path of the past - poetry

Into the blue memories
the morning mist has fallen
erase the pain of words and deeds
glistening on withered grass

forgiveness is not needed
yet remorse now has been claimed
those deeds are long forgotten
too long has gone to speak of it again

so silence, rule my heart once more
and so be it for now
let us cheer the coming of days
mourn the past no longer

I can't regret, what is long gone
for it does not change it's being
yet, had I known this was to come
the deeds were, if so, never done.

The Endless Forest in the Sky (Taliene)

In the quiet moments of the night, the deer all sleep, dreaming their dreams of sweet grass and pinecones, knowing that the Forest was well protected by the Twin Gods. Endless Forest deer had little to fear unlike other deer, so they wandered during the day and slept at night.

A few deer stayed up during the night to watch the stars, catching glimpses of the Milky Way and watching in awe as meteors struck through the sky like a match being lit. As those dreamers stayed and stared at the sky, one stole away into the deeper parts of the Forest. She kept a secret that very few ever got to see.

Finding a spot near the Playground, she looked up to the heavens, and opening up her soul, she felt butterfly wings grow from her back. It was never painful, in fact she could feel the tension of her body vanish as the wings grew. They seemed to glow in the starlight, and she smiled every time she saw them.

Someone was coming, but she chose not to hide the wings. She could already tell it was Quad, who had his own wings. The stag smiled as he saw her there, and spoke, "You must have pleased the Twin Gods in your own way." Taliene nodded, "We all have gifts from them. Some of us have vivid dreams, others have more physical treasures. I've seen your own wings, Quad. You are really lucky."

Quad shook his head, "Nah, I made a promise to the Twin Gods for my wings. You, on the other hand, appeased them." He slowly felt his own wings grow from his back - four white bird-like wings that glistened as well.

"The Gods make each of us beautiful. You and I have different wings but the message is still the same. We are part of their dream, their legacy.", Taliene spoke. Quad nodded in agreement, "Because of that, I could never convince myself to ask them for anything. I always thought we had too much and would be greedy to ask for more."

Taliene shook her head, "The Twin Gods give freely. Never be ashamed to ask them for help.", she said.

Through Body Language

Well I'm going to start taking advantage of TEF's "no chat" thingy... I think I like it, so you won't get to hear people spam, swear or something like that. It ruins the mood, right? So if you ever stumble upon my deer, here's somethings you should know:
1.) When I roar, I don't mean "omg get out this is my land MOVE you n00b" XD... When I roar, that usually means "HELLO!!!!" or "Wait up!".
2.) If I stop following your character, and I'm sitting down, that means I have to be right back, or I have to go.
3.) Bowing is my way of saying, "thanks for casting that spell on me!", or, "good evening/morning/afternoon!".
4.) If I cower in fear, that usually means, "please stop that." Sad
5.) I'm pretty sure you know what I mean if I nod and shake my head... Right? .3.'
6.) If I do that little dance that means I have to go.
7.) Scratching my hooves against the floor means, "Come on!"
8.) If I don't reply for a long time it probably means I'm busy or the game froze on me.

See some of you in-game!

My Second(?) Day

I just asked a good friend of mine to join TEF. She seems to enjoy the game- I didn't hear from her until the end of the day after she downloaded it! Though we did have issues finding each other in-game, though.
This is probably my fourth or third day here now and this is what I think about The Endless Forest community:
1.) The users are respectful and mature, this game is great for kids!
2.) Unique unlike most mmos I see how there.
3.) Breathtaking graphics.
4.) I'd recommend this to a friend. Smiling

Trust Me Your Not Alone (On Going Progect)

Have you ever had this werid though that you are the ONLY one who dose something or thinks this certian way!? Well...your not and This is a blog thats sapouse tt bring that into view. Though I hope to get a few laughs to!!

Explenation: Thought I would..Explane..what this is! as small as possiable. Im curious about the human mind. Not like cut it oopen and poke aeound, but to figure out how it reacts and works on a simplistic level. And I was woundering...If my fellow Forest lovers...Would be my lab rats!? I've practicly peeled away most of the thought process of my class mates..So..I need...some fun! Ask me questions state simpel thoughts..I WANT TO KNOW WHAT YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT!!

NEW

Your walking, through a hall, across a street where ever! And you do something thats pretty embaressing. You emedietly look around to see everyones reaction. They seem to not have noticed, there is no one, or the people around you are talking amoungst them selfs. You look away feeling as If eyes a burning a hole in you. You hear laughing, and random snapbits of words and suddely your mind it throwing other words in and you are completly sure that they saw and are completly stabing you in the back. Yet...theres that rational part of your brain say "Dued..they didnt see, and if they did they dont care"! But still you avoid them and some how your whole day is ruined.

Im studying the effects of simple paranoia. Have you EVER had and experence like the one above...tell me how that felt..of just comment on the senario in genral PLEASE!?

Paranoia is a thought process heavily influenced by anxiety or fear, often to the point of irrationality and delusion. Paranoid thinking typically includes persecutory beliefs concerning a perceived threat towards oneself.

I am New.

When I took a look at this game for the first time I thought the deer were creepy and ugly, no offense. But everytime I came back I realized they were more artistic and creative than creepy and ugly. I decided to try the game out, but when I realized you couldn't talk, it made me sort of not want to play The Endless Forest. Though when I realized you could only talk through body language it made me think how original this mmo would be.
Knowing that there was no main objective in the game, that also made me a little upset. Puzzled The Endless Forest is more like a place to relax and all that kind of stuff... What I really like about the game is its graphics and how well detailed the forest is. Though, I don't understand all the "magic" features of the Endless Forest, like why you can't just walk over to a skull and wear it as a mask, or why do you morph into a frog when you go deeper into the water. I DO of like the magic abilites, don't misunderstand my terrible grammar (if there is any >_>).
Anyways... When I have the time I'll look around TEF forum and post some screenshots of my deer-fawn character (yes, I act like a n00b in-game. Got a problem, avoid me. XD) or my halo thing... So yeah... Bye. Sticking out tongue

Behind The Mask (Redkora)

Hide your face, don't let them see it. Wear the mask so they will never know who you really are.

It wraps around you like a strange flower, but your eyes peer behind them. You are kind and your eyes show it. You whisper soft and beautiful words to those around you, but they run off, too busy to hear you speak.

It doesn't matter, you smile as you watch them run and play with their friends. The violet flowers in your antlers flutter in the wind. You catch a whiff of the perfume and it brings back memories of a time where you barely knew anyone in the Forest, and even then you were happy to dance and nuzzle them. Things were so much different back then - not everyone was so lovestruck as they are today, and everyone loved each other quite equally.

Walking off, you find the Pond. You look at the face that stares back at you. Gentle eyes, a lovely smile, and that mask. What are you hiding from?

You close your eyes and raise your head, taking in the smell of the water. It makes you remember being a fawn, laughing as you splashed in the pond with other little ones. "Come play with us! Come on, it's fun!", the words echo in your mind.

You jump into the water. You feel the cooling water clean off your body. The colors of your pelt change to a lovely brown and white. You feel the violet flowers fall from your antlers. You watch as the mask on your face disintegrates...

You emerge, shaking off the water. You walk away from the Pond, and finding a patch of those violet flowers, you lower your antlers and let them get entangled once again. They are symbolic to you, and bring back too many memories for you not to wear.

Your face is bare, kind, and glistening. You soon find a group of deer, and they look to you curiously. "Redkora? You look...different...", they say to you.

{I Wish It Didn't} [Private RP/Nightmare] {End This Way}

This is a Roleplaying Situation for Nightmare, namely for Roxas and likely Axel should the crazy fire stag wish to come see Nightmare in a more distressed state. The Words there at points, Listen, etc. are remnants of his mothers voice calling to him. And they are Lyrics from the beasties Theme Song, which I actually see as Catrin's voice speaking to him.

Funny enough, Nightmare was the first born of twins... Belobog died due to Nightmare and now he is the 'last one' so to say. I don't mind if people want to track this to watch the action but no RPing Sticking out tongue Well unless your Haru or Zebbie |3
