I'd be more comfortable with myself, because I wouldn't worry what others thought of me- shoot, if someone had a problem with me, I'd have a way to straighten it out, I'd be able to hold my own and fight, out of instinct, unlike now where I back off and run away with my metaphorical tail tucked between my legs.
And they're extremely beautiful, intelligent, and magnificent creatures.

I think I'd want to be a deer. They've been my favorite animal ever since I started playing TEF, and I would love to be reborn as a little Emdeaur or something. >w<

Watch me reincarnate into a Thylacine, and I get caught and put on display. Fff.
Pretzil, I know elephants are
"A wide variety of behaviours associated with intelligence have been attributed to elephants, including those associated with grief, making music, art, altruism, allomothering, play, use of tools, compassion and self-awareness.
Elephants are all heart, and one of the creatures I admire most. However, I don't know if I'd want to be reincarnated into such an emotional animal ha
What a difficult question.
If it can be anything I would
If it was real I would be a deer. If I can say this I would be a deer in The Endless Forest, so I wouldn't have to worry about being hunted. :3

I would want to be something
Maybe a bald eagle.. because it's illigal to hunt them(well in USA). And how nice it would to be able to soar in the sky with the wind blowing through your feathers in a gentle breeze in your face. You would fly yourself, not like a plane and could crash or anything, Id move at a good pace.
Lol Quad! ^___^

Very hard question... I
I think a fox or a raven. Probably a fox.
Because they are elusive, smart and very beautiful.
A bit like me. /shot
I had an encounter with one once. He was on the side of the road, behide where the bushes are. I walked slowly up to him, stood half a meter or less from him. He looked at me, stayed for a while before yawning and padding away. I felt a weird connection between me and him...

I'm halfway convinced that people really do reincarnate. Think about all those souls, almost seems like too many, if you count from the beginning of time. Plus it would explain why bad things happen to good people, in a way. They needed to have one short life of hardship in order for someone else to learn from it but they'll hopefully have a better run next time.
I'd have to pick a raven too,
Gonna come back to this later
A year ago, it would have
dyiegfis so hard to choose.
Or a golden eagle. OR A TWO-TOED SLOTH. SO F*CKIN CUTE.

Carnotaurus.
I don't think I'd love to be
Animals should kill or be killed (mostly). But they have no choice.. Wild life knows no pity. >__<
As for humans... We DO have choice, but, sadly enough, it doesn't change anything. Cruelty is part of our life..
So. I'd prefer to be reborn somewhere else, not on this planet, to explore other life forms and learn more about our Universe. :333
Speaking of some fantasy creatures I'd love to be a shapeshifter, so that I could transform into any animal I want or need n__n (just kidding)
I would have to agree with

I agree... Ok I change mine.
@emslee007 then I'd love to
Still we'd have to eat fish XD - but that's something we cannot change.
Food chains are needed to keep all organisms in balance. ^^
This world without humans would be perfect in its own way, I think :333 (even though it would be still cruel to a certain extent)
Everything dies. Death isn't
Adding in my fantasy vote: Time Lord /beaten
I believe in reincarnation.
The easy answer, in fantastical terms, would be a phoenix. The creature has represented me for nearly a decade. It holds a special place in my heart, and I bought a phoenix necklace at the renaissance faire this past September. I haven't taken it off ever since (except to shower).
For realism, it's a really hard decision, what I would want to be. My favorite animal is a horse, but I think I would love to be something with wings instead. I love tigers and wolves and dolphins, but all of those animals are hunted, protected, and mistakes happen all the time. I want to be something a little freer.
Digging deeper, what kind of animal or creature has the most freedom?
The answer is humans. We have very little to worry about. We are on top of every food chain and practically control them. Every day species go extinct by our hands, and we destroy the planet further.
It's sad, because even though I am very happy to be a human right now, I absolutely loathe them and would hate to return as such. I have this strange feeling that I was a human in my past life. I won't go into the specifics. I do not want to be a human again.
I still cannot say for sure what I would like to be. If I chose a horse, there is still the possibility that my owner would harm me and send me to slaughter if I don't perform. Or if I am a racer and break my leg, my life ends at 3 (human) years old.
But I suppose with all life, things come to an end, and if reincarnation is real, then I can hope to be one of those other animals I chose before.
So, in the end, Horse, Tiger, Wolf, Dolphin, any bird would be my hope. And it would be nice to experience all of them.
Death isn't a bad thing,
What I cannot justify or "approve of" (no matter how I look at it or how objective I try to be) is violent death and death from disease.. I just cannot bring myself to accept it.
I hope there're worlds where there's no such thing as violent death... I want to believe it
Hmmmm, a very interesting
To me, a bird, a rabbit, a wolf or a certain marine animal, a whale possibly. A deer would be nice, but it would be a little ironic to post it here, in such a deery place x3 A particular bird species I would like to be, if I narrowed it down, would be a Hummingbird or Canadian Loon, fascinating they are.
To me, we should embrace death when it comes. No one can challenge, or even stop death, we need to learn to face it. I am an Athiest, but I believe in re incarnation, its a nice thing to believe, in a way
(Baah im going all serious *facepalm* sorry!)

either a deer, or a pony,
probably a pony, but not just any pony, a super fancy show pony that gets the best treatment ever, and wins everything, 'cause I want to be pampered and loved cx
plus, it'd give me reasons to be grumpy and rude, being a little pony.
Though, I'd be a fairly nice pony, fairly... cx

A cat. I don't see cats like
I don't see cats like most people. While another person might think cats represent laziness and independence, I see cats as a symbol of love and courage. Many people think cats don't like humans; that is not true. Cats love humans, they try to impress them everyday and will cuddle or snuggle with them. It's just that cats do things when they want to; you just can't force all your love on them and expect them to tolerate it like a dog. That's also why I prefer cats over dogs; while dogs let humans do what they want and just go with the flow, cats actually put their foot down and stand up and do what they want to do.
As for courage... cats know they are small, but not helpless. A tiny kitten knows how small he is but still stands up to the dog that's 10 times his size, not afraid to use his claws. I've always seen cats as very brave and daring creatures, yet so gentle and loving at the same time.
Not to mention they are very beautiful animals.
@Bluedeerlegend18 I love
I love everything you just said <3
Ether a domestic cat or dog.
But if a dog, a cute mutt that someone takes home. o-o
