Haha ow man. By now I bet poor Nopje had given up on me ever finishing this plush. But yesterday, I stole the car and finally wedged my way into the store where they sold the DANG EYES I needed. Red. A bit hard to see on the first picture admittedly...
So HA now it's sort of a suprise. As soon as I get a tiny cardboard box, I will be sending it off! I never keep any of the plush I make I just realized. Whaat.
So anyway enough chit-chat.
Ah she's darling. Her legs are a bit wobbly, you need to spread them apart a little so she can stand. But she can, as you can see.
Baby's got back.
I tried my hand on a slight bit of, what I think they call it, needle sculpting. Which means you pull a threat through the plush to bring two parts of fabric together.
Tilted picture (I needed to be quick. My camera is out of battery XD) but it shows her somewhat interesting head shape. I didn't mean for it to turn out like that, and at first went "OH NOOOO." But it actually looks kind of nice. It's kind of dynamic. Or I just suck at making excuses.
And her nose looks odd here. *Squeezes it*

Oh, I think I found a tutorial on a horse plush somewhere, but it's kind of advanced! This is the other plush I made, not sure if that's the one you mean XD There are a few others here that do plush making too!
Oh, not so much "wobbly" as "don't like to keep the plush upright unless you position them a little." I used to wire, but now I loathe the idea of putting any kind of material in my plush that isn't soft. So fabric or filling, but nothing else, haha.

It wasn't that one that I saw, but that one is super cute too, I like how fuzzy it is, hehe. And I totally understand not wanting to put anything in a plush other than soft stuff. I recently made a Toothless Plush for my daughter and was debating whether or not I should even put the glass eyes on it that I made.

Depeeeends.. I hope to make one for someone else first, and I have a fabric lying around I would love to use on some kind of.. More abstract-like plush. (WHAT. AHAHA I know.)
But I suppose, for the right price I work for anyone, haha. I'd need to know what you want, what colors I have, and from there on we could come to a price. The more colors I already own, the cheaper it is for you. If I have to buy new ones, it becomes expensive quickly. Exept if I use felt. Brr. Felt. I do not wish to make bodies from felt again....
For anyone else wondering, atm I own a fluffy dark red, a bit of fluffy white is left, a soft-black(Like this of Waarhijd. Not much left I don't think, but enough for a plush.), a bright red in the same fabric. Soft but short. A big patch of fluffy light blue. White cotten with red scottish pattern, same in purple and dark blue. And one very soft light/blue/grey fabric. Which is fluffy. Oh, and a new one, a sort-of shiny jeans-like fabric with a 3D pattern of flowers. Sort of. It looks nice I can tell you that. But not soft.
And ofcourse felt in every color.

It's not as hard as it seems! I sew these by hand, they're too small for the sewing machine. Well I could do that too, but sewing by hand is so therapeutic. Three arms and one leg sounds amazing XD
As soon as you can sew, you'll need to get a hang on patterns. I started out with a piggy pattern I found, learned how they worked from there, and started to draw my own.
