Some help with hover CSS?

I'm having some trouble with the hover codes over on my space beluga's bio, I currently haven't added any relationship pictos which would have information on hover, but I was testing it out and noticed that the hover boxes will only appear in the confines of div of the relationship box, meaning that part of the description would be cut off. I tried messing with the z-index but it didn't seem to have any effect.

I also tried changing the position from relative to absolute, which worked... but it shifted the things with hover code over slightly to the right for some reason, like so:

Any thoughts on how to make it work?

CSS coding help please c:
1. ok well does anyone know 'glow hovers?' when you hover over a word it glows?
2. how do i get rid of the: header, side bar, picture categories, blog categories, etc etc? How do you make all that disappear?
3. translucent comments? there almost invisible?

Well this is my fist time posting ANYTHING on this community forum LOL Cx
I also want to say Hi and I really enjoy this game so much<3 A great inspiration for me c:
So Anyway, I was just looking on the Main page of Tale of Tales, The Endless forest and clicked on "Frequently asked questions." So I was all Happy with myself reading the whole thing and at the very bottom of the page it talked about "Converting Souls" and you see Blue Orbs which are the Pagan souls and white orbs the are the Christian souls, you see them at The Ruins/Grave Yard or w/e and you get to convert the pagan souls.
I know this is a pathetic question to ask but, do you see them during special events like the Abiogenisis or you see them randomly? I never really experienced a Abiogenisis event .3.; but I hear they had some so very recently .3.
I am off and on TEF so I am not very sure about things LOLOL
Do you guys know about these things? ouo LOL

Hello!

I'm new here and I've read about this place as well as downloaded the forest.

I'm also familiar with css and oc and ic and role play so I won't be a noob at that for sure.

I will wait for my account's deer to grow up which will be a month from now and then I will start posting up thing's on the wall.
