Today was eventful. I am writing for my Mordred, who is currently sitting pitifully by me. From his point of view, we begin today’s review:

‘Today I woke up in the Forest, alone within the woods. I sought out my friends; namely it was only kind Maia in the Forest at the time. We leapt around for a bit before I saw at the corner of my vision a familiar symbol: The stag! With a hurried bow to Maia I departed, running towards the symbol.

But it turned out to be not the attacker I sought, it was someone else, happily spell spamming near the Crying Idol. I made a quick bow to them and dropped my fierce expression, and returned to playing with Maia. I guess my body had forgotten after my long rest that it was supposed to be wounded, so I had great fun dancing and jumping and hopping through the Forest.

I took a nap in the shallows of the Pond, and when I returned to the Forest I saw that symbol. The stag! I stood up like lightning and hurtled torward him- he was already gathering a throng of angry deer. Bellowing, I through myself into the chase, and I gave myself over to blind anger. Fawn attacker, fight-picking beast! He cast the devout pelt on us, tried to mask spam, but our horde was in no mood to parley. It was only when he retreated to the Pond, standing on the water where no one could get him did the crowd disperse.

I dove into the cool waters and taunted him from below, daring him to move. Move he did- but he fell into the water. I had no sympathy for him- only for the other two deer that lost their pelts, poor things…Trying to help, I was casting a spell on one when I felt that irresistible tug- and I left the Forest.

Coming back a little later I hobbled to the Twin Gods statue. My body screamed in protest- too sore to do much, I was just walking. But I saw a familiar face- Gaia the Fawn, with her little tiara of purple flowers and green vines. She was sitting down, but rose up after I bowed. In my excitement I forgot about my complaints and we frolicked in a flower patch with the butterflies swirling around us. I made a particularly fancy twist when I jumped slightly into the air, intending to be funny, and I crashed to the ground.

The world spun slowly with red and black until the darker color dominated and I vanished….’
