Question about transparent pictures. The background from page to page varies, so I'd like to make a transparent backed signature deer but I don't want to have to make it in just a brown-coloured box when the comments box on someone's page is say, bright green.
Is there any tricks to it or am I doomed?

If you know how to make
First, make your drawing on one layer. When making a new layer, select 'Transparent background' BEFORE you make it.
Then you delete the white layer which appears automatically and save as .png!

What I did for mine was take the image from Paint to another program that allowed me to set whatever solid color I had the background as already to transparent (in this case MS Photo Editor).
