Your track list is a list of every topic you have created or posted on. So when people say "track" in a comment, it generally means they're marking the post so they can find it later.
That green "track" is a link to each person's track list.
(PS - If you click "submit" more than once, you'll make double posts! You can remove the extra copy by going to edit > Delete post on that topic)
